Awesome customer service. Clean, well maintained equipment. Rental fees are very affordable and I will rent tools and equipment again from APR. Highly recommended source for DIY property owners.

The rental went as expected except the left track came off once. I had to continually correct for the track trying to come off even after tightening it. The under carriage is worn. After returning the unit I was charged an additional fee without notification. They charged me for using the machine more than 8 hours a day. This was not explained ahead of time and I was blindsided by an additional charge.

This is the only place I will rent equipment. Friendly service. Wont make you feel dumb if you dont know the names of things. They will deliver equipment if needed and also show you the basics on how to operate it. Rates are very reasonable. Also, cheapest propane in town.

Nothing but Kudos for these folks. Rented a compressor for a job, towed it to my place however my equipment wasnt fitted with the correct connections and when I took it back 3 hours later I was given a complete 100% refund.

We rent with APR very often. They are professional and they have anything you would ever need to rent. Everything is also in good shape because the yard staff is very skilled and knowledgeable.

Purchased my Stihl weed eater here and have had them do other work. Great folks.

My go-to equipment rental business. They have a wide selection of quality tools and machines with fair prices and good service. Occasionally, the piece of equipment you need may be broken (for a long time) and you may be forced to go elsewhere, but that’s really the only downside. I highly recommend them.

We rent a skid steer every year from these guys (and gals). Rental rates are very affordable and they stand behind their products. Jim and staff are Knowledgeable, Solid Local folks with Superb customer service. I rely on APR for all my rental needs, and do use their services often. Ive never had a problem with dishonesty on my returns and I always bring them back in good condition, like I found them. Theyve had almost everything Ive ever needed, and also provided sales for when I want to buy my own. They are friendly and easy to work with. My only wish is that APR, AIH, Spenard, and others would upgrade from the outdated phonea nd paper invoice system and get a proper online reservation option. This would save them a TON of labor and be well worth it.

Good equipment, good rates. Stop here before going to Lowes or Homey Ds.Big box may be 10-15% cheaper on some things, but the APR stands behind what they sell and they only service what they sell. Very reasonable service and parts prices.

This place is a joke, Two consecutive weeks of plans made, then shot down because these guys cant read their rental contracts and schedule worth anything. Twice have driven up here for rental after calling ahead on advance for equipment that they said would be ready for me just to walk in asking for it to have the same person tell me they already had it rented out and not sure when it will be back.

Rented a flatbed trailer, the process was quick and easy, spent maybe 5 minutes inside the whole experience. The trailer was of the highest quality. Would recommend to anyone.

Been going to this place for years now and the costumer service as well as the equipment they rent out cant be beat. The only thing ive encountered from this company is superb service.

Rented from them several times and not once has the equipment worked fully. Had to get several refunds also had problems with employees misinforming and then when talked to owner he had a very bad attitude and deffensive. Thankfully theres totem or Craig Taylor and and there better priced too. if it wasnt the only place to rent in Palmer Im sure it would be out of business by now.

This place took good care of my chain saw

I rented a drywall heater, the service was fast and efficient. Pricing was beyond reasonable.

The machines at this place are of poor quality and in bad shape. We just rented a concrete grinder which did not work. No water would run through the machine and the grinding pads would not stay attached. When we called the very next morning to report the problem and asked to get it exchanged for one that worked the lady Theresa on the phone said not a problem and bring it back that day. We brought it back to exchange it and the guy at the desk not only refused to exchange it but also charged us TWICE for a second day rental of a BROKEN machine that did not work and damaged our walls when the grinding pads flew off and went straight through our walls. We called the owner Jim Johnson who was very rude, and refused to refund the charges. We will now be going to court. Dont out yourself in a position to get screwed over by this company and their bad business practices. Look at reviews on facebook and other sites, youll see their are so many people who either had a problem and it wasnt made right or had a problem and an employee made it right for them... But the common factor in all that is everyone is having a problem with these poorly maintained and cheap quality machines that do not work.

Reserved a piece of equipment three days in advance, when I showed up they had already rented it. they called later and offered a discount and another rental date. at least they tried to make it right
