As always the staff was very polite and courteous. I went in as I always do to drop my car for the day. No biggie. Orlando also did advise that the cost of my oil change did go up to $65. I agreed to still have it done. When I arrive me to pick up my car, the total was now almost $75. I paid my bill and left. Like I stated before polite and courteous staff but would have been nice to know the exact increase as opposed to an additional $10 on top of the increase.

The team at Jensen gave me clear expectations regarding my cars tires. This included the price, duration of the repair, and necessary/recommended services to get my car back on the road. The manager, Orlando, goes the extra mile to support his customers.

I love going to Jensen. They are so nice and very quick. I am so grateful they built the one on 96 th 370. It’s so convenient. Will continue to go there because of price and how friendly the staff is.

Would be 4 or 5 stars if staff were likeable...Work is done on time and havent had any issues mechanically, but my god would it hurt for the manager and front end staff to have some personality? They act like helping you is an inconvenience. Dont bother attempting any kind of small talk.

I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed stat and even though they were booked up for the day AND being understaffed, they still managed to squeeze us in and fix it. The manager Orlando has always taken care of us but I felt the need to leave a review because they truly do go above and beyond to ensure the customers have a good experience. We have used Jensen Tire and Auto for years, In particular, the 96th and 370 location. Orlando has always been amazing to work with. He listens carefully and is a great representative of the company. I work 65-70 hrs a week so I dont have a lot of free time. I had a low tire so I pulled in and saw that Jensen was busy and got really nervous, but not only was the manager able to get me in. They had it fixed in under 20 mins. I have purchased 3 different sets of tires over the last 5 years and they were willing to price match anyone!I have serviced my cars and truck there often and couldn’t be happier with their “Hometown style service”!However this last time I dropped off my Wife’s Lincoln MKX to get the tires rotated and check on a possible slow leak on one of the tires.They did the rotation, and found a nail in one of the tires! Professional and repaired the tire quickly.

I purchased tires from Jensen about 2 years ago, and one of them picked up a screw. Jensen sold me road hazard protection at the time of purchase, and patched the affected tire quickly and with no charge. I was in and out within less than 45 mins.

Got me in right away for a front end alignment which my pick-up was in dire need for. Print out shows how far they had to move it to get it within spec so I commend them on that. However I expressed to them the need for my steering wheel to sit centered and straight and it is slightly off now. Vehicle tracks and drives straight but the steering wheel bothers me

I went in at 130 pm . Ask if could fix my low tire that had a nail then rotate. I knew I would have to wait. But they had done by 415pm . So I was able to meet my 6pm appointment. I took an unmounted tire to get repaired over my lunch hour. I was told they would have it done within the hour but recieved a call about 20 mins after dropping it off, that it was ready. I dont feel a 5 star rating is warranted given my short interaction but it was a pleasant experience with a very timely turn around.

The location off 96th and 370 is the best the staff are so helpful and extremely nice.

I know nothing about cars and always get anxious going to do car things because I’m always getting ripped off. I’ve been here twice and get the best value the best service and I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about cars. Would recommend.

I called right when they opened and they already had several cars, but they got me in quickly and on my way. I always go there whenever I have a tire issue and today reminded me why again.

We’ve used this company for a major repair in the past, and recently brought the car back for an unrelated issue. Both times Jensen had great customer service, and this time they waived several fees for us. This is definitely our go-to repair shop for our family’s vehicles!!

Got us in on shirt notice. Work completed in timely and complete fashion.

Had a belt break. They did a thorough inspection, pointed out several problems, and replaced my belts promptly.

Went to get tires fixed. They found a nail in each tire and fixed it. $50. They said I needed new rotors, brake pads, shocks, struts, links. Quoted $2100 plus tax. They said rear pads were below dot. I just pulled everything off to replace. Pads weren’t event close. Plenty of life left. Can’t trust a word these guys say. Plus Orlando was rude whilst checking out and paying for tires. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. They certainly don’t know how to be honest. I wonder how many unnecessary repairs they’ve preformed throughout the years. Ridiculous!

Thought I needed new pads, they diagnosed the squeak and explained what maintenance I might need in the near future. I walked in willing to pay even though they didn’t end up needing to service the vehicle, but they gave me peace of mind for free. I told them with that kind of service I know where I’ll be coming for any future needs. Thanks guys

I stopped here with a screw in my tire. I had just come from Firestone where they said I had to replace the whole tire because it was too close to the tire wall. $200 price tag. Jensen took a look, said it wasnt all the way through and not too close to wall so they repaired the tire, put caps on my valves because they were missing, and stabilized a loose valve, saving money from a sensor repair down the road! How much did this cost me?? $0. Nada. Zilch. I was so surprised and thankful. I will definitely be back in the future!

From the time I made the appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle, they gave excellent service in all areas. They were reliable and enjoyed working with them on my vehicle repairs. I am impressed with the clean waiting area and pleased with the overall service!

Tire flat, not able to repair. I had another good regular-size tire already in trunk that they could put on which they did... at no charge! So nice that they could do it right away and I was there for only about a half hour.

I called shortly after they opened to schedule a repair to my tire. I was able to bring it in right away. The work was completed quickly. The person I dealt with was very professional, but also friendly.

Went in for a leak in my tire. The problem was diagnosed, resolved to the best of their ability, and I was back on the road within an hour. Will definitely continue to use this location in the future when I have car troubles.
