So small town locations are as busy as any big city.....and yet, the customer service is the best Ive ever experienced. Highly recommend driving out of your way just for a cup and many genuine smiles.

Great atmosphere and staff was kind and polite. Bathroom facilities are nice but there are no changing tables for young children. Drive though is usually pretty busy.

Good coffee and food and a comfortable place to hang out or meet with friends. The building is brand new and beautiful. Plenty of comfortable seating. The employees are genuinely friendly. Im ready to become a regular.

So great to have Starbucks in town! Only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because Ive had issues with mobile ordering (the given time frame and days without power.) Seasonal drinks are always a good treat and so are the snacks. The staff is also really polite and friendly.

I just went to Starbucks to get me and my friends drinks, we did our order came up to the window. From the first second the kaitlyn with black hair and a cheetah mask had attitude with us for no reason she snatcher her hand back fast when giving us the drinks . Have us multiple dirty looks and eye rolls. Do not like the service I got from her.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. There service is pretty quick. I love going there. Only thing I dont like is that they close at 6pm now. They use to be open till 9pm, pre-covid. Im just so greatful that they are open again!!😁

Love Starbucks! Went for a quick business meeting. Due to covid, its the first time I didnt have to stand in line. We went in to order, the gal was polite, informative and knew what she was doing. We sat out on the patio, which had just been freshly cleaned. It was a beautiful day, and a successful business meeting.

Went thru, wanted to buy the next person behind me a coffee, no one was there so the cashier said I could buy a gift card and the she would set it out for the next driver...got my delicious caramel coffee and so did someone else...

The Paradise team is fantastic. I love getting my morning started with them!

I love Starbucks! I order in the app when I stop at the bank and its ready when I drive through. The employees are wearing masks and are so nice and friendly! Everything is so clean and the coffee and food are fresh and yummy! I started going because I got a gift card for my birthday and now Im hooked!!!

I love this (Paradise) location but Im really bummed Starbucks took sugar free mocha sauce off their menu. Not cool.

A very nice clean comfortable welcoming spot to stop in paradise California.Service and speed of service was excellent.The seating area and bathrooms and outside area were all clean and quite comfortable.

The people at the desk are usually super friendly.. I almost always order the same drink however recently Ive noticed my lattes have become less coffee flavored and more watery I dont know why but I definitely can notice the change ..update i have switched to dutch bros the coffee is more full body flavor

We were there yesterday (4-28-18), during out Gold Nugget parade. For as busy as they were, I was very impressed about how fast they were. They were staffed for the occasion. The drink was delicious. For about the 20 people that were in line in front of us, we were in and out in a matter of maybe 7-10 minutes. Great job!

No fuss, no muss. Great drink and no unruly people harassing the staff. I went a little later to talk with a friend and despite being the end of their day, the staff were still in high spirits.. but its a place with caffeine, I cant expect less.

Its a Starbucks. Nothing Earth shattering, but I did appreciate the friendly small town personalty here.

First time visit to the Starbucks in Paradise, Calif. Both sad and enlightening. Sad to see the devastation from the fires. Enlightening for all the rebuilding and construction taking place, which includes this new Starbucks.

Love just the regular brewed coffee. Usually get half and half light and medium roast. The lighter roast have more caffeine. Not everyone knows or believes it. The egg bites are amazing too. I get the bacon gruyere

Great location. Bright, open floor plan, spacious outdoor patio. Friendly and competent staff. WiFi is very slow here. But youre also in a dead zone for cell reception up on the ridge, so it may just be overloaded.

First time to the Starbucks Paradise location. It was a nice experience, staff was friendly and the parking lot design is amazing. Definitely used that lot space better than the previous owners had.I do miss Coffees On though.😒

It feels like a warm community, they are always helping you if you dont know what drink you want. They go out of your way to make amazing coffee.

You know what I like about this place its got atmosphere, yeah thats what its got atmosphere, if you were to ask the waiter to bring over a fairly sharp knife I could cut off a nice block of atmosphere and take it home with me.: Dorothy ParkerThe Bagel was warm not toasted the cream cheese on the side was like a tasteless glue.The chai and the people were nice.

Good luck knowing that your coffee is ready. They don’t use an overhead speaker and the employees hate their job so much that they won’t say names loud enough for anyone to hear.

Honestly my kids and I like the coffee I make at home better. I also think Starbucks is really overpriced for coffee and tea. The only reason we walked in was because we had gift cards that needed to be used up.

Love the food, people, and the fast time through the drive thru. No matter what time of the day I go there. If your order is wrong, they immediately correct it, without giving you the customer any static OR making you feel like an idiot.

Awesome location and long-anticipated for the wonderful community of Paradise. Spacious inside with great seating options - many cushy lounge chairs as well as multiple table options for parties ranging from 2 to 10. Standard Starbucks prices (many businesses raise pricing for the ridge, not the case here). Very friendly staff & excited to serve! Drive-Thru is great, too - long enough to support a large queue of cars. 5 stars!!!

I ordered a Caramel Frappacino and it tasted like they forgot to put any coffee in it. Actually, that was the second time I got it that way. I plan to start going to a different location for my to-go coffee products.

Got a 4 shot mocha it was good, staff was friendly and awesome. Minus one star for being a corporate juggernaut.

Driving thru Marysville it was very convenient. Very small area combined with a small Circle K. I had a mocha frapp & hubby had coffee with almond shots & cream. We will stop again. Nice barristers.

Its a brand new Starbucks, one with a great and modern design. The location is ideal, on peak hours however its going to be challenging to find parking: most go through the drive thru when that happens. They have reserved parking for mobile order pick ups, which I end up using a lot, but the place is so nice and open, with a lot of windows for natural light to come through, I cant help but stay here to do work. The baristas are still having an adjustment I imagine, though a few of them take their jobs with stride and are very accommodating and lovely. My drinks are usually made to order, so I hardly have any complaints. Its always clean and it usually has a medium amount of noise going on in the background. If you like Starbucks Spotify list however, that pays pretty loud, masking some of the noise.Overall, gorgeous location that works to accommodate, greeted with a smile and clean store that theres no distractions to work. If youre planning a huge get together or looking for a table top to work on (study party, chess game tournament, etc) they have a table you can arrange to reserve for such activities. :)
