The people nice enough but had to reset both service light and oil light myself after an oil change. Also had the tires rotated and the low tire light was on and they didnt check the tire pressure in the tires. Cost over $120 for this service. Very disappointed.

I got here early and the younger manager said he couldn’t take my vehicle but i didn’t pay him right then and there. I told I will pay him after. And he said there is a bank up the road go there and come back. He was the rudest people by far that works here. The people in the shop was great and the older manager was great also.

Giving two stars because manager made it right. Got an oil change and 2days later had oil all over the ground. They towed my suv and said they fixed it. Well few days later leaking oil again. So had to go back and have it all redone. Been a few days no oil leaking.

Friendly staff. I was waiting to get an oil change and saw the employee getting my car (within 10 minutes which is quick), and I saw him put cover the drivers seat with plastic as I guess not to dirty my seat. Ive never seen a mechanic do that before. It probably should be done but most probably dont. So, Gateway obviously cares more than most.

My front passenger tire was going flat fast after going through the touchless car wash, where it picked up a nail and despite how busy they were, Rodney took me in immediately and fixed it quickly and professionally. Cant praise them enough. Thanks Rodney!

Pretty fast service. Wait time was not as long as I expected. Friendly staff. Fresh coffee and pop corn when we waited, made for a decent experience. I would recommend them for tire and service needs!

Love going in here. Prices for their products are expensive but they will come down as much as possible. Everyone is very friendly!!!!

A little slow at times. Getting there right at opening is the best time. It seems to be a first come, first serve. Oli changes are good but it can take some time to get 4 tires. Prices are normal. The manager, Tracy, is very helpful guy and will set you up with what you need. Its better to set up an appointment for things like brakes and alignment, that way you know what time they are going to start your vehicle. The waiting area is very accommodating and comfortable with free popcorn and coffe and water.

Ordered tires and they were put on and were flat the next day. They are the ones that said the tubeless would work, but they were WRONG! Then they charged me 62.00 more dollars to put tubes in the tire they recommended. Also had to order tubes and made me wait all the next day to put them in. 😡

Great fast service! Bought tires there, and had to replace a valve stem! They got it in and out quickly, with no charge, and were very friendly!

Had ABS lights on; they were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Busy place, but they will get you in and out quickly.

Worst place in paragould!! my wife dropped her GMC Denali off at 8:30 in the morning and it is 5:00 in the afternoon. it was there for the brake pads to be changed. i guess 7 and a half hours wasnt long enough time. lessen learned,i work 60 hours a week and next time Ill find time to do it myself. i wouldnt let them fix a bicycle tire.
