5 employees are standing here right now, my online print job was scheduled to be ready an hour ago and they are just now starting. I’d be more understanding if I weren’t the only customer in this store. They tried to give me $12 worth of a $50 order and argued with me about the discrepancy. I won’t be back.

In March I shipped several computer parts. My CPU never left the store and was lost. Over a month later and I still haven’t been refunded for my lost item to the receipt value and because I brought it in my own box, I don’t get back my $75 I paid for them to lose it. Such a headache and Tosha is sarcastic and disingenuous. 0/10 would not recommend this store.

Ive never had problems with getting my mail, but the people here are not super friendly. The girl who helped me today acted like I was an inconvenience to her, but wait Im the customer trying to mail a package! If you dont like helping people, why do you work a job w customer interaction?!? Its better than having to go to the USPS, but wow Im not sure Ill go back to mail anything.

Their hours are wrong. I do not know the correct hours however I waited 20 minutes outside their normal open time and tried the door 3 seperate times in case I missed someone opening it. Still locked. Nothing posted hours wise about covid just wear a mask and they’ll be closed on the 4th. So please update your hours ups or get someone who can be on time. We got places to be as well. Thanks.

I love this UPS store! The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I have a box here and get a fair amount of mail, so I appreciate having this service (also I work on the Slope, and that is never any issue). My mail is always safe and well kept.Im always greeted with warm smiles and happy Hellos!

This place is a rip off. I would give it less stars if I could. I would highly recommend if you need anything printed go to the one in Wasilla you will save a lot of money and the people are better.

Since changing hands, this once helpful business has gone down hill fast. Customer service is unfriendly, and the inflexible youngish staff acts like they are doing you a favor. After wasting 20 or 30 minutes waiting for a clerk to figure out how to do a simple task (which I could have done in 5 minutes, if the customer PC had been working),I finally walked out — with the wrong thumb drive. I wont be back!

I Have a Po box here, i had paid for a second key to be made and was told it would be ready in 2 to 3 days. 1 week later still not ready, so I asked where it was and they said the key machine was broken AND has been broken for a couple weeks.... so it was broken prior to when I ordered the second key. Another week later I ask again where the key is and one of the people working said we werent aware you ordered a second key so I watched her put a post it on the wall. So now another week later we asked again! And they said the machine was still broken. Another week goes by and they changed the lock on our PO Box without notifying us. So they changed our locks and still only gave us one key..... finally got our second key another 2 weeks after they changed out lock without consulting us. I like UPS better then USPS but I dont appreciate getting different answers from you guys and taking 5 weeks for you to do something I didnt ask you to do. Then to be talked to rudely after telling them that they have all been giving us different answers. Please dont blaim your customers for your issue.

The staff was so helpful and super speedy. Dream come true. I was in and out so quick my mom waiting in the car was confused!

Great fast, friendly service. They are wonderful, especially if you are comparing them to the horrible long wait, with 50 people in line and only 2 people working the counters at the Palmer Post Office. *grrrrr*

Yesterday in the afternoon, I tried to send a package with doTerra Essential Oils in it, (which is how they are shipped to Ak) an the girl behind the counter started helping me until they found out they were Essential Oils an refused to send it. the young girl called some other lady on the phone to verify. The lady Said there was Alcohol in them. DoTERRAS DO NOT. I tried telling them an had the Modern Essentials Book, but it was pointless. Today someone called doTerra to let them know The UPS STORE in Palmer, AK wont ship doTERRA Products, which is how they are shipped to here. HOPEFULLY this can change things in this Store. Dont want to have to drive 40 + miles round trip to mail things

I deal with UPS several times a month. The staff are always prompt and polite making the service there enjoyable.

Staff and management at this store dont care about what people need. They will try very hard to up-sell you to items you do not need.
