The security was rude to me and my husband we walked in and she rudely told us they close but when we checked it was 650 they close at 7 she need learn how to talk to customers!

Every time I want something from there they never have it in store.The selection is terrible.The slides are nice but they are hard as a rock on the soles.

This store is the prime example of why retail is dying. My boyfriend got me a Christmas gift from here, a beautiful gold clutch, and when I opened it on Christmas, I noticed it had two subtle scratches on it. Later that week, he reached out to the person who helped him, sent him pictures and explained the bag was damaged and he basically just said all sales are final (wasn’t a sale item, and purchased a week before) and that unfortunately, no stores have the bag available. We noticed that the bag WAS available on their website, but the store is saying we can’t even get our money back to order it online. He said unfortunately, he can’t replace it unless a store has it. If this same thing happened at Louis Vuitton or Gucci, they’d be bending over backwards to replace the bag. Also, online, you don’t pay sales tax vs. in the store you do, and the website has a 30 day return policy when clearly, the store is saying they don’t have any sort of return policy. This was my first time buying a Versace bag and the service was arrogant and not accomodating at all on a damaged item. Skip this store and just purchase online. Once you buy something, you’re stuck with it!

When you walk in the store you will be greeted and not ignored and the people that work there will be knowledgeable in their products and friendly.

Call and ask what time you close? She said 6pm, but went I got to the door already closed. She said that she already closed.
