My daughter wanted to shop there. Not bad at all. Nice selection in there. Much better than the ones i been to in NY.

My wife and I are patrons of Bed Bath and Beyond at this location. Are experience each time we visit is very satisfying. This store is well stocked with merchandise to pick from and the help are always pleasant and very helpful. I get around this location on my scooter. Today we unfortunately left behind the battery in the parking space we didn’t realize until we returned home, we headed back & on our way I called asked for management the manager went out to look he found the battery and waited at the entrance till we got there and placed the battery in our car for us. I like this store, there is always something that you never heard of or saw before. It is great if you need a gift. And they have a free wrap-it-yourself area!! You use their scissors, paper, ribbon etc. Great gimmick.Be sure to use a coupon!

Didnt have what i was looking for but of course i bought other things while there. Love this store.

For me, the place has nice merchandise not all but some items are very expensive unless its on sale and you have the coupon. But otherwise its a pricey place. I think the people like me only go because of the coupon otherwise they wont and you cant use their coupons on Harmons standalone locations now as theres certain restrictions now on their coupons like it used to be. and they dont even have a free shopping paper bags now which I hate because you have to buy a bag from them if you want or just carry your stuff in your hands which is I think is ridiculous! For that kind of big store and THERES NO BAGS!!! It doesnt make sense to me at all! At least Harmons stores do gives you shopping bags. I shouldve gave this review a two stars. Thats how I think and feel and their other sales associate are not really good or nice, what I mean is that they dont know how to treat their customers in a nice way, for me as a customer I feel it that way.

Kept neat & clean. Was unable to get what I wanted so I have to order & have it delivered.

The beds are good. The baths are great- but watch out for that beyond section.Nice rugs that really tie the room together, and welcome mats that cant be beat.

Its a good store for buying everything youd want and need in your household. I really liked how much variety they had so if you ever want something for home this is the place to go for modern classic objects to bring home. Only downfall is the store isnt organized well so it takes time to find what you need.

We were very pleased with the customer service on our Most recent trip, despite the busy time. We got special help in the curtain department. Then on to the holiday display. Our item was not seen, so another very busy clerk looked high and low with no luck. She then ordered it for us to be delivered to our home. The item was not expensive, but we were treated as if it was a large order. Very pleased!

I his is one of the best Bed Bath and Beyond in the country. Take a look inside and see the chef Central. Theres a demo kitchen in there and theres sometimes even food! The people are the best and helpful, unlike other stores in the area.

Shopping experience is sub optimal to say the least. The aisles are teeming with products fighting for your attention. The shelves are stuffed with products. Some things are merchandised so high you cant get them. Register employees are efficient and generally pleasant. Floor employees are Curt and combative. Good place to get what you need but the experience kinda sucks

I love this place because it is set up really nicely and there is a good assortment of items.

Poor customer service. I placed an online order for a product not available in the store. They shipped me the wrong item. I spent 60 minutes on hold with customer service, after they disconnected my call the first time. They will not send me the correct item until I wait for a return label, box up the wrong item myself and ship it back to them. It is very disappointing that all of the inconvenience is placed on me, for a mistake by made by Bed, Bath and Beyond. They did absolutely nothing about the inconvenience they caused me.

Great place to find whatever you need for the kitchen or for cooking. In addition to a variety of electronics from vacuums to radios and some smaller appliances. Can be pricey but watch out for the sales and you wont be disappointed.

Once again, the no understand English prevails, I order a towel wrap, and I was sent a dirty returned towel, come on guys, I dont want your filth in my house, AS WELL AS THE HORRIBLE RETURN SYSTEM THEY HAVE, YOU SUBMIT YOU WANT TO DO A RETURN VIA MAIL, AND THE NO UNDERSTANY THE ENGLISH REP SENDS A DROP OFF IN PERSON FORM, AND YOU CANT CHANGE IT,,, WE ARE ALL DOOMED, THIS BUSINESS HAS GONE TO HELL, and of couse, its all blamed on the pandemic,,,

This bbb is better than the one on rt 4 next to Ikea in my opinion. A much larger cookware area, and coffee area. The also have a staged area for cooking demos. You can find almost anything you need here for kitchen or bathroom at a relatively low price. They do carry Dyson products and have a Harmon inside the store. Tons of coupons to be found online and sometimes at the register.

They are starting to change the store layout. It is looking good. Love the new kitchen section.

Customer service here was really outstanding. The guy I spoke with in the coffee machine section was very knowledgeable, when I research a product I use Amazon, consumer reports, Wirecutter, and YouTube reviews. I usually end up knowing more about it than retail salespeople, but this guy knew his products really well. Highly recommend going here instead of Amazon or someplace else online.

O my goodness! This store definitely is beyond. I stopped by the other day to purchase a squeegee for my shower. I almost had to call my husband to come take me home. I didnt want to leave.They have so many selections of things for the home, towels in every color, bathroom accessories in every price range and thats only one tiny section.Must go in and look around. If you need it in bed, bath, and also kitchen, it most likely is there and is affordable.

You need to hire friendly and competent sales associates! The lady assisting me with checkout, Mary, was rude, dismissive. When I very politely asked whether she knows how to pull up the coupon on my phone from Bed Bath website, she snapped: “ I don’t know, I don’t own a phone!” Then once the coupon wouldn’t scan, she looked completely annoyed, called a colleague, who informed her that it meant the company was not accepting the coupons on a product. I ran back to the shelf, took a different product by different company- same problem, but at this point I was with different sales associate, who was more helpful. I pulled up a different coupon and both products scanned with no Trouble, with coupons accepted. Completely unacceptable attitude at Customer service and checkout! Train your employees to be knowledgable and polite!

This BBB has more designer options in each department. Their beauty section can use a bit of an expansion. That said, I can normally find what I need here. Price matching is also a great plus along with BBBs awesome coupons.

Stock is low. Floor help is scarce. Long lines at only 2 open registers. Very disappointing! Visited again recently and service was still very poor!

Went to return / exchange something. The fact that they only have one computer at customer service that cant place orders is annoying because it forces you to go off to find someone e who can and then come back. Just not a seamless process. However, the people are helpful and super nice.

I asked for a farberware microwave/grill/air fryer last Friday. There werent any available in the store. Young man said he could have it brought in from a warehouse. He said should be available Tuesday and I left him with a phone number to confirm it was there. I did not hear from him and this morning I called 0the store and no one answered. Arent all of the customers important? I was hoping for an answer before I made a wasted trip. I wanted to place a hold on it and make arrangements to pick it up. I guess all sales arent important to you. I am a senior citizen with handicaps, and didnt feel that I was being served. I guess Ill have to find someplace else to shop.

Snarky, sarcastic, and rude. Luckily corporate and the district manager will be helping me out with what this store couldnt, as they did not follow the Bed Bath and Beyond policy . When I asked if there was a number to call for better assistance the manager told me to contact them and that his name was thomas with a t. Thomas, your job is not to make snarky remarks at people to make them feel uncomfortable .It is to make your customers enjoy their experience shopping at your store. Might be time for some training buddy.

This store has a much larger selection than the other BBBs in the area. Chef Jenna in the Chef Central area was fun to work with and highly knowledgable. She spent a lot of time with us and gave us a chefs insight into myriad kitchen items so that we registered for the right stuff. Shes great!

The Ramsey store was not too crowded for a Tuesday evening, but the beach cart lounger I was looking for was not in stock at this store. I had to go to a store in Paramus to find it.

Very neat clean employees very helpful and friendly. Ample parking. I dont live in this area I was just visiting .I have been in alot of bbb in nj and by far this is the best one.
