I havent stepped foot in a walmart in over two years. Target has been my go to for the longest now. They have every thing i could need and more and Im so appreciative that they have people who still help checkout in the lanes provided. 10/10 will always recommend Target. its clean, affordable, and family oriented. I may or may not be a regular at my local target and some of the employees even recognize me and welcome me with a smiling face always!!!

I called this Target by phone regarding an inventory question. They handled it with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. They reserved the item I desired, took my name and number and most importantly ACTUALLY CALLED letting me know when I could come to the store to pick it up. They were so amazing, and I appreciate their hard work and follow-through. Rarely am I impressed by service but this was the best Target experience Ive ever had, and Ive shopped at Target a lot. Im old. Kudos!

Was using self checkout. Worker thought I was stealing and came over and asked if I was scanning items before putting them in my bag. She opened the bag to look inside and I pointed everything out to her on the screen.If I was a thief I wouldnt be stealing a loaf of bread, yogurt and a pizza and I sure as hell wouldnt have my 3yr old son in the cart.Im not a thief, but thanks for the accusation. and Ill never shop here again.

This is the Target closest to where I live and I shop here a couple of times a month. I love to go shopping here right after dropping my kids off at school because its super slow that time of day. Sales can be pretty good but I hate having to use the cartwheel application. The dollar spot is fun and my daughters love the clothes. I like that they often new food products before other stores seem to. The bathrooms usually need to be cleaned more often than they are.

I went in to purchase a few items to put together for teacher appreciation gifts. I found these cute Can coozies originally priced for $3 but had a sale sign for $2 above them at the end of aisle B17. Since they were a dollar off, I decided to grab a few (9). When I went to scan them at the self-checkout they rang up at $3 each and figured I’d request assistance to have it adjusted before paying. One of the team members said that because I had multiple items he’d have to verify the price which I understood. The service member called a manager for assistance. Rees (sp) went to B17 where I stated I found the items To verify. When he came back he stated that there is a sign that states the $2 sale. However, he was unable to give me that price because it was a mistake. I told him that I felt I should be honored that price, he said no and walked away. I am usually not one to get irate, but the level of customer service was just upsetting. As a manager, his approach to begin with was just not what I expected especially because the sign was there. I ended up not getting them and while it was a $1 off it makes a difference when you add it up.

The order was ready in a timely fashion. Then, once arriving at the store the item was brought to my car promptly and the team member was friendly. The technology used to order, indicate youre on the way and then once you get there is user friendly.

Clean and easy to find products--and the CIRCLE app in addition to the RED CARD savings usually adds up to 20% off the total bill. With so many other stores removing employees from the check out lane, I am grateful Target still employees people as human interaction is rather necessary, in my opinion

My friend and I were looking at beauty samples and Zoe went above and beyond to give us an extra sample that she thought we would like. Very helpful and cheeeful!

I just have to give a shout-out to Kim. She was working putting out the Christmas things and taking down the Halloween costumes. I asked where a train was because my app said it was available at this Target. It wasn’t available to ship and I really wanted it to go around the tree for my two year old who LOVES trains. She looked it up and saw they hadn’t put them out yet, but they were available to purchase. She went in the back and got me one! She not only made my day, but sparked the holiday spirit in my heart! Thank you Kim and thank you Target! You made my house for the holidays that much more magical!I hope this finds her manager and she gets some recognition. She did not hesitate to stop what she was doing to help me!

This is my favorite target location in the world! This location had the friendliest staff and the best customer service! The only reason I gave it a four out of five it because I’ve come in here many times and tons of stuff has been out of stock that I needed causing me to have to come back a few days later. Otherwise the store is clean and well kept. The produce and meat sections are incredible and they have the best selection of clothes. They could improve the electronics selection a bit. Overall great store!

The store itself was well maintained.I had issues with the customer service.The manager wanted to refund my item as they did not ask if I wanted warranty when I was purchasing. I noticed right after I paid and asked for it.It took them awhile but another person came out to handle the situation. I told them my card was from Canada so I did not want to be charged again because if they refunded the money I would lose money due to the exchange rate. They assured me that would not be the case and said it would just be voided and the transaction would not go through.I recently checked my Visa. I have now lost about $20 due to this purchase.I have not followed up on this but I plan to within the week. Will update when they respond.

