Working with Davis was a breeze. We were in need of a new refrigerator because the Samsung failed after 5.5 years. We purchased the extended warranty when we purchased our refrigerator in 2015 and were relieved to know that PC Richard & Son stood by their guarantee and offered us a replacement. The manager, Andrew, made sure we received a great deal on our new refrigerator. Great company supported by two great employees.

Just a few words to give a shout out to a very helpful sales person. His name is Davis. He was able to secure me the model air conditioner I wanted as it just became available with a truck that just arrived. This was in August when the store was not even fully open.Now on Saturday I was looking for another air conditioner with a particular feature that does not seem to be available any longer. He didn’t just say no but searched three different websites and asked another sales rep for his advice. He definitely went out of his way on a busy Saturday. We finally settled on a unit that met all my other requirements and I picked it up today as it just came in. That’s why I keep coming back to PC Richards. A store with knowledge and courteous sales people. I have 11appliances from you folks purchased over the last 23 years. Keep up the great work Andy Nero.

I purchased a new TV from this PC Richards on 03/16/2021. My Fiancée and I were assisted by Dennis Anderson who was extremely helpful. He was able to get us prices for multiple brands of TV’s in multiple sizes. He also was able to explain the differences in what the TV’s had to offer as well as well as the difference in picture quality. He was not one of those pushy salesman, but did make thoughtful recommendations. If my fiancée and I decided we either didn’t want it or didn’t see the value in the suggestion than Dennis let it be and moved on. He helped us with setting up in home installation and an appropriate TV wall mount. It is definitely worth a trip to see Dennis (his name tag says Dee) at PC Richards.I waited a few weeks to post this review as I wanted to give it time to see the delivery as well as use the TV in my house. The delivery was excellent and quick. The TV is nothing short of how Dennis explained it or how it looked in the store. We went with the 75” Sony 950 for those who were wondering.

Craig and the staff were so very accommodating in helping me with my appliances. Everything I needed at a great price. No haggling just great people willing to help!
