My husband found this place by accident (via Google) when needed a part for our VERY old refrigerator which we couldn’t find anywhere. Mary was such an incredible help, she had the part in stock in her Warehouse and instead of making us wait a day or so in order to get it she told my husband she herself would drive to the Warehouse to pick it up so we could have the part the same day in order to save the food we had in our refrigerator, such amazing Customer Service!! Mary is a true professional, trustworthy and her prices are extremely reasonable, for that reason this will be our go to place for parts or/and service going forward.

Called yesterday to see if they had replacement part for my stove. They were very helpful and made sure that the part I was asking for was right. I was provide detailed directions to shop which included how to avoid Rte 17. When I arrived the part was ready and everything worked out perfect. I Needed to replace a heat sensor on my gas range. I wanted to buy it local instead of using amazon. I called many places but this was the only place in north jersey where they could get my part. I came to pick up my part couple hours later at a great price. Will comeback.

My igniter broke on my oven at the most inopportune moment (isnt that how it always goes?). I looked online and although the part was available, there was no way I would be able to get it same day so I could finish cooking. I called All Bergen Appliance Service because they are nearby, they happily sold me the part (for a better price then online) and an hour later I had it swapped in and my oven working again. Recently I had an emergency where I needed a part for my clothes dryer. I had 2 loads of wash that Needed to be dried and unfortunately my dryer malfunctioned. I called a few Appliance parts and repair service providers and couldnt find anyone that could provide the part I needed without having to wait a couple of days. I then called All Bergen Appliance and explained my dilemma. I spoke to Mary who went out of her way to assure me that they would have the part I needed by the end of the work day. Highly recommend! Maytag randomly broke down and I found All Bergen Appliance Service. They were so quick to respond and were fast to make an appointment to check my washer out. Obviously during the time of COVID, they understood how important it was for me to get my washer fixed ASAP. They knew exactly what was wrong and I was able to fix it for a great price. This is the place to go in New York and NJ if you ever have a problem with your appliances!

Bergen was excellent. I needed a new handle for our GE Cafe microwave. Sounds easy, but finding the right part was anything but easy. Mary, went out of her way to help me. These guy are great. Needed a part for my Maytag dryer spoke to Mary she had the part I needed but I could not get there before they closed so she made arraignments for me to pick up the part after they closed. They came when they said they would, repaired my (high-end) oven (which was repaired by another service company a year ago) for a very reasonable fee. They went the extra mile!I needed two parts - one for an emergency repair of my 5 years old washer (the water intake valve) and one for a 13 old dryer. I have contacted the business by phone, a couple of minutes before the closing time (6 pm) . Mary, the owner, spent the next 15min on the phone with me - to make sure shell get the right parts. I said Ill stop by to pick the parts the next day - but a few changes in my schedule prevented me to go. To my pleasant surprise, Mary offered to deliver the parts - free of charge - and it happened (!) in a timely fashion. A couple of hours ago Ive finished replacing the parts – both a perfect fit - and run a couple of loads through the washer and the dryer. Im a happy camper and I received a premium service without a premium price.

My Kenmore dryer belt broke so I looked online and saw that All Bergen Appliance did sell parts to the public. So i took a chance and went there and saw Mary. Well, she was most helpful and new her parts! So nice to speak with a real person who cares and is willing to help. Price for the part was cheaper than online and i didnt have to wait for it to be shipped. A great alternative to ordering online. I was having dryer issues - I chatted w an online company. Explained it was running but not getting hot. I bought the fuse they recommended. Not only did it NOT work BUT if the fuse they sold me, was bad, it would have caused the whole machine to not work. Which was my exact question to them.All Bergen was great. In person I spoke to them, explained the issue n they sold me the proper group of thermal shut offs n fuse that I needed which easily fixed the problem. I am a customer for life n wouldn’t hesitate to use them to service my equipment if it was above my Capability. Ez to deal with.

I recently found myself in urgent need of a part for my leaking refrigerator. Unfortunately, i figured this out at 4:45 p.m., shortly before most parts stores close. Mary from All Bergen Appliance helped find the part that I needed and was able to have the part for me by 8:30 the next morning. When I mentioned that it was a bit of a long drive for me, she even tried to find another parts store that was closer to me. That kind of service is rare these days and I am glad to have found them.

Worst service I ever got!!!I needed a repair for my dishwasher. A technician came, didnt fix the problem but said its fixed. Mentioned that if the problem will recurred to call them and they will replace one part.Called them, asked to replace the part, they say theyll cal back- never happened, call them again- same thing. Called the third time- another receptionist answered and said that she will personally call me back with a price and a time window- never heard from them.

I dont like writing bad reviews but I had to for this: I called to get my fridge fixed and I was told someone would come over that day, but no one showed up. I called again and rescheduled for the next day. Again, no one came and no one called.. Then, I get a text message in the middle of the night telling me someone is coming by in the morning.. I said no thank you!

Before Thanksgiving day my oven wouldnt light. I was looking at cooking a turkey on my grill in the backyard. Clearly not an optimal situation. I called all Bergen appliance and described the part I needed. It was an old igniter that was not showing any continuity when I connected it to my multimeter. I was not optimistic when calling. All Bergen appliance service not only knew the part number when I described the igniter that I needed but also was able to find it in a matter of seconds. I was able to pick it up within 15 minutes. I booked an appointment and they were suppose to come the next day. I called the office and the said they had problem with the computer and could not book m appointment. I never received a phone call or anything. I called and they rebooked my appointment for the next and told me the time frame would be between 10am and 2pm. I called in the afternoon and the person who answer the phone said they would be between 1pm and 5pm. Nobody has the courtesy to give you a call and let you know. Waited for 2 days. This was a waste of my time. I would not recommend them.

The technician was hours late and had to come multiple times before my ice maker was fixed. Each time I waited all day for my morning appointment. He was very polite and seemed smart but clearly poorly trained in appliance repair. I blame the administration for this not the technician. I have used them in the past and was very happy but it seems there may be a new owner.

Twice I have used All Bergen and much to my surprise they were incredible. They are very helpful in resolving my issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. The lady on the phone first wanted to make sure she was understanding what I needed and then confirmed that the correct part was available. I picked up the parts as we had arrange and was out in five minutes. Unlike other repair places I did not get the run around and was not lied to about having a part in stock. I will always use them when I need a part or repair.

I spoke to the owner on a Sunday. She had said she would put me on her schedule for Monday or Tuesday. And would call me back. I received no call. When I called back she was not there and never put anything in the schedule. She forgot. I scheduled another appointment for Thursday. I spoke to the owner again the day before to get a window of time. She had told me in the morning. Now its almost noon and I called and the office says she never put it in the schedule and I have a new window of 1-5. Very very unprofessional. I have used them before and all was great but its like I am talking to the wall and nothing getting done when talking to the owner. She answers calls after 5 and in the weekends - terrible terrible! And the girl that answers the phone during the week has no personality or tone to her voice. lol. Do not use them!!!

In the midst of the COVID-19 shutdown, my dishwasher broke down. I was unable to find the necessary part available online, with all places having delivery wait times of two weeks or more. I randomly found All Bergen Appliance Service through an online search. I called All Bergen, where Mary immediately secured the part for me, thus saving me two weeks wait time. Moreover, the part was cheaper than through the online stores. I picked the part up the morning after contacting All Bergen, and was able to run the dishwasher shortly thereafter. Mary at All Bergen could not have been more helpful, friendly or pleasant to deal with. I will be reaching out to them if (and when) I have another appliance breakdown.
