The sales guy at the counter was great. Explained everything and quickly took care of what I needed. He was very helpful with all the customers that were there and knew how to multi-task efficiently so no one had to wait longer than necessary. A+.

Great quality screens and phone cases! I’ve been going here for years. I love the concept of buying a case or screen for the full price then replacing for $10 as needed. The customer service is excellent and the employees are so nice, friendly and accommodating! I went right as the store was closing and even though the guy was closing he still helped me and let me get/replaced my phone screen protector. Love this place so much, I always recommend this place to people 😊

ZAGG always does a wonderful job. I honestly do not know what I would do if they did not have this location at my local mall. They should have more locations. Great customer service and price is why I stay a dedicated customer.

PROS: The staff is always nice here and very helpful. They sell every type of phone and tablet accessory and the place is always kept clean. They have good quality products and they offer discounts here and there.CONS: They take forever putting on screen protectors which forms a long line. Also, despite their good quality products I still think their prices are a little too much.OVERALL: I always come here to get my screen protector for my iPhone. They also will sell you a new one for 75% off when the one they give you cracks

Was sold a lower quality screen protector for my galaxy s21+ at a Verizon store. When I went to zagg to replace the protector the gentleman working sold me a better quality protector for ½ the price Verizon was. Very happy with the install and customer service!

Do not go to this store, they always try to cheat you when go to get a warranty replacement, they say they dont have the exact screen protector, but, something similar, but better and then want to charge you retail price. Or they will install it and tell you that you agreed on the price difference, I declined to accept the price difference and theyremoved it and left ne with no protector since my old screen protector was badly damaged when removed, I called Zagg and they told me each works independently and they no control.store.actions
