I thought there were no more libraries left. It feels so good to actually look for physical books and find a gem among their wide and varied inventory. You can also have a nove cup of coffee there. Coffee and books. It doesnt get better than that.

This is an eclectic bookstore with just about everything for everyone. I wish it actually had more books. There is a large selection of toys and games and that is great. I really enjoyed browsing the store.You can get a membership and/or a teacher discount here. The cashier was phenomenal! She was very kind and helpful!

Understaffed, but with the usual high-quality eye bait new releases conveniently stacked near the entrance. Your basic BaM franchise of fairly high quality books with a Joe Muggs tucked in a corner.

Such a peaceful and well stocked store. Something here for everyone in the family. It’s been recently remodeled due to Hurricane Michael, we defiantly missed them while they were closed.They have toys for our younger child and all the books our oldest, which is a book worm, will ever want.The staff is super helpful and always knows the right book to recommend when we are stuck between a few series.The cafe has good coffee and a feel that makes you want to sit and relax for a while.

Totally incompetent people lost my buy-back books and despite my ticket receipt, they kept zero records of the transaction. Wouldve been totally happy with a $5 sorry we lost your massive pile of books store credit but theyll milk that abandoned books fine print for all its worth.Thank god for Amazon and other online book suppliers.

Great selection as always, love the Joe Mugs coffee shop as well and the Uncle Iroh (Avatar the last air bender) chalkboard menu art was a nice touch. I was especially excited to see that they have had a massive overhaul in their Manga and Otaku section sine I last came! Personally bought all the most recent volumes of Dragon ball super and the first 3 volumes of the Berserk Deluxe edition and a few little nerdy collectibles.

First time in store today. I was very surprised and pleased with the layout of the store, the friendliness of the store employees, and the fact I can get refreshments inside the store.

Since I was young this has always been a wonderful hanging out spot. The store is clean, and the new remodeling since hurricane Michael makes it look really snazzy. Wonderful and friendly staff, great books, and a cozy vibe makes this a great place to be, whether you are there for fun, studying, and Ive even seen a couple of people on dates here.

I love this store, but will say that I wish their prices were a bit lower. Their membership is lackluster. And its a real bummer that you can go on their own website and buy things for cheaper than in store. What a deterring business model.

Ranked a 3 because the business category didnt have a huge variety, lots of personal finance books. Additionally, prices of the few books I almost bought were 2x the price of a large online alternative. So the combination of limited inventory and high prices are the reason for the rating.

I was excited to see a BAM store open and enjoyed being able to walk around and shop. This store is clean and well organized. They have plenty of stock varieties and friendly staff.

A lot of great stuff! A lot pricey but a lot of great deals and specials. Only issue for me is the buggies are baskets would like a buggy option for when I bring my kid a long. The kid area was a huge plus

A ton of books to choose from, both popular titles and those not as popular. Found the books I was looking for after 3 other book stores did not have them. They have used and also new books. Always have great deals going on and a delicious coffee shop inside. Definitely recommend this place!

Very organized, nice associates that are very knowledgeable about their inventory. You cant go wrong with Joe Mugs Coffee. They also have lego playsets and cool plushies for adults and kids and a huge Manga and graphic novel section

Prices are a bit high, the chairs in the lobby were dingy and dirty looking. Not really somewhere youd want to sit and enjoy your purchase. They have a wide varity of books of all sorts. Clean and well maintained otherwise. Cafe has good beverages and a small assortment of snacks.

Loved this place my 1st visit . Friendly. Helpful. I called ahead got a few of the books I was hunting for. They had them waiting for me. Coffee shop inside too. Cant wait to try it out. And get more books.

I was not impressed. When we couldnt locate a section for home improvement I asked a clerk where to find books on electric wiring for homeowners. She checked the computer and advised they only had 1 book on car electronics & none for homeowners. My husband asked a different clerk who directed him to an extremely limited section on home improvement where he was able to find 2 of the books he was looking for. He had researched & had the name of the books he wanted so it should have been simple to locate them in the computer.The clerk I asked then checked us out & although she was pleasant she obviously didnt know the stock & couldnt effectively locate things on the computer. I definitely would not recommend. I was able to locate all of the books we wanted on line for 1/2 the price we paid at Books-a-Million.

This is a great books a million. They completely redid the interior after hurricane Michael. The refresh brings a vibrant feel to the store and is a welcome breath of fresh air. You can spend several hours in here just perusing through the books. They have several comfy chairs stationed around the store, inviting you to preview and read the books. They also have a cafe in the store with baked goods and coffee. Panama City may be down, but not out, and this books a million is a good start in the rebuild of the town.

Lovely bookstore with a huge selection. Diverse collection of books, magazines, toys, games, gifts, shirts, journals, and more. A good place to find a unique gift. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy. There is an area with comfy furniture to lounge. The employees are so sweet and go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for. One day I was looking for a popular youth series for a gift and couldnt remember the name. They knew just what I was talking about and brought every option up to the register. Its always so clean with everything stocked and placed perfectly. Joe Mugg is located within the store and carries a diverse section of baked goods, candies, and drinks. This hidden gem has frappes to die for. They blow all competitors out of the water. If youve never tried one you are missing out. You can easily substitute dairy for non-dairy options and they taste just as amazing as their full fat counterpart. A great little cafe to relax or break out the laptop and catch up on work.

I thought this was similar to a Barnes and Noble but it was not even close. For being such a big store and a lot of books, they didnt have the 3 books I was looking for. Selection is weak and more used books than newer releases.
