I was actually visiting the store with my Boyfriend who was getting the latest Tablet for free for signing up for an additional line on his existing Account.What a pleasant woman who greeted and assisted us through the whole process. The main computer was not accepting Credit Card payment and we did not have the cash, for tax on the tablet. She called another office for assistance, figured something out and was handling it through the computer, very quickly.

Weve always had good and fast treatment at AT&T on Skyway and in Chico. Very helpful and courteous.

AT&T is a bunch of thieves. They overcharged my old internet (before the fire) so I closed the account in the store. the following month, another bill for the supposedly closed and zeroed out account. So they closed and zeroed it out again. Now, I have a letter from the credit agency. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Horrible! It was all burnt down! Would NOT recommend! (btw, 3/4 of the town was also burnt down)

Waited a long time I do like the person who helped me tryed to give good customer help . I was just paying my bill and waited 45 min maybe they need more help in that store maybe some one can just do payments only that would help with customer service .

The store has no cell phone service in front of the store not a good sign for sales thats why Im getting Verizon wireless paradise California as the worst cell service both verizon and at&t sprint there just BAD .
