I had a terrific initial experience with the team at Schrock (Papillion). Trenton answered many of my questions over the phone before scheduling a home visit. I had a printer problem with my network printer. after 4 hours of frustration, I called SCHROCK PAPILLION for assistance. Trenton came to my rescue. After 1 hr and 45 minutes he found that one channel of the network switch was not working. I was able to change the printer to a different channel and he reconfigured the printer and everything worked. I believe that the 11 hour power outage last week along with a spike when the power came on, was the culprit. KUDOS to Trenton for his assistance.Mike Brenneman
I called Schrock Innovations today because my computer locked up on me and the screen went black. I need my computer for a job interview on Zoom tomorrow and was in a panic. I spoke with Korby by phone and he talked me through removing the battery in my computer and restarting it. When that didnt work, he recommended that I bring it in to be looked at. He met me at the door and when he powered up my laptop, of course it powered up correctly. He explained what had probably happened and helped me walk through what I would need to do tomorrow for my call. We also talked about upgrading my system (as my laptop is old and out of date) and he presented several options.I am SO appreciative of his help today! He was calm. kind, and informative and helped me to feel ready for my call tomorrow. I will definitely be calling Schrock, and probably asking for Korby, later this summer/early Fall, when I am ready to upgrade.Thank you for having such great employees who are willing to help someone over the phone first, and have such great Customer Service! My first experience working with Corby, so polite, good listener, understood my problem and very efficiently corrected it. I would definately return to Schrock! We purchased their Christmas Special Computer in 2014. With their assistance I am still able to use this computer!!! Its definately not a box store computer as Thor would say!
I have had all my computer work done by Schrock since they built my computer six years ago. They have always been very responsive and helpful. This particular call was supported by Gabriel. Everyone at Schrock is very helpful, but I particularly enjoy working with Gabriel. He is always very professional and gets the problem solved or points me in the right direction if its not a computer setting problem. This visit turned out to be a problem with the printer itself and not due to computer settings.I would recommend Schrock Innovations to anyone wanting a good computer built and good service afterwards.

I stopped by at Schrock innovations in Papillion and had jeff look over my computer after my water cooler wasn’t working, Jeff worked on my computer for only just one night and had already replaced it with a new nice air cooler for the time being for really cheap! He had been helpful the entire time even after returning it to me I had an issue with a storage device and he came over and helped me with it. Honestly Jeff did an amazing job on the cable management and did everything perfectly he deserves 10/10 for all the help he gave to me! Definitely if i have issues in the future I’m going back there and having them help me.
They were able to recover some pictures from and old laptop for me that I thought were lost. It was quick and very reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay much more. Very professional and helpful! Definitely will go there again!

My Husband purchased my first laptop at Schrock. I have been so thankful for their helpfulness when I did not understand a process and had to call them. Their availabity to do maintenance or just check-up on a perceived problem has been phenomenal. Have been using Schrocks for a while for pretty much all of our computer issues. Had ordered a new tower built by them with a nice discount and easy ordering experience. Just wish that they would have told me that the parts were back-ordered when I purchased it so I wouldve been prepared to wait a month from my order date for my tower to finish. Thought they wouldve had the parts ready especially if they were pushing a sale on those towers.
I listen to the radio show and have done so for quite a few years. Purchased the first and second generation tablets when they came out. The people working in the store were friendly and knowledgeable and patient. My husband is not techy and had a slew of questions when I purchased the first tablet and his questions were answered in a way he could understand. Just wished there were updates to the android system for the tablets.

I wanted Schrock Innovations to put a solid state hard drive in my computer when they had them on sale. Problem was that I live 2.5 hours away in central Iowa. I was going to be in the Omaha area for a short weekend to take in a concert. I called them and asked if they could accommodate my schedule, I was totally expecting them to say no. To my delight they said bring it in when you get to town. Dropped it off at 2 pm on Saturday and picked it up when they opened on Sunday. I highly recommend Schrock Innovations and a solid state hard drive update.
I am disabled and recovering from a broken shoulder and ribs...i was trying to install virus protection and them connecting remotely to help me beings was unable to do it myself...after many tries and many codes they said they would send someone to my home beings i was unable to go there and have them get my computer take it back to shop download antivirus and return it home...Parker came I suggested him trying to do it here to save trip back to shop back to my apartment and back to Schrock location...after much hard work and many attempts was a MAJOR SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!..he also checked few things out gave me the good to go!! Parker was extremely patient kind helpful with a sincere heart!! All of them at Schrock spent alot of time with me and was very kind courteous and extremely helpful!! We have been taking our computers to Schrock for years now, for everything from maintenance to security and Update programs. Phone calls on issues are quickly solved over the phone by giving best possible solutions...and if they cant, they will use Schrock Desk (over the phone) to check my computer remotely. They stand behind their work which is very reassuring.

