This was quite a horrible customer service.Beautiful furniture, but I would never buy anything here due to the cold atmosphere. As we walked in the stores, the 2 salesman didn’t even say hello to us while looking at us, and after 5 minutes looking on things, they didn’t ask if we needed any help.No hello, no good bye, absolutely no interest of selling anything. I am not a difficult customer and I don’t like to put any bad reviews but I have never had an experience like this so I have to do it. Hopefully this will help the company to address this unwelcoming situation for future customers.

Great customer service. Classy modern furniture!

They have a very nice selection of furniture in the store and they have a lot of nice catalogs. I found my bedroom set in the book and they had an approximation of the sizes and looks in the showroom.I like their furniture designs because they seem in a European style with lacquer pieces and more of the contemporary designs.The salesman was very helpful in suggesting and finding the kind of designs I liked.I ordered my furniture and it took 3 weeks to ship to the warehouse which was good because I had to clean out an old room. When my furniture was ready, my room wasn’t ready yet so they kept my furniture in the warehouse for me.It took about a month to finish my room and I scheduled the delivery. It was all very easy and they were great about working with me on the delivery schedule.They had to deliver to me in Brooklyn so it took a little over a week to actually find a date that worked for both of us. They delivery guy gave me a date and time range a few days before, and the day before delivery he was able to give me a specific 2 hour window, 7am to 9am.Three guys came around 7:45am and they were fast and efficient in setting up my bedroom. I examined every piece and there were no scratches, dents or even dust on them. They looked beautiful. They also gave me suggestions on the way to place the pieces.The furniture quality looks good but It’s made in China so I can’t speak to the durability of it. Time will tell if the furniture was worth the price.

The furnitures are very modern yet priced reasonably. The best of all is the sales associate, Amar, who has been on the top of all orders and delivery. Will shop more from this store and from him.

They have a nice showroom and the modern style furniture is reasonably priced. Amar was very helpful in working with us and had great follow up and customer service; he followed through on his word after some miscommunication about the product and resolved the issue at Luganos cost. The other staff was also helpful. We drove from eastern PA to buy the furniture and are very satisfied. We will be buying more from Amar and Lugano.

Walk to the store and no one greet me, even tho they saw me walking in. Came to buy a sofa for my business but they didnt even ask if I needed help. Instead looked a me like I didnt have a penny to buy on their store. Make sure you walk there looking like a billionaire so they can assist you on your needs.

Ordered a house full of furniture, lighting and wall decorations. Love all I purchased and Amar was invaluable to achieve the modern sleek look I wanted. Some items took longer to get than I would have liked but a great place to shop. Will continue to buy all my furnishing from Lugano.

My wife and I recently purchased a dinning table from Lugano Furniture in Paramus. Jimmy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the environment was friendly and inviting, Jimmy even order the item we selected days in advance from his warehouse. Amar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to my wife and myself. We were looking for many pieces of furniture including a leather sectional, buffet, bar stools and a rug and desk. We received a great price and the delivery guys were very professional.

Poor customer service

I purchased a sofa an year ago, but a leg is broken.They insisted its my fault, and I should pay $150 for fixing it.When opening the leg supporting area, its been supported with two wooden plate, stapled.I cant believe a leg is supported with stapled wood plates.The leg was broken because the staples were broken.I dont even want to talk with them for any refund, and Ill never purchase from here.

If I could give them any less star, I would. I recently purchased a bed from them. I was told, they have the item in-stock and ready to be delivered. instead, they delivered another bed that was ugly and different. please watch out for their cancellation policy. once you purchase their furniture. no matter what the reason is for your return or if you refuse the delivery because it was wrong item, they take 40 percent of your money. They told me go do whatever you want. I feel sorry for all their future customer.

Jimmy was fantastic. Not only fantastic service, the quality of my imported Italian bedroom set was great. After being frustrated shopping at Bob’s, Raymour and Flanagan, and IKEA, we just happen to come up to Lugano Furniture while driving on Route 4 East Paramus and decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. Fell in love with the Fabelli Bedroom set. Quality was top notch. VERY HEAVY piece of furniture. Glad we had it delivered with the “White Glove Delivery”. Was worth every penny.I will highly recommend this store to family and friends.

Purchsed a Sofa and coffee table. The customer service was amazing!!! They were friendly and really helped me whith choosing the best pieces for my livingroom. Also, they promised a quick delivery and I received everything in 2 days. Would definitely reccomend. I will go purchase more soon!
