The Mattress Firm experience was a great experience! Being an Alum of the proud former Sleepy’s corporate brood makes me less biased and more critical of the business and service I’m about to experience. The build up of making a mattress and related item purchases I find can be as dreadful of an experience as buying a car! I’ve purchased my bed and box spring from Mattress Firm just a few years ago. Now I needed to purchase a low profile box spring as I recently purchased a new bed. Well, I did my research on line to better understand the benefits of and what a box spring is actually for. The manager, Luis, at the Paramus Mattress Firm is the BEST! He was so generous with his time, and he helped us to find the best possible bed option for two people with really specific needs (scoliosis, sleep apnea, tossing and turning at night, etc). After not being able to fit everything in the car for the move with the mattress, I brought it back to return. DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION.. Stopped by store to inquire about a mattress I saw advertised. Got a price for two MATTRESSES, boxes and frames . I told the sales person I was going to check out a couple other stores first, then come back. SALES PERSON TOLD ME TO BUY IT NOW AND IF I find somthing else to call and cancel. Never do this.. it can take days for a transaction to be reversed. Went to two other stores to see other mattress. Then saw another Matress Firm store went in asked about same Matress I saw in the original Mattress Firm store got everything for about for $150 less.

From the afternoon phone call to the store, to the visit to the store @ 730 pm that night, to delivery of our amazing new mattress 2 days later, I must say we could not be happier!!! My girlfriend had previously purchased a bed (hard thick foam nonsense) from a different location and it was by far the worst bed either of us have ever slept on. It literally felt like a concrete slab with a sheet. Lol.Luis and Edgar are ROCKSTARS. They made everything right way beyond what we ever expected. Last nights sleep was AAAAAMAZING.
