Awful experience, car was supposed to be there for hour and a hallf, took 2 days, the rep dissappeared, left another ones name to take his place, and that one was m.i.a., also.Could not get through on automated system, had to drive there to see service manager, to retrieve my car.
Second time bringing my car here for the same concern, wasted $400 already on diagnostics just to tell me the same thing, they can hear a thing, agent tells me to come for a road test, when i arrive the driver takes the car byhimself and comes back to tell me he didnt feel a thing, i tell him to go with me to show him and he says he cant go with me in the car, so then why did the agent told me to come for a road test that was going to be just the driver himself, to tell me samething he told me over the phone, very disappointed
Its great!! Sales associates and vehicle service are one of the best in all northern NJ. Friendly and safe environment, following covid-19 code registrations as far as I noticed. Serious and dedicated to the customer as it should.
Best MB dealer and parts service around. Always help me out and answer my questions about any issue. Jason is great from the parts department. Highly recommend them for anybody who needs work on their car. Very knowledgeable in maintaining and repairing vehicles. Very polite and helpful at all times. Stop by them now!!!!
I was very disappointed with my service this time, when they give you an estimate they come up with the highest quotes possible just to see if you agree and get more money from you! When I ask to speak to the manager about discussing the price of the estimate they told me that the manager can give me a discount, I really don’t know if David Ingersoll (the service advisor) spoke to the “manager” or he just told me that for me to believe he did, then he called me to tell me they approved a 15% discount on my service price!! After the everything was going well until the last call he did to tell me the car was ready!! When I texted him back about when and what time I can go pick up my car, he never replied, until I decided to just go and pick up the car!! When I get there to pay for the service, the cashier was not courteous neither friendly, she was like nobody was there and barely talked to me, just to tell me “insert your card for the payment and sign here and there!! Did not even greet me! Her name is Rebecca Grater! Finally when I returned the loaner car, in the same conditions it was given to me: full in fuel and car washed, I see that my car was not even washed, it’s all dirty! I was soo upset, after the car had been there for more then 2 weeks,David told me the car was washed when it wasn’t and that if I wanted to wash it today I needed to wait about 45 minutes because the car wash service was backup with a lot of other cars! Which I found so unfair, that I needed to go back on the next day to wash my car when they were supposed to have it ready for me the same day the car was picked up!! This does not only dissatisfy the customers but also ruins the paramus Mercedes Benz reputation. I think the managers should make sure their employees are more professional and own the client services from beginning to end, that is call been responsible and professional!! I was serviced by Jeffrey Cicero before and none of this happened, he was excellent! Next time im going to Englewood!!
Came here for car wash and had to wait almost 1:30 hours for it. Really not happy with car wash service. They really need to step up the service.

Service not consistent. Sometimes you get a good person and sometimes you dont. On the weekends, they dont answer the phone. The service advisor I have not rarely follows up. Loaner car they gave me has no way to charge my iPhone. Yes..no usb connection! No service reminders, no nothing. Inconsistent all the way around. As soon as you drop your car off, the sales department is calling you to sell you a new car. I simply do not like this place.
I’m extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this company. I will never recommend anyone to Mercedes of Paramus. Please understand you can’t not give a ultimatum to a customer. It’s not your way or the highway! So I never decide to buy a car from them

Recently I had dissatisfactory experience in this dealership service department. Service advisor David wasn’t helpful, suggested to perform some work that didn’t need to. So be aware of what they suggesting u to perform for your car. Also I do understand tires are not covered by warranty but at least brand new Continental tires should have warranty from the factory or it’s just taking money from customers who trusted Mercedes-Benz. Last thing it was really hard to communicate, never pick up the phone and never respond to voice msgs.Before I had a better experience with ms Ragini, she was very professional follow up with us even after service was done, the next day she called my wife to make sure everything is good. We thought Paramus Benz the best dealership, but this experience ruined the whole reputation.Next time i’m going to Englewood Mercedes as everyone recommended.
I just called for an oil change the receptionist was rude and a a hurry to over only service when I called for an oil change.. after not listening to my oil change question. She said that it’s $345.00 ??? I ask for an oil change? No for the Service maintenance not oil change.... ?? Again i asked for an oil change then she said NO! We don’t don oil changes anymore?? So A “Mercedes Benz dealer don’t change oils on there cars??
The staff is very very rude. We have been to this place several times hoping to get a better service but they have disappointed us every time and their service and behavior has been very humiliating.
