The art in this place is awesome and I think everyone should check it out- the pictures are reasonably priced and they’re literally beautiful. The chocolate is decent and the worker there today was a really nice guy. The cannoli gelato doesn’t taste anything like cannolis do (would not recommend), but the chocolate gelato was really good.

We have always loved this shop and their chocolates but when we heard they were serving Lemon Cookies and Cream gelato we literally went straight there and were not disappointed.

We stop by every time we are in town. I wish we had one closer! My husband tried their coffee this time and said it was amazing! I previously didnt even know they had drinks. I always go for the mice, they are the best chocolates out there!

After eating at Chopps pizza we went walking around the Shodow Lake Towne Center. Discovered Stams Chocolaterie & went in fo a look. Had a small coffee crunch gelato & an assortment of chocolates. It was all super good & the staff was very friendly. We’ll definitly go back to sample some more!

Great little place. Has plenty of little chocolates to choose from. Then if youre not satisfied with that, they also have gelto. Which gets rotated from their daily flavors and you can get ones like red velvet, pistachio, and creme Brûlée. Then if you want some none dairy there are options for that as well. They have separate packaged European candy, like kinder and much more.

The gelato is great. Selection of chocolate is awesome. Play some board games, eat some dessert and it a chill place.

The best customer service I have e experienced in years. The chocalateer knew everything about his chocolates and gelato and store history. If he is not an owner his owner should give him a raise. Oh and the gelato was heavenly!

Too many delicious choices but the chocolate caramel truffle was divine! My friend and I ordered Butter Beers (yes I’m a HP ⚡️ fanatic) and grabbed chocolates to go. I still need to grab chocolate frogs for stocking stuffers... YES they have chocolate frogs!!!!

It’s a quaint little chocolate shop with a little ice cream parlor inside. They have a sweet variety of chocolates/truffles inside. The set up is warm and intimate.

This local chocolate shop is an absolute gem! it’s so fun to stop in and grab just a piece or two or grab something special for a holiday. personally I’ve had their chocolate advent calendar, chocolate covered strawberries on valentine’s day, their easter bunnies, chocolate corn, and so much more! it’s the perfect place to buy something “local” to send to a friend afar or include in a present, too. lucky to have stam in town. :)

Delicious! Has all the chocolates of my dream!

Unfortunately having grown up in Europe, my tastes are very different to that of Americans. This chocolate did nothing for me. A good indication of chocolate quality is the flavor one gets from a plain 70% cocoa bar. There were no flavorful undertones to the stam chocolate and no tasting notes to accompany, or in fact be written about their chocolate. It would make a good cooking chocolate but not is not a tasting specimen. Instead I would recommend a single origin bar by Michael Cluizel (mokaya plantation bean) or Pralus. If you can afford it, the Chuao Amadei is also a quality bar but can be rather hard to get hold of.It is, however a lovely chocolate shop and the staff are very kind people. I’m sure many people enjoy their chocolate and I’m just fussy.

Always friendly service and heavenly chocolate choices. The interior might make you feel as if you have traveled to Europe. I always do.

I especially love the gelato. It’s made in store. I moved from here 6 years ago and visited again today and they had the flavor i remember being my favorite, creme brulee, and it so good. They have quite the assortment of chocolate candies too. Friendliest staff, they give you your money’s worth.

Found this place through the newspaper and thought itd be a fun a spot to take the family, even though its a little bit of a trip for us to get there it was totally worth it! It was like walking into a magical experience! Everyone was completely impressed with the gelato, chocolates and even selection of board games they had! Even the employee was so helpful! I know we will be back!

This little chocolate/gelato shop is a perfect stop for local chocolates to give as gifts. They have the cutest little corn on the cob molds to create a chocolate corn on the cobs. I love to purchase these for out of town guests that visit Omaha. Nothing screams Omaha as much as these!

Took our daughter here as a birthday treat, and the gentleman behind the counter was amazing! So nice and patient and knowledgeable. The gelato is so yummy and the chocolates are very very nice! This will now be a regular stop for us. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere too.

Stam is quiet, stylish, in the spirit of a Gemania boutique. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Although, my wife and I have different tastes they cater to us exquisitely. Oh, and the Gelatos are very good.

Truly the best European chocolates! Real ingredients. I have yet to find great European chocolates until now. Im excited to have found this wonderful little store packed with so many selections.

Great selection of gourmet chocolates, teas, coffee and espresso, and Gelato in an adorable European-vibe setting! We were greeted promptly upon walking in, and helped by a young man who was so wonderful and pleasant! They treat each customer with importance, and devote the time to each customers experience (rather than the assembly line feel of other similar shops). We purchased chocolates (bon bons) to take home, Gelato for there, and some coffee! The Gelato was FANTASTIC! We enjoyed the whole experience, and the care and attention to detail by the staff! The prices are very affordable and fair for the high quality of the product! They even have specialty Dutch items like Speculoos flavored lattes, stroopwaafels, and windmill cookies!!! Wonderful experience, we will be back!!!

My family loves the chocolate here and the gelato is amassing. Most things they sell are made here with care and attention.Also a cool place to sit and play a game of checkers. Interesting ambiance also. This place is truly unique and good.

This is my absolute favorite place to get chocolates. They have such a wide variety of chocolates and truffles to satisfy any craving. I love how many options there are, and how every single piece is so smooth and decadent. They also offer delicious gelato and have such cozy and elegant decor. Its the perfect place to go to reward yourself.

I love this place. They have the finest chocolate, gelato and atmosphere in Omaha. This place is a MUST for tourists passing through Omaha. They are introduced into a beautiful room full of golden chandeliers and many tables. The lady at the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. You can tell, she loves chocolate. The ceiling had such a strange pattern, but you could tell it was European in nature. It had a french 19th century feel. But it also had something of a modernist look. So it was an interesting blend.I recommend this place to anyone.

Great hot chocolate and bon bons, today was misty, foggy and in the 40s and reminded me of Belgium and Germany during the winter. This was a perfect stop for memories.

Been here twice, both times it felt as if I was a nuisance. The first time was for a gift after hearing amazing reviews from a location in Ames. The second time I was hesitant to come back after feeling unwelcomed the first time, but I wanted to try the chocolates here. In the end, the staff seemed to not care and I was unimpressed with the taste for the price trade off, as it was close to a dollar per chocolate.

The Gelato was delicious and reasonably priced. The store was very clean and had a relaxing environment.

We love to hit up Stam when down at Shadow Lake! My husband and I give the little bon bon boxes as thank you gifts for teachers and such, and theres nothing like a gelato stop on a hot day! In the winter, do yourself a favor and stop in for a warm up with the most decadent hot cocoa and play one of the provided board games.

What a lovely shop! Susie (I believe that is her name) is an owner and she was warm and friendly. There is a yelp check in for a coffee and a truffle. What a wonderful introduction if you have never been there before. It allows you a chance to sample before you buy and trust me, you will buy!I tried the marzipan truffle. The snap of the chocolate as you bite into it, the creaminess of the filling, you should eat this all the time. Here is what Ive noticed about candy. The mass produced (Russel Stovers, Lindts) you can eat a lot off because it doesnt satisfy that itch in your brain for chocolate. Here? Eat this slowly, savior it, taste the time and effort which went into the creation of this delectable treat. One maybe two pieces will sate you.OH! I bought some of the sugar free items. WOW!! They dont taste like sugar free. Now I can enjoy the peanut clusters, chocolate covered espresso beans and chocolate covered almonds with less guilt. Absolutely worth the price and schelp into Bellevue for this shop. I cant speak enough wonderful things about this place.