I am hesitant to leave this review because these guys are so good they deserve to go big-time and have a ton of nation-wide customers. Im afraid they could get so big I would loose their personal excellent support. Thors show on the radio and Facebook is great always giving outstanding advice. Ive been listening for years. I am looking at a laptop for college and the worker at Scheock was super helpful. He helped me look at laptops that fit my specific needs and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone and they will be my first thought for computer troubles in the future.
I listen sometimes to their radio program on 1110am, and thought why not pay the extra to get great service and make life easy for myself.Wrote sticky note with instructions and left on computer asking to remove every non-essential program except for MS Office and MS Project, then install Windows 10. Dropped off computer and read through the instructions with the tech. Sticky note still attached to computer. $300 estimate seemed stiff, but sure lets do it (new customer coupon cuts down to $200). Day 3 - here comes the bad news. The Tech thought my instructions meant to wipe hard drive and install fresh copy of Windows 10, in the process loosing all my personal documents and photos...ouch! Upon figuring out there was a problem, tech offered to send my hard drive to a data recovery center at my cost of an additional $400+ depending on the extent of damage. Some businesses take the customer is right attitude, and try to make right. In my case, Schrock took the customer is wrong attitude and I feel burned.A suggestion for Schrock would be to have a form customers have to sign if the hard drive is going to be wiped, so that way the customer would know everything is about to be lost. The third star on the rating was earned because they made a courtesy call daily so I knew they were still working on something.
Short and sweet, Parker went above and beyond and installed my software and drivers that had been mysteriously been dropped from my printer. He saved my day. I cant say enough.

We recently purchased a laptop from Schrock to replace our Mac. In our Mac we had family photos and a specialized farm accounting software. Since our farm accounting software was written for Windows, we needed Parallels to operate the problem. Too, many of our files on the Mac had been converted from excel and word. In short, this wasn’t going to be an easy data transfer and despite Nikki’s confidence, I was VERY skeptical that the transfer would go well. BUT, Ryan, a junior tech no less, made the transfer completely and without any hassle for me!! It’s been the easiest transfer I’ve ever experienced!! Ryan has made us Schrock customers for life and we can’t recommend Schrock and Ryan enough. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I have been a Schrock customer for many years for new computer hardware, periodic preventive maintenance and repairs. They are a quality company with great customer service. You can take old equipment to them for secure recycling. You can get their free Drive Adviser software to monitor for hard drive problems. You can get their Secure Updater to automatically keep current versions of your third party software applications. Their goal for preventative maintenance is a one to two day turnaround and they usually get it done that quickly. If youre in the greater Omaha area you need to give them a try! Oh, I almost forgot, they can hook you up with the best Symantec security software!
Service center replaced a router in January. The ethernet part failed this week and I needed to replace it.
Waited 3 weeks for them to fix my laptop. Called them multiple times during this time period, was always told I would be called back but they never returned my calls. Took them 3 weeks to tell me that the part my laptop needed is no longer manufactured and that they wouldnt be able to fix it unless I wajted a refurvished part. No idea why it took them so long to update me, but Im just buying a new laptop for cheaper than it would have been to fix my old one.

I recently had surgery on my eyes and its hard to read things. I told him that I didnt download the 21H1 yet, he took control & helped me with the download. The Papillion Service Center has been my saving grace for years. My family only buys things from Schrock (preferably on sales) and the guys in Papillion make sure all my mess-ups or just plain “don’t get its” are solved. Nikki was very helpful in getting all the right stuff on the computer I bought for my grandson during the upgrade sale and Jacob is really a good stand in when Parker is busy. Lately Parker has been helping us so much that I think he recognizes my voice without looking at caller ID. Thanks so much! I give anyone who tells me about a computer need the Papillion number.

Have been a Schrock customer for several years utilizing the Papillion Office (at the 72nd and 370 location and after the move to 84th and 370 site) for initial virus removal, installation of further security protection via annual renewal of Symantec Endpoint protection product, and periodic maintenance checks. Service has always been very prompt, professional, and transparent related to work completed with each order. Bottom line: excellent service provide by highly qualified staff.
So had a problem with my computer on Thursday and took it to Papillion. The young man that was working by himself helped me with a computer hardware problem. He fixed it in a few minutes and got me back on the road. Nice so i didnt have to drive back to Omaha to get it.
I havent had to do much in store but the buying experience was awesome and ongoing service has beed outstanding. Staff is on top of warranty and software updates and gives plenty notice for Windows update issues.

After having my computer for a month, ordering the wrong part, finally I called them and it was done. While the person was ringing up my bill, I turned the computer on to see if it was repaired. They were going to charge me when they had done nothing! Worst place ever!
The October 17th upgrade of Windows 10 could have been a daunting task. Fortunately, I acquired the Shrock Innovation Safe Upgrade. The installation was simplified and made for the non-technical user. During the past several years I have used the Papillion location of Shrock Innovation for annual computer checkups, recovery of data from a hard crash, and the initial installation of Windows 10. In all cases, they were very reasonably priced and have a professional staff that is customer-oriented.

Extremely disappointed. Took HP G7 in for estimate to replace crashed HD. Was told it would be over $300. $100 for new HD (500gb) and $200 for OS. Then they attempted to sell me one of their proprietary systems @ over $400. Went to Best Buy & bought new HD (1TB) for $52 & got imaging software from HP for $33. Fixed computer for less than $100 myself. Not sure what they were going to do for $200 more. Recommend that you think about fixing it yourself or going somewhere that is not going to gouge you.
