Great customer service and good deals on meats and produce. Ive also liked their houseplants recently. Since remodeling and having been the only grocery store that survived the Camp Fire in Paradise, its nice to see them still operating and offering more choices of products.

They have a wide selection and great produce. Customer service is poor. One long line with many employees standing around socializing. So I went to the self check out which wouldnt allow me to buy many things like beer and the lady running it kept disappearing. She was very curt and didnt care about me. As I was leaving I saw they had opened up another register. Why didnt the lady tell me???

Very nice store, very clean they have a deli, a bakery full of fresh baked good, they have a meat counter, they have a health food section. There shelfs are stocked and have everything you could need at a grocery store. The prices are a tad bit high but you are always getting the best of the best products. I recommend this store to everyone.

Super Stoe. Super people. By the stretch of any means a super super srore. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and very very helpful.

Disappointed that every time I go there for chicken bites they never have them, even when its an advertised special. Store is clean, well stocked, I stop about once a week. Good fruit, vegis and salads. No chicken bites for mom.

It was a nice change but we didnt walk thru the whole store so I cant fairly say much. We just quickly picked up a few things on our way home from running errands. It was nice to have someone bagging the groceries! My hubby noticed flies in the meat dept and said something but the employee didnt seem very concerned. That ends my shopping there!

I really want to continue supporting this local store but every time I come in, I find myself shopping with a growing number of inconsiderate shoppers who are not wearing face coverings despite the sign on the door. I understand employees may not want to confront but they should at least educate them on how they should help protect their at-risk fellow neighbors.

My favorite place to shop

This is a great little store. They keep their shelves well stocked up, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I do miss the weekend BBQ, but with this virus, its safer not to have them.It seems the higher up the ridge you drive, the less people take the virus seriously. This is the last store to halfway enforce wearing masks, with about 75 percent of the customers wearing one, and over half the customers putting theirs on just before entering, and removing them immediately after exiting the store, (some of them coughing and sneezing just before the door). I can only imagine the viral count there.On a good note, although the kid who collects the carts wears his mask with a naked nose, he does a thorough job spraying down the carts with some sort of sanitizer. At least theyre trying to be safe, and so are most of the customers...... Unlike some other grocery stores on the ridge that are absolute train wrecks.

Save Mart has a wider selection of goods than the only other market in this area.They have a larger produce area and a nice deli area.

The store is nice and kept clean but they do not enforce the state mask mandate in effect or even their own store policy on masks. It’s not cool to walk in and see several people without masks on, one of which is coughing up a lung with some obvious respiratory issues.

Great store with a very helpful staff although I wish some sections could be expanded to have a bit more of variety in items.

Its been awhile since I shopped there, nice wide aisles, very good selection especially in meats and vegetables and fast efficient service at check out.

I love this store! Braggs apple cider single serve drinks a limited deli with ham, turkey, rare roast beef. They serve hot foods like chicken tenders and soup. They have fresh donuts. I enjoy the microwave cook in bag meals available from the full service meat butcher counter. Store is clean with seating area. The people who work there are very nice.

THE best supermarket on the ridge. If Im buying any meat products I will go out of my way to visit this store.

Great for shopping but the deli is super slow on making sandwiches...I mean real slow. A sense of urgency is necessary.

They had a fantastic deal on T-Bone steak and I had been having cravings for a good piece of red meat !

I love you guys! I practically cried the first day you opened! And save for a little soot to be wiped off of a few cans and bottles here and there, I couldnt be happier. Turns out you guys are a great grocery store. Im really not missing Safeway. And it sure was nice to get the gas back on and have heat again! And a bakery and a deli! 😁Update, recently (January) I ordered 3 large deli trays for entertaining and feeding a small tree crew of friends, approximately 8 persons. The food was very fresh. Overall absolutely delicious and outstanding! The deli and bakery are highly recommended.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍😁

So many items not on the shelves. I understand this is a corporate issue. Also alot of the staff would rather not deal with you than ask you if you need help.

