Im a huge DIYer! Home Depot always has everything I need when doing small projects or working on home repairs and improvements. The garden center is also my stop for any type of plants seasonal items. The paint center has helped me choose colors and practically covered my entire interior with paint. The staff are kind and prompt to assist with anything. They are pro-active in asking if you need any type of assistance. Overall, its my go to every time!
I would like to send a huge Shout Out to Lonnie in the plumbing section. He has helped me multiple time but yesterday he went above and beyond. We are doing a remodel of our living area and decided to try something different with our railing. We decided to use black industrial pipe for the horizontal railing. Lonnie took 35 minutes out of his shift to cut and rethread 22 pipes for me. We really appreciate you Lonnie!
Great employees that really make it worth the time. I have always had help and they always went the extra step.5/5 about as great as a department store can get.
A bit of a wait and Miguel was great to work with. Appliance department should no a bit more about fittings on unit, size etc. to get the correct prep on our end. Miguel got the answers we needed and well be ready for installation on Saturday.
I like the store but checking out lately is difficult. Its either self checkout or search the two customer service areas on opposite ends of the store. Maybe they need to raise wages to attract more employees
Wanted to get a door bought and installed but received no help getting it picked out and set up for two or more months. Then I received a call from Mel super nice guy talked me into buying and set things up. He stated I would get a call from another person to get installed. Two weeks later I received a call and set up a date. Tryed to call and get it rescheduled to another day cause of my wife’s work but going on 3 weeks and several calls no response. I even stayed home the day that we scheduled since I got no response on my rescheduling options . Reached out to the local store for help so we will see what happens but pretty soon going to go in and request my money back if I don’t get any help. Can’t believe how I want to spend money but they don’t seem to want the money. Thanks for your time to read this!

Ive never had a problem with this home renovation store. They have a good selection of flowers and plants to include fruit trees and vegetables. Prices are typically competitive but could be better on some items.
I absolutely love the way you give directions to something when you think you have a clue.. I think its in aisle 19 or 20 a or b . With a wave and a point.

I found that you dont carry what I needed. Not only did you not carry the metal piece for the end of home made ramp for a pick up, you dont carry ramps period. You lost my business to Lowes!
Visited Home Depot this morning to get a quote for an install of sliding glass patio doors. Corey did an excellent job of setting me up with an individual to come out and measure the existing doors and I look forward to working with Corey when it is time to order the new ones.
Went to return something that wasnt working I bought a month ago. The person was really helpful. I returned it and helped me order a new one to be shipped to my house. Excellent sevice.

While their competitor is little better, their employees have, clearly, zero training when it comes to service dogs as well as the human they are working to assist. If you have a service animal id recommend avoiding at all possible. Seems to be a company issue through the local stores.

Came in on Saturday and asked to talk to someone about ordering hardwood flooring. When asking a sales associate they paged and then said there was no one in flooring. Try another day this week they said. Okay, so we will go order the quartz counter tops we wanted. Oh, there is no one in counter tops today. Maybe they will be here when you come later on in the week to talk to the flooring guy they said. What is going on? I feel like this is a joke, especially with it being a Saturday.
Needed a pad for a square sander. They had a square sander to sell but no pads.
My husband and I stopped by this location to check the snow blowers out. We stood in the area up front for close to 5 minutes as employees walked by. No one asked if they could assist us, or if we needed anything. One employee finally stopped by and looked up items for us. She was very nice and helpful. Hopefully our next visit will be better.

I dont like how often I have to go to hardware stores for work. And I really dont like how that is bleeding over to my personal life.I dont frequent this location as often as North O on 72nd or Central at 120th (today brought the total to 3 times and 3 of them were today)...maybe thats why it felt like the Lowes on 72nd near Cornhusker??
Store layout is somewhat confusing but after being there a couple of times it gets easier. Staff is helpful. On par with Lowes - which store you visit will come down to preference.
I have been coming here for over a decade, both for work and myself. I was extremely pleased by the reaction from staff to a customer that was mad the return policy was expired. It astounds me that people do not read the print, or that they cant understand how a distribution business like you work. The customer service did a GREAT job explaining that the manufacturer would honor their warranty for the part that broke. Of course the lady insisted it was wrong on your part, but ai applaud you for being so calm and courteous! Ill choose you, especially the Papillon location over anywhere!
Home Depot is pretty rude went in to buy something for a job and I entered the store and went from on section to a different one admit was as if I was a criminal there were 5 people watching my every move and it was so uncomfortable I left and went to Minards instead

Bought a hot water heater online and had my daughter pickup only to find it was a previously installed unit, sold at new price, went to register unit only to find out unit had already been registered to someone else, strike two, downloaded app to control water heater and wont connect, stricken three, hence why it was returned. Went to store last Saturday to point out problems, and was told manager would contact me, within 24 hours, day five, not sure if its crickets chirping or the ice outside. Not Fuc&I;g Happy! By the why the heater does work as a heater, but I paid for a smart heater that I could control because its in a hidden wall enclosure.

