Very appealing high tech store. Wide selections of the latest cellphones, home security, entertainment systems, cable equipment and internet connection. Also, they are offering fantastic discounts on cellphones, internet and cable video service. The staff were very customer centric.
Warning, the store at the Garden State Plaza is a flagship for displaying phones and accessories. If you have actual business to do with Optimum don’t waste your time at this place - go to Fair Lawn or Oakland. They should make that clear so that customers don’t have to make annoying multiple trips.
All I wanted was a freakn phone number so I don’t waste my time again looking for a specific phone. Everything with optimum is a mission.

Worse company ever!If you want to speak to Customer service good luck their phone numbers are tricking you so you can give up on calling themVery unprofessional and rudeInternet and service is terrible keeps breaking every single time.
After being a Customer for 18 years they treated me poorly and gave me horrible WiFi service. Paid for 200 bps and was getting 30-40 bps and I kept calling them and all they wanted was for me to pay more and get different service. Switched to Verizon Fios and had to return equipment and was told I could return it at GSP and they said No and started giving me a story that he gets 10 people mad at him everyday. That’s says it all optimum Corp does not know that this is not a authorized location and they keep inconveniencing people. Will never go back to optimum. Wish I had cancelled years back

Unethical company. Increasing the rate for internet connection during a horrible pandemic. At the time when children must have internet connection to get educated, our elderlies need internet to get vaccine appointment. At this time, when humanity is in crises, this disgusting company raise it prices. Shame on you
Seems to me the store is completely inadequate. I went in there to pick up a card to plug into my smart TV, but when I arrived the first time they were closed at 10. I went back on my lunch shortly after noon and was told by the only two people in the store that they couldnt help me and that I needed to go to Paterson or Fair Lawn. I went to Fair Lawn right after that and the line stretched down the block. Youd think the store in the mall would have helped with the crowd of customers, I guess they were trying to hard to look like one of the other Cell Phone Companies in the mall.
Very classy looking displays of Optimum and Altice shown on Samsung 4k large screen TVs. They are promoting this as an experience store with Altice One, from Optimum which, combines video, internet and other technologies. You can also buy Samsung TVs here. Nicely laid out store. No high pressure sales.
Its just a showroom and sales for phones but doesnt provide other services which is disappointing.
Sharing regards optimum WiFi upgrade and Altice Offer Scam: Called optimum to upgrade WiFi. Current bill around $90 for 200 mbps. Asked for Upgrade offer to giga bit I was told $124 total and taxes will be paid by Optimum.Free Activation by supervisor waiving activation fee. What a wonderful thing!In Day 1 call I was offered Altice:I was also offered an Altice SIM card. I was told $20 for a SIM card for shipping and they took my ssn details and credit card details. Also mentioned $20 is refunded if we do not wish to have the sim. How wonderful!Day2: Found out the total lie later next day saw $254 new bill in my email.With an additional $59 activation fee Remember this was waived but still billed to me. Total Bill $300 plus dollars. Chatted with agents at optimum and cancelled upgrade shifting back to what it was previously.Ignored my email from Altice, shipping scam Altice offered:Shipping charges were fake. I am being charged on my credit card for 1 GB - Activation Fee $20.0, $15 current month Fee pre charges, $15 Next month advance on account.Altice agents are helpless, wont help you other than cancelling new SIM cards, they are not giving the return label and neither they are refunding any dollar amount to my account. Altice mentions that I accepted the offer which means I accepting the terms and conditions which was never mentioned to me and that is part of bigger scam.They keep on apologizing for not doing anything and when you are really frustrated they are not apologizing for the scam they lured people in.
....the Paramus location is only retail, they DO NOT accept equipment. Which I didnt find out until I drove all the way there.

They wasted my three hours with me trying to sign up for the Altice Mobile. I am also not impressed with the attitude of the staff at the Sayreville Optimum store. They act as if theyre doing you a favor. I went in to sign up for a phone service I will be paying for.I also tried signing up online at altice moblie website and each time I get this error:System errorDue to a system error, we were unable to verify your information. Please try again later.For the past couple of months now I kept getting this same error after I got a success in verifying my account.
Online.. Ive been waiting for a technician to come out to install Wi-Fi which is needed because I will be working from home! Its been 3 days and no one has come.I am an unhappy customer
Great customer service.Fyi: you can only finance 2 phones in the beginning. You have to wait 90 days to finance a third phone.
I had to do all my own loging in at store computer. I needed assistance after I got my new Altice service and they said they could not help me even after I was there trying to get help online. This was my biggest cell and internet provider disappointment
Optimum is billing me and sending me to credit and collections although I never had their service! Dont get involved with this company.
