Went in for an oil change and 20 minutes later my oil light comes on. I check the oil and its empty. I called up the automotive department and they actually told me to drive it back. After realizing that oil was gushing out of the car and couldnt drive it anywhere, I called the automotive department back. After being transferred to the store manager, who tried to blame me, she told me there was nothing they could do and the claims department will call me next week. After taking the car to a real mechanic, they found the old gasket from the oil filter that Walmart automotive put in from my last oil change. When two gaskets are in an oil filter, it doesnt form a tight seal, which will cause the oil to gush out. This has taught me two things: never use Walmart automotive if a real mechanic is an option and maybe next time Ill do it myself.

Theyd be better if they still did plug change and wire change

Was told tire installation and oil change would take 3 hours,took 6.5 hours. Ended up not having tires they quoted, had more expensive ones. Asked to have wipers and valve stems changed, none were. Receipt says everything was checked and filled but wiper fluid is empty and rear wiper is missing. Not recommended.

They are unequipped for what I needed done. I have a 2010 vehicle, and they arent able to check transmission fluid, much less put it in..

Went to get a couple of tps sensors put in mt wheels for air pressure. 2 weeks ago i was thare Saturday and ask about them agian the girl at the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Went and got a tire guy he said he didnt know when they would get any in then turned and walk away so i still dont know when they will get any and how much they will be over a yeay age i had 2 tps sensors replaced at paragould wallmart. I know they benn closed because of the covid but at least try to help me anyway i guess ill try 1 more time in a week or so

They only thing nice I can say is... the staff is nice. However, being nice and doing your job is what your being paid to do. I was told it would only take 30 mins to fix my flat and its been over 70 mins already and Im still waiting. Made me late getting back to work. The only reason why I am still here is because you are holding my cat hostage. Ugh!! So frustrated. But I was nice and smiled through it. But will NEVER use them again!! I wanted to do 0 stars but it would not let me!!

Wonderful experience James did a great job! Knowing it was going to be after hours he still welcomed us in.

I used this place a few times great prices .. these boys stay busy and they do good work and are always really nice..plus you dont have to wait around in the tire place you can go shopping or just walking around in the store while you wait..

Very friendly and helpful. I hated to see the young man who waited on us being left by himself to bring in all the tires. He stayed and finished our car then had to bring everything in and close up.

Took them over two hours to change one headlight, and they were working on cars that came in after me before even touching mine. Always had good service in the past, but I wont be back, unless there are major changes to this department.

Great...James was very nice, helpful and professional. My ONLY negative was the wait,(No one was there check out) but it was fine, I was not in a hurry.

Very disappointed. Will not be back to any Wal-Mart. There policy is not in line with mine. Or in line with any other tire shop in the area. Extremely slow. All customers where very on edge because of wait time. 90% of staff have no ideal what they are to doing. Most assistant managers are in the same category. Not trying to be rude just being honest Walmart has ceased to exist in my book.

Inexpensive but slow. They did overfill my oil by quite a bit, so need to check level of fluids after service.

Really slow to do any tire work

Slow service, workers talk and play too much instead of getting the 10 min job done. Will not go back. 2 1/2 hr for a 10 min oil change come one. Do it myself now.
