Quick service not too many ppl there when I went on Saturday

Prices are just to high dont blaim the people why there is not enough sales a pumpkin that can be found on amazon $10 is $40 here i would understand 20 or 25 because its a store but 40 comon

Great workers and they always seem to have what Im looking for!

Store manager was very rude. There was hardly any candles stocked. Items were very limited. Bowls and plates were damaged so we had to search for nonsceatched ones. No announcement for when store was closing. Party city has gone down hill!

Was rushed out of the store when there was still 15 minutes to spare ... O and did i mention I was already walking to the register and my order was already paid for because I ordered balloons ahead of time. Very rude I wish I would have got the girls name but it was Fathers Day and it was one of the girls that was closing the store. I will not be going back to that one. And they called me last minute when I was already on my way there but they didnt have one of the balloons that said it was in stock online. Didnt even give me a chance to offer me something else like normal customer service people would have done. I know because I deal with customer service as well

Came in to get a few balloons for my sons birthday party only to find out that they have too many online orders and they are not taking any orders for today. I mean, I needed 2-3 balloons... How about hiring more staff? Where is management of this store? Sad world where you cant get balloons at a Party City store near you.

Came to get balloons at a balloon store and they aren’t blowing up any balloons because they have too many orders to get ready for deliveries. Wow talk about lack of customer service. I only needed 4 balloons they could have asked how many and fit it in but they chose the lazy way out. Well check off this location from getting any future business!

Highly unorganized compared to every other Party City Ive been to, also seems unsanitary during COVID times. Managers are not polite. The wait time for pumping up balloons is ridiculous, they have people running back and forth from the cash register to the pumps, just looks messy.

I ordered a curbside pickup. the first time I called them I was told it is not ready. I called back 2 hours later and was told they will be right out with the order. I wasn’t at the store at the moment and notified them I will be swinging by in the next half hour, to which they replied “Call us when you are outside and we will be right outside with your order”. I drove out of my way to pick up my order only to be told once I arrived that the item is not in stock and that my order was canceled. They offered zero explanation as to why it happened. My suspicion is that they gave away my order.If you’re looking to purchase something online DO NOT go to this location. You will end up being disappointed

Went in store to buy a balloon. Staff stated they were too busy to fill a balloon for me, suggested I buy a balloon here and take it to another location to have it inflated. Seriously?

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered balloon delivery for party that never arrived. When I called, I was Told they always have delivery issues in my area. I was happy to have them deliver the balloons a day early to ensure they arrived on time ( they were helium) but was told it was no problem because we were first delivery of the day. Very disappointing. Seem very out of control. With so many other options available- run from this one!

Loved ones were accused of stealing, and they proved to officers that pulled them over that they were paying customers with receipts... And most importantly they wasted public resources by calling the police. I will never shop at this store again.

At this time orders are all pick up curbside and order online. I placed an order last night. Received an email confirming it was ready. I then called to confirm. I arrived only to be told partial of my order was unavailable. They will refund me my money. Terrible cosmter service. I then asked if I could be given a receipt so that I would know how to provide my feedback from my experience. I was advised I could not. Pretty horrible experience and I will not come here again. This is absolutely no way to operate

Jennifer Sanchez from the imaging dept. is by far the BEST employee in this store. Not only is she friendly and pleasant to deal with but she possess a wealth knowledge in customer relations and will be the only reason I shop at this store. When I needed a banner done quickly she got it to me timely which speaks volume because the other employee in this store without hesitation said it cannot be done. She really deserves a big thank you. Thank you again Jennifer

I always go to this location. It definitely has made some remodeling improvements. This place definitely gets packed during Halloween time.

Was looking for cute little things for my classroom. Purchased avocado pillows (yes, looks as cute as sounds!). Store was clean, staff friendly and helpful.

I got 3 balloons and literally 2 hours later they dropped down. I don’t know what kind of helium they were using

Bought simple balloons for a birthday party to be used the next day. After just 12 hours every balloon is on the floor. They were inflated with very little helium. The balloons are still full of air, but no longer afloat. I’m so disappointed. I’ve gotten balloons from dollar stores that would float for over 3 weeks and these didn’t even last 12 hours. I kept the balloons at room temperature in a bedroom since purchase.

This place is just OK I went there for surprise birthday party to get decorations I purchased 2 helium tanks. On the day of the party one was empty. I was very disappointed But how do you check for helium to see if tank is full? I need less to say they were $30 a tank so I lost $30 I dont think I would ever go back. Note to all you out there if you gonna buy helium tank make sure as full!

Typical store. Long lines and associates that arent helpful

The store is in a plaza which is hard to get in and out of. I was looking on my phone to see what 80s hair looked like and the manager was at the other end if the aisle telling me to stop that. He probably thought I was taking pictures, but should have had the common decency to come up and see what I was doing rather than yell at me from one end of the aisle to the other.

Horrible customer service. A product wasn’t in stock. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Some short Mexican looking chick has a very nasty attitude! Now wonder she’s only making minimum wage.

The worst experience Ive ever had is with this store, my wallet went missing after I was in the store, after 24 hours I called the store to be told that my wallet was found, the owner and the manager never called to inform me.They had my wallet with drivers license, credit cards and the manager said the reason they didnt try to contact me was because they didnt have my phone number. So poorly handled I had to involve the local police department who stated that all the store needed to do was report the found wallet to the police and they would have contacted me immediately. When I asked the manager if he was ever planning on trying to contact me, he just shrugged his shoulders while his employee found the whole conversation so funny she was laughing at my situation. IT WAS DISGRACEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL .Just know if you lose anything of importance at this particular store chances the establishment is going to do NOTHING to make sure you get your belongings back.I will never ever step foot in this store again .

Pretty good, just on the expensive side.

They have just about everything you could ever need for a party, in every color and the that you can imagine. If I had one gripe it would be that they generally only have a few people working at any given time and the person in front of me is always ordering like 50 balloons. That means that I always need to wait for that one salesperson to make the 50 balloons before I can buy my stuff.

The team in store were quick and polite.

Had to unfortunately use the rest room at the Paramus store. It was filthy beyond belief. Took photos to send to the corporate offices. A lot of the filth was not due to a busy day or a few messy patrons. Someone is not cleaning these bathrooms on any regular basis.