Can’t use WIC at self checkout !!!!

So i went to this location on Monday after Easter shopped as usual! Went to self checkout, scanned, bagged all my items and went to pay and my card wasnt working saying error. I had my toddler with me and was getting frustrated so i asked the cashier on duty for help running it as credit! He failed to want to help me showing no concern whatsover and grabbed another lady employee to try to help me. Mind you i went to lunch before this and used my card worked fine! Checked my online banking it was good! I tell her its okay can i please just put these on hold, give her my name, and i will run to the bank and come back to pay with the money i get out. I go to the bank and come back and all my items are put back on the shelves or sold out the lady said sorry they arent up here anymore. Thanks target for your excellent customer service. NOT! Also found out from the bank Centris to be exact they were having difficulties with cards going through exspecially when you needed to enter your pin number!!!!! Also i dont live close to this location so it was even more annoyed that i made the trip to and from to and from!

Target employees are kind, caring respectful and helpful. The team members on the sales always offer a smile and never make me feel like Im in their way or an inconvenience for asking a question for location of item. Target does a wonderful job keeping the store clean. I do not feel overwhelmed shopping in the store by amount of product, width of isle, displays or by the sound system. Check out runs smoothly and seems like they always have a balanced amount of cashier to limit customers wait times. The drive up pick up is awesome! I place my order on the Target App and usually in an hour or 2, I can drive up and they bring my order to my van for me. ❤️I LOVE TARGET! It is my favorite place to shop.

The drive up order people are very careless with your items. I haven’t had any broken items but the packaging is ripped and broke, you can tell there just throwing them around.

My son got some money for his birthday and picked out a couple toys and we went to pay and as a typical 5 year old wanted to do the whole thing himself. The cashier was so patient and counted his money with him and counted back his change to him and then gave him a few stickers. The cashiers here are so wonderful and that one made his entire day!

Convenient location. Good selection of merchandise. Prices are reasonable, customer service is very good. Many different departments inside. Can buy anything from outdoor furniture to diapers.

If I could leave this store a million stars I would! Everyone on the guest services team is absolutely outstanding, especially Erin and the DM Tiffany. Without sharing specifics so as to set unrealistic expectations for other customers in the future, I will just say that they are bending over backwards to make me a happy customer! I absolutely cannot even believe the lengths they are willing to go to to help a customer out. My gratitude can hardly be expressed in words, and this over an adirondack chair. You guys are the best!!

Papillion Target staffing always very helpful! Was very reassuring to have the Self Check-out personnel communicate to waiting customers when the register was open and that she sanitized the unit after each customer! Excellent and very helpful!

This store does not recycle there cans or plastic . They throw it in the same trash as everything else . Poor management in the recycling area very disappointed with how they lie to the public having those trash cans for recycling and it is not being recycled . I really thought that Target Papillion cared for the environment but they only care about making money and not taking the time to recycle ♻️

It was quick and easy to get what I ordered, didnt have any trouble picking up my item. Would highly recommend this place if you want excellent service.

I normally have a good experience with the papillon target but unfortunately I did not have the best experience today on 5/17/20 around 7pm. I stopped in with a family member from out of town. We were asked very rudely by a cashier if we were ready or not on isle 20. She looked like she was in her 40s or so with blond hair down to her shoulders. She was so rude with her attitude and tone. I was shocked on how this women was talking/ treating us. I made sure I stopped at the customer service and brought it to someones attention. No one should ever receive that kind of customer service.

Easy to use, quick, and efficient, love not walking through the store and getting more then I need. Love love love this service!!

I feel like the quality is better at Target than competitors like WalMart. I think the workforce is treated better. I do think prices are bit higher.

