The experience was surreal and depressing. Everyone is required to wear a mask, so prolonged walking through the mall becomes exhausting after sucking in your own damp, exhaled air. The creepiest part is the silence... Nobody talks. Nobody speaks on their phones. Just the schuffling of footsteps, mixxed with each stores individual soundtrack, as people mindlessly walk to their destinations. I will never forget it.

My go to place for stationary. I constantly find myself coming here for their amazing pens. The ink constantly flows smoothly ensuring that I can write my notes in class without having to shake my pen. Their clothing is so comfortable as well. I got a t-shirt xs-s. I usually wear medium or small.

Pretty bare inside. So much space with so little excitement. It looks like it was once grand and exciting but time has passed and it was forgotten about. Ill just go to new york to shop the store.

I really liked walking around this store, which seems to have supplies that are meant to last, and not be in-your-face branded. I would definitely swing by here if youre looking to get some unique looking things for your office, or for select kitchen/bathroom needs. They have small amounts of furniture to look through here as well. The staff was friendly, and this was, overall, a nice trip.

MUJI USA went Bankrupt. Phone disconnected. This Branch is Permanently CLOSED. Google needs to update. I believe online shopping is available.

Store manager Mousa was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with a recent furniture purchase. He was kind, friendly and really gave us 5 star service during a busy Saturday.Will absolutely return, had a great experience!

Very clean and organized. Great prices on extremely cool items. Very interesting combination of products. If I could design a store of all my favorite things to shop for, it would be MUJI.

Muji itself is great; affordable prices for quality goods. however, this location, several associates awkwardly fail to answer or even attempt to solve my questions. for example, i saw one section of socks and asked if there are more sock sizes available and the associate said no, there are no more in stock. then i walked around the corner where they were originally standing and there were a ton more socks in more sizes which i then purchased!!! not sure what that’s about. anyway, good shop, questionable service.

I love Muji. But one of the male staff there was making me uncomfortable when I shopped there. He just followed and watched me when I was browsing there, and came to my side to organize stuff in an annoyed manner, I felt like he was silently yelling at me why are you touching anything here. When we asked him questions, he just looked so annoyed and gave unhelpful answers. He made weird sound when passing by. When I felt so uncomfortable and scared when he approached.

Bought a ton of containers and organizers for a project and specifically asked if all could be returned if they had not been opened and used and was told yes. Brought back unused, untouched products and they refused to return or exchange for no reason. Everything was still sealed shut! Don’t buy here unless you have a really specific need or purchase- customer should always comes first and store policies should be clear!!!! I would have used any store credit towards another MUJI purchase but instead will take my business to competitors.

Nice place to get more inexpensive items for the house and a smaller section of clothing.. associates were very helpful and continually asked if we needed help with anything or if they could help me find anything and make sure I was finding everything I needed.. it seems like an Ikea from Japan. Prices were not that bad and some of their items were clever as well as functional

Unusual apparel and household goods items nicely displayed in a Japanese simplicity. Fragrances by the store entrance draw a lot of lookers. Moderate prices. Pleasant service. Located by the Lord & Taylor rotunda.

Always out of stock of the items I want, and almost everything is marked final sale and the store is mostly empty of merchandise. I bought a porcelain tray and was told it was not returnable because of sanitary reasons! I think they just dont want anyone returning anything! Also only two salespeople working there and no one said hello or offered any help. Not friendly.

Muji has lots of great things for organizing. They have lots of drawers and other containers that I havent seen in other stores.

Interesting stuff, you can really get anything here. I like that these everyday items get a Japanese simplistic spin. Not the best for cheap goods, but definitely high quality.

An unique place that gives you a taste of Japan. Friendly staffs and a very clean store. I like their humidifiers and skin protectant creams.

Its the only interesting place in the mall.

I never knew this store existed, and never knew how much of their products I needed. If you draw or are into art definitely give this place a try, they also have some home essentials as well.

The store was well maintained and clean. I went there to purchase a cuckoo clock that they didnt have but I special ordered. The manager was nice and greeted me. When she knew who I was she promptly got my item and rung me up. I stayed in yhe syore for anoyher 30 minutes to browse and purchased even more items. The store has unique but really quality items that are not overly priced.

Very clean upscale Japanese environment helpful and cheerful staff. I bought the pillows cause they are nice and firm just a note some of the items like the pillows are final for obvious reasons.