Was looking to add a shower to one of my bathrooms and they had a better deal here then menards.
Found everything I needed except a cashier.
Ordered a new dryer with delivery and installation. Delivery people had every excuse in the book to not install it. Couldnt find vent, cord not long enough, vent not right length. Had to go back to store to exchange cord and vent was told that i was not able. Finally manager lady got it exchanged but the only guy in appliances was at lunch so noone could help me find right cord or vent. Had to go to different store to get help got the same things i just exchanged. But now i had to install it myself:-( Ended up putting a dent in my new dryer while installing it :-(Dont trust their delivery drivers.
The staff overall in home Depot at the Papillion, NE location can use some retraining regarding acknowledgment, personalism, and offering assistance when they see a customer in the store and not coming across as annoyed when asked a question. After three or four people appearing too busy doing nothing but ignoring us, we were fortunate enough to end out our visit with a delightful staff from the appliance section named Susan (it should be noted that we were in the backsplash area) Susan was not only delightful but appeared happy to be at her job Happy to have one as so many dont during the pandemic. Susan was very personable, knowledgeable and caring. It would be awesome if Susan could train the rest of the grouchy unpleasant uninviting staff overall.

The only reason Im giving even 1 star, is because thats the only way I can leave a comment. Ive come to find out that all Home Depots are just SLOOOOOW. I went to 3 different locations to return one item that my mother purchased. I waited for EVER at all 3 locations. The last one was the quickest, ( at 17 minutes) waiting in the return line. Thats RIDICULOUS! That is why I shop at Menards. I LOVE MENARDS!!!!!

I was impressed by the greeter. He didnt just know which aisle the items were, he gave specific directions to how to find the items on the shelf. One item was too high, but a employee dragged a portable stair across the store and fetched the item down. The item I needed wasnt at another retail hardware store, but Home Depot had a good selection.
Fantasic place! I went to several different stores to try and find the plumbing parts I needed and they were the only ones they had with the proper parts and knowledge to help me!

Would like to recognize Al at customer service. He was working his butt off today w no help. He was getting yelled at by customers and he was trying his best to help everyone at customer service and did a fantastic job!!! Please give him a raise, he was literally sweating to get curbside pick up orders and people in line and the phone and everything else and he stayed positive and helpful the entire time. Good job Al there needs to be more people like you
Usually pretty good, but not this time. Very rude employee.They make a big deal about requiring masks, but according to one employee at the self checkouts this time, theyre too busy to wipe them off.Even though the last 4 times or so Ive been to this one, the employee at self checkout at that time has always made sure they wiped them off after one customer and before the next. They wouldnt even let you over to that checkout until they wiped it off the other times.

Picked up an internet order. Kid at customer service was rude. He couldnt pick up the item alone because it is heavy and he asked another employee for help. There were 2 other employees standing there also. No one even asked if I would need help lifting it into my SUV. Cant use my military discount online like Lowes. Hate going to this place but they had what I wanted.

Found what I wanted and it was will be put together and I can pick up next week. Gwen, from outdoor furniture, was a great help as was cashier. She even got me a chair to sit in while she processed by purchase.

Ive shopped here off and on for things Ive needed around the house but today makes me question if Im going to continue shopping here or go to Lowes or something. I ordered some knee pads online, a nice $36 pair, and when I came to pick them up they gave me a very different $15 pair. I came back to get the correct pair, and it turns out they didnt have the ones I ordered in stock, and gave me a $34 pair without refunding me the $2 dollars. Pretty terrible customer service.

The current staff seem to be bothered when you ask questions. what happened to greeting a customer when theyre in your nearby area, and then when you ask where something is how about you walk them to the item instead of saying oh I just think its down aisle whatever. You could probably learn something from Lowes.