Do not recommend the understaffed/not-staffed-at-all and ill-managed Target Bakery. My family ordered three, 12-count cupcake cakes from the Papillion Target Bakery. When we arrived to pick them up, no one was at the bakery, and we waited for well over 10 minutes to be helped. Eventually someone emerged, we got the cakes and began to leave when we realized that the cakes were not at all what we ordered. The frosting was all vanilla (we had ordered one with chocolate frosting and two with vanilla). The cakes were not the variety we had ordered but all one flavor. When we went back to the bakery, we again waited, this time for five minutes, until finally one of the employees from the Starbucks came over. We explained that this wasnt even close to what we had ordered and she apologized but, understandably, since she couldnt decorate cakes, she couldnt really do anything. She did give us 9 dollars in coupons which would have been okay except the order was over 40 dollars and the coupons didnt even cover the price of one of the not-even-close-to-what-we-ordered cakes. We were pretty upset about the cakes being totally incorrect, but really what was more frustrating was the fact that there were no employees or managers to discuss the issue with. Clearly, they are uninterested in repeat business and we, of course, are more than happy to oblige them. In the future, we will not be getting cakes from Target.

Pick up was easy and I enjoy shopping at Target

Lots of selection, clean and bright. Stopped by the pharmacy, the ladies working there were fun to talk to. Leslie was very helpful and so was Kaitlin. I didnt catch the third womans name or Id have mentioned her too.

This is the only Target store that I like to go to in the Omaha metro area as I hate the layouts of the other stores. But not why Im leaving the review. The other day I purchased a new big kid bike for my 6 year old as he outgrew his little one. We took it out this afternoon so I could teach him how to ride. After only 5/10 minutes of walk/jogging (with me holding on) on a sidewalk, we stopped and heard a small pop and hissing noise. The front wheel had gone completely flat within a few seconds.I called up the store to see what my options were. They had me bring the bike in and after looking at it, they took it back and replaced the inner tube of the tire. Were not sure what went wrong but my son was super happy that he was able to take it back home. I was very pleased with the staff and how nice and helpful they were to us. Thank you!

We just stopped to look for a board game they didnt have. We were stopped three times, by different associates, to make sure we heard about the clearance sale going on in the games section. They were very friendly and not pushy about it, so it wasnt a big deal that we heard about it three times back to back.We then ended up stopping at the cafe to grab a pretzel and ended up getting a pizza too. The guy at the cafe was super friendly and helpful. He kept apologizing that we had to wait a few minutes for another pretzel to thaw. He brought it and our pizza out to the table and asked if he could get us anything else.Target associates have always been friendly to us, but this visit seemed to be a very good one. Everybody there was just super friendly.

Used Target app and literally they had my order ready in 20min and I had it picked up and leaving store all within 5 min. Very little waiting.

My favorite target to visit. I live across town and there is a closer Target to me but I prefer to make the drive to this one. Store is kept clean and organized. Staff is friendly and on point. The one time I had a bad experience, the supervisor listened to me and fixed the issue. She did give me a credit on my purchase which was nice but the fact that she handled the issue so promptly and quickly was way better then anything. My first choice for targets on this side of town.

I love target and totally dislike your telephone customer service. It comes from a place that seems to be unable to relate properly to USA culture. I missed my payment by stress and accident, and got the hateful message when I called in in the morning after it was due. The rep was slow, laborious and unable to relate to me in the way that was needed. I am considering getting rid of my credit card because of your telephone off country choice for customer service. I also missed my Amazon Store Card and called in immediately and before calling Target. They were off continent and culturally appropriate for me. Both of you took off the late fee. After mentioning I had been disabled for 7 months with 2 hip replacements the Amazon agent went further, to waive my payment and part of my balance. I was stunned and actually cried. It was pretty sweet. The customer service person on the phone. Was polite in her cultural style, but very slow and verbatim. She was unable to relate to me, and I did not have the patience to listen patiently to a very slow, too long and not relevant script. The harsh Target message that I was delinquent, as I was calling in 10 or so hours late to correct my error, really is heartless and inappropriate. Especially to me, calling in immediately to take care of my forgetfulness and hopefully avoid a fee, which I did in both cases. My experience is that Customer Service from Puerto Rico is culturally appropriate and helpful. Where ever you were located, what not what I needed after you terse message, and totally the opposite of the great Amazon experience.

Love this target! My kids always love walking in seeing the dollar section! They always have what I need and don’t switch up the whole store so you know where nothing is like at Walmart. The staff is always kind and willing to help!

Went to return the sweater that I just loved but noticed a hole in the sleeve where someone tried to repair the hole by tying the strings together. When I had told the customer service person that I had worn the sweater a few times and then noticed the whole in this weather and that was the reason why I was returning the sweater. She replied to me that well they would accept the return this time but the next time they would not because they would not know if The damage was done at the store, by another person, or by me. I asked her if I needed to inspect the clothes before I buy them? She nodded, shrugged, & said “Well you may want to.” This seems more like shopping at Goodwill!

