Customer service very bad. I went to the store 9/17/20 and bought 2 gucci belts, but my size out of stock, they were made a order and supposed to ship to me in next 3 days. But until today 10/01/20, after everyday calls, i tried to talk to my saler, but they kept tranfer me around with many promises that they will send someone contact me, but NONE. NO ONE CONTACT ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM, i feel so lost. I’m still waiting and will have to wait to see what’s they gonna do to help me get my packages or at least a refund. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, they’re scam you.
