As a mechanic, sometimes there are parts I cant wait to get online. PTS had the part I needed to get back on the road. The staff is experienced, they make hydraulic hoses quickly while you wait, and they have a ton of safety clothing and gloves. I drive an hour to get here just because I can always find something I need and they always have what Im looking for. Not to mention, theres so much to check out in-store that I could spend an hour there!

Purchased a JNC 660 self starting kitAnd the price was marked way lower than what he charged me .. on the receipt it even says misc. Not even labled JNC 660 btw they arent 230usd. The price originally goes for 160usd. Check your prices first before you Buy from these guys

The other day, I was going to take a ride to Work an Gear in West Springfield to find a Work coat for My son. Living in Bondsville I remembered there is a store on rt 20 in Palmer that sales the lime safety coat I was looking for. So I took a ride down there before I headed out to West Springfield. Well after going into the store and talking to a young men ( He told Me his name was Dan) just about my sons age. I was glad I went there first. The young men was so helpful that I ended up buying two coats from him and never going to Springfield. What a great clerk Dan is and store.Thinking about getting one more coat for My son.Cindy Caldwell
