18 minutes waiting at the Boars Head deli. No one there. After waiting several minutes asked girl at front to inform manager no one was at the Deli. Heard announcement over PA. No one respond. Walked away to do a little shopping. Came back and 4 more people where waiting. Told lady next to me no one had been there in awhile. She said she would go tell manager. A few minutes later she was back and said she had informed manager. Still waiting. After 18 minutes someone finally came over.Busy with Sandwiches it appears but Publix has no multi-skilled person to fill in when needed... Like a manager! 5 minutes would have been acceptable... but 18 minutes with the Deli unmanned! Way to long - Poor customer care IMO

One of the smaller Publix stores I have been in, but always a good experience. They have all the usual things in the smaller store such as bakery, sub station, pharmacy, etc.

Always a pleasure shopping here. Wide variety, friendly staff, slightly less-than-convenient entering the usually busy street, but worth the visit.

SOLD ME expired shrimp. The gentleman who packaged them must be nose blind or well aware because the smell when I got home was atrocious

This review is only for the Deli.I used to buy their Pasta salads all the time and love them but not anymore. I dont know what they did but its all slimy! I thought it was just this store but the one in Lynn Haven is the same. Its just gross!!! Cant eat anymore 😔Slimy pasta, noodles is not good. Please fix it and go back to the way you made it before.

Its Publix. They are the gold standard of super markets. Their prices on meat is not competitive at all. They REALLY need to come down on the meat prices. Would have been 5 stars if those meat prices wasnt so damn high. I hate having to go to another store just for meat because Publix is so high. Clean stores helpful staff, great BOGO offers.

I was in Panama City for a doctors appointment, as soon as I got in my car I headed straight to Publix for lunch. And no thats not a typo, I went for lunch. Out of all the many I had to choose from in PC, the only thing I wanted was a Sub Sandwich from the Publix deli. If u havent tried one, u MUST!! One word, FABULOUS!!! I always get the Italian on white and add pepperoni to it. Did i mention they use Boars Head brand meats!!! Their customer service is 5 star and sandwich prep area is always SUPER clean!! Always the best lunch ever!!

Granddaughter was getting married and the florist was booked months prior. The big day arrived and no florist... the flower guy (Bobby) at the 23rd Street Plaza Publix had helped us out with flowers for the Bridal Shower, so Bobby was called and he made sure that we had enough beautiful bouquets of spring flowers and amazing babys breath, enough to decorate all of the tables and place vases of flowers all around. All of the bridal bouquets as well as the Groom and Groomsmens Boutonnieres were made and there were enough left over to have vases of flowers in the Brides and the grooms dressing compartments. Saved our day! When all was purchased, it turns out that we spent less that the florist cost. Thanks so much!

Very friendly ! Sushi wasnt as good as it normally is when the lady is there ! Usually tuna is a fresher brighter red color and when she makes it, it is extremely good ! It was alright but tuna had lighter grayish color !! Reminded me of last one I got at world market with color of tuna ! But one I got today still tasted better than last one I got at world market !! Dont know ladys name in sushi dept, hers always taste good ! Todays tuna wasnt as fresh and good tasting as it normally is when she makes it !!

Signs demanded mask use, but most shoppers had no mask. Ive got 5 high risk conditions and just needed to get my vaccine done there. Didnt feel super safe.Store is clean, bright, and staff is friendly and super helpful. Which is why 3 stars. But prices are double what Walmart are for the same brands and items.

I go every week. Theyve got the Nicest employees in every department. There is only one guy in the Deli with an Attitude that he can do everything Perfectly. Ugh.

Long time Public shopper here. Still going downhill IMO. The reason we come into Publix is for the specialty and unique items not typically carried at other stores . We pay overall higher prices for this convenience. These items continue to slowly disappear (most likely due to low margin and/or low turnover). Recently made a trip to Winn Dixie to comparison shop. They carried 80% + of what we buy at Publix at a better price... and Lord help me I even went to Walmart for comparison. They to sold over 80% of what I typically buy at Publix also and cheaper (they even had organic eggs). Its getting time to reevaluate my relationship with Publix. Shop at cheaper outlets and just go to Publix for the few remaining specialty item they carry that I like.

Like all Publix across Florida, this one offered a good selection of groceries. However, there were not enough cashiers compared to the number of people shopping, causing a long wait. Given that July 4 and the weekend is right around the corner, more cashiers should probably be active in the evenings.

Store is always clean, and I never have a problem finding what I am shopping for. Very friendly staff as well.

The staff is over the top friendly! Their produce and flowers are always lovely and they carry items not found at other markets. The staff at the pharmacy are always helpful and friendly as well. This is my market of choice in PC.

Bakery department just cant seem to get their act together. I have ordered 4 strawberry peach sensation cakes within the last 3 months. First cake was missing. Second and third cakes were perfect. Fourth cake thst I went to pick up today was nothing short of a complete disaster! Cake had no almonds, no strawberries around bottom of cakes, only seven grapes and even less kiwi on the top. Wow. This location seems to be packed with so much. Theres a department for everything. Staffs were ok but not super helpful and welcoming. Dont know if assistance to load your vehicle is available here. Theres so many tasting areas! I sampled 3 items in one trip. Learned that Florida locations take the term buy one get one free Seriously. U have to get two items. In other states, u can just get one item and its counted as half price. Theres even a free coffee area!

Love Publix. I drive 20 minutes to shop here when there are stores that are closer. I have never had a bad experience and employees are great...ok I have to speed walk past the bakery because it is so tempting 😩 but that chocolate ganache cake is the best.

Traveling around the country, I have yet to find another supermarket that meets the high standards and quality Publix has on a regular basis. It doesnt seem to matter what Publix store you go into, I feel they set the bar for all other markets to strive for.

NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICES.

This bakery has poor customer service and poor quality of cakes. I ordered a double # cake for my parents 52nd Anniversary. The cake was a sheet cake made to look like a poorly made 52. It barely even looked like the # it was suppose to be. Not to mention we had to wait on the cake to be finished when we arrived to pick it up. And we werent early picking up either. Wish I could leave a zero. Will definitely be using a bakery elsewhere in the future.

Good prices if you shop and compare

I understand that my doctor made a mistake writing the wrong prescription but I just paid 130 dollars for ear drops. I never opened the medicine and was still in its package and was never tampered with. The eye drops I needed were only 12 dollars. Publix refused for a refund. Im irritated with Publix and the doctor. It would be nice if businesses would actually help the customers instead of being greedy and selfish.
