Completely miserable experience, if you dont answer your phone they call 3 times a day and your references, borderline harassment to get their money. Was thinking of getting some furniture but forget it. I will never ever deal with them again. Some of cant answer their phones while at work they need to understand stand that.

I like rent a center its fast and reliable its there when you need something for your whether its a cell phone or appliances or even furniture and electronics. They employees are very friendly they smile all the time and very respectful.

Very unpleased with my service, the guys there will lie just to make a sale. They tell you they price match and that is a lie. I understand how their business works, but I found the tv almost 200 dollars cheaper then what they were renting it for, when I showed the guy he said hed match the price as close as he could, went in next day with cash in hand and he changed his mind just because . Waste of time. Returned the tv then bought the same tv for way cheaper somewhere else! Never doing business with them again.

Attention potential customers...Do NOT get stuff from Rent a Center...I used to work there for 3 almost 4 years...this company is a scam...not only do they overcharge you for your stuff...but sometimes they say its new and it isnt...I cant tell u how many times a customer was told the item was new and when I would get the item like a TV I would pick it up from another store and it would be their floor model and I would tell the customer that I took it out of the box before I left to make room...also delivered furniture with damage to them that we had to fix by using markers to cover up scratches or chips in paint...its better to just save up your money and go get a TV at Wal-Mart or Best Buy...and furniture at another place...trust me its a scam.