Save Mart has responded to both the Camp Fire disaster of 12/8/2018 and the more recent pandemic with a very high level of professionalism and community love. My kind of supermarket. Reasonable prices and good service are apparent when you walk in the door.

When I first went there after the fire I saw so many familiar faces that it felt like home. Some of the workers had been moved to this store so that was a wonderful experience to know that they had been looked after. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their products are familiar to me and prices are fair. I like popping in there.

A bit pricey these days, but thats to be expected, since the fire. Good deli, fresh produce. It has a butcher dept with various meats and seafood which is a unexpected bonus. Clean store.

Kiddos for still being around! I always felt they were more expensive than need be, but I just found some Meyer Lemon Sherbet that was AWESOME!!!

Wish they required masks. Posted on door that its mandatory but no way to enforce it...

Customer service there was good and helpful, majority of the customers did where masks but did not honor any 6 feet distance at all in fact they stood right behind you even when you ask them to give you a little space they just look at you and refuse to give you space

I like this store. For a small town market, they have good produce, reasonably priced meats, decent bakery items. Great, fairly priced sandwiches, made to order. They have a good selection in a clean, pleasant environment. The staff are very friendly.

First of all, the people are awesome! The store is well lit and clean with isles you can push a cart in both ways. Deli and butcher shop are great. Fresh fish and meat, crab salmon. Parking is easy and plenty.

Im so glad that this place is still open. Employees recognize you and greet you. The quality of the fresh food is superior to winco. The selection of products is wonderful. Post camp fire in trying to do a lot more of my shopping here to make sure we can keep this quality grocery store going.

The entire Paradise store has been remodeled with sit down deli dining, complimentary coffee and fruit infused water. Weekly specials and regularly low prices are reestablishing the pre fire customer base.

Groceries are overly priced. Libbys 15 oz. can pumpkin is $3.99. Same can pumpkin at Dollar General is $1.69.

Almost every employee smiles/greets me upon entry. There is usually someone on the floor to offer assistance. I can easily locate what I came in for. There is some of the freshest and tastiest fruit/vegetables.This a pleasant grocery store.

I am up here from Southern California on what is proving to be a long mission to assist my in-laws, and today my 87 year old father-in-law had a shopping list he told me with his eyes closed, because he was picturing the store as he told me! The bakery staff are friendly & helpful as are the deli, meat counter, and checkers! My husband and I are thinking about moving here in the future! Good Job

Ate lunch and shopped here pretty much every day while working on the Paradise Fire Cleanup Project. They had a wonderful deli, and the staff was awesome.

Pretty good store, nice meat dept. Typically have everything you need, and they have been having some really good deals lately. Wish they had a better organic produce selection and better Whole Bean coffees, But they are just catering to their market. Waaaaay better than Safeway.

Prices are decent but they need more workers. When you need some help finding something it always seems theres somebody that will come and walk you to the place where you are looking for a certain product. The store is clean. The products are always fresh. The only thing thats bad is the parking and thats simply not their fault.

OMG!! I went to Save mart to get a doz. Doughnuts from the bakery. Brought them home and didnt get one of em lol. Soo, i went back and the doughnuts were almost all gone. Cassandra, the bakery guru, offered to make me fresh doughnuts of my choosing and she made me 6 chocolate bars..... FRESH!! Cassandra, you totally made my morning and day💯👋😎🤗💯

If you have fresh meat on sale, have it in stock. Today they had one trip tip. Buy one get one free. No I did not buy the 45.00 package. This store has a lot of issues since the Camp Fire. Very sad as we dont have many choices to shop at here. Prices are higher, produce is almost a joke.I should have just gone down to Chico to shop.

I am impressed overall with this store. But, tonight, I just really wanted a bar-b-qued chicken. The gal in Deli said they do not sell them on Wednesdays. Apparently, they are sold Thursdays through Sundays. So, I tried to find a frozen dinner that is different from what I have been buying. I live in a motorhome since the Camp Fire burned down my house. It has a stove and oven; but, open flames and I are not on good terms anymore. The selection was really poor for frozen dinners. I bought one. Gave it a try. Would never buy it again.