They run out of products frequently near prices are a bit High. The store is kept clean and they leave plenty of room to maneuver shopping carts around the store. Their customer service this is very friendly and helpful. But items they sell are of decent quality. Their prices are fair to a bit high depending on the item.

Went to the store to return a package of baby wipes that had a cut in them from a box cutter. I am 9 months pregnant, waited in a very long line for several minutes; when I finally get to the counter, and say I just want to do an even trade for a non-damaged package, they tell me I have to walk all the way back to the diaper section and grab a new one myself? Seriously?! Im visibly about to pop, been waiting forever for a simple exchange and now I have to give up my place in line to get the product AND there is floor staff wandering around out of the floor not doing anything?!Once I get back to guest services with the new wipes, instead of making it an even trade exchange, I get some BS about how I have to go throw a full return of the damage item and pay for the new one... Which I had a coupon for they took the day of purchase, and had to tell the employee that I wasnt going to get refunded the sale amount and pay full price for the wipes... Finally got it straightened out and left, not wanting to go back ever again. Summary: Horrible customer service.

This Target store profiles its guest... My wife 5 days out of delivering our child wanted to get out of the house. She didnt get all dressed up to go to the store. She had her purse and our babys car seat in the shopping cart basket. As I paid for our items I noticed the guest service employee and some other lady stand and watch her walk to our car as she did very slowly. I even hear one say I dont run. So when I got by the doors I confronted them, asking if my wife did something wrong. As one stood there and the other went to watch her unload the cart, the one who stayed said they thought they saw something in the cart, yeah a baby and purse. I worked at this store almost 20 years ago in loss prevention and I frequent Targets for purchases a lot. Since she was not up to the Target guest look cause once again, just had a baby them 2 employees profiled her. Well thanks to these 2 old bags I will never step foot in the store again.

I love Target stores for their awesome products. But this stores floor outline doesnt make sense. Things are all over the place. I wish they would reorganize.

Its nice, clean and the service is good. Their board game section is great!! Prices are slightly higher than other retailers though.

Thank you target for limiting customers to buying certain products, including wipes for babies. With this crisis that is going on, us parents of babies are very dependent on them and it’s been hard to find wipes anywhere. Made my day!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. My wife and 2 kids did our shopping and went through the self checkout. A female associate was hovering over us the whole time, didn’t crack a smile or say hello. Just stood right behind us as we scanned ALL of our items. At the end when we paid, she asks if all of the items are on the receipt. My wife became upset as this associate did not do this to anyone else or hover over anybody else. We are Mexican so you do the math there!

We were looking for gluten free dessert items and found em!

If I could give zero I would. Shopping here for 19 years but going downhill. Will never buy a grocery item again. Bought Xochitl chips for July 4th and served them but thought they tasted stale. Eventually found the date on the back, they expired December of 2018!!!! Went to customer service and asked for manager, no apology, just that it’s a “vendor issue...but not my department “. We have had issues with meat and dairy before. Can’t feed my family groceries that expired 7 months ago! And there is no excuse for that.

I went up here 5 times for a cell phone because the target tech guys werent smart enough to even check my phone for malfunction and they redirected me to the Bellevue one which was Also a nightmare. and the guy stunk so bad it was almost unbearable. Target tech has made my life a living hell for half a week now for something they should have been able to figure out in an hour at most. never ever ever ever buy a cell phone from any target they do not know what they are doing one bit. I spent over 10 hours in target over the last couple days and left with no phone because of these unprofessionals who shouldnt be anywhere near a phone and should be mopping up the bathrooms.

More of a relaxed shopping experience than most of its competitors. Do my weekly grocery shopping here and find prices much better than the local grocery stores and other big box stores for most products.

The manager of the store is a fool when somebody comes in looking for a particular item example Star Wars Black Series 40th Anniversary Empire Strikes Back wave 3, When somebody says that they are a collector and they want just one item out of the wave they are not a collector they are a scalper, a collector wouldve bought the whole box.

In my opinion target has better products than walmart, but I need more options on Organic food.
