Hi…this might be the worst Zara I’ve ever been to. The lines are always so long and there’s never an abundant amount of sizes. I suggest hiring more people and paying them more, especially since you’re charging so much for poor quality fabrics.
I love Zara’s clothes- but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone that doesn’t have hours to wait in line. No matter what day, or what time you’re here, the line is almost out the door. I’ve tried many times and I officially won’t be coming to this location anymore
Zara is an amazing store where you can find very nice items and some unique items, it is definitely my go to store. Please dont change buyers, Ive noticed the clothing not being that great lately though.... NYC 5th Ave Zara is the best to meet, they service a different customer group, so the clothing are more upscale.
Theres usually a line so go early. Well stocked, but things sell out fast so keep that in mind. Employees always very quiet, diligently working but very friendly and helpful if/when needed.

The prices of some merchandise for the quality the are very high, and is all mixed merchandise everywhere wen you ask someone for help they just walk away, the worst part I was paying and some how my card was not going true and I know the was cash available, so I ask the cashier you think the machine work? She answered perfectly fine, and I say I dont understand becouse my card I just used to a different store and was fine, her answer was that is your problem, so I paid cash and left, call the bank and the response was your card is fine no request come true from Zara, anyway merchandise is nice but customer service unfortunately is horrible.
So I bought and returned my jeans on 4/3 because unlike everyone else Zara wants to keep their fitting rooms closed. It’s now 4/29 and no refund has hit my account thank God I kept both receipts. Tried calling in but unlike everyone else they don’t have a store number to reach someone instead you’re told to call a 1-855 number to speak with customer that pretty much tells you wait 24-48 which I did and someone will call you back. That was last week 4/19 it’s now 4/29 and I had to call in again because no one called me back or were there any records of me calling. So now I have a case number and this time someone is supposed to contact me.Base on the above here’s my take.1. Zara closing fittings rooms forcing you to purchase their clothes as the only option to trying on the clothes is to take it home or not. Hint!! Buy it and go to another store in the mall try it on and return if you don’t like it. This saves you a trip of going home and back to return. Which they are hoping you never return it since it’s cheap clothes anyway.2. Not sure if all the stores are this way but it’s clearly done to increase sales. They must be hurting financially as a company. Low first quarter numbers.3. If I didn’t check my receipt I would of lost out on $50. I’m sure I’m not the only one who they have done this to. Please check your receipts hold onto them and make sure it hits your account. Northface did the same exact thing as they are another company hurting in this time.I will never shop at this store again. Fast fashion is cheap, garbage clothing and not sustainable.
Large store with 2 levels... a nice large section for men and kids.

Just stopped in to browse. Ive never heard of this store. They carried infant thru adult sizes for both men and women. Store was organized and pretty neat.
Once again my granddaughter loves this place
UPDATE: They have 3+ cashiers at a time for over a month now. Much, much better. Good job!Old review: Get a second cashier. Was just there, line out the door with one poor guy at the register. Waited 20 minutes in the checkout line for a 30 second transaction. This is not the first time. Bad.

Very unhappy with the Garden State Plaza Zara! Tried to exchange a Christmas gift that didnt fit and did not have a gift receipt. They did not have any of the same item in the store. So we tried to get something else in exchange, they refused to do that. We asked if they could give a store credit and they also refused! Bad business! Plenty of other stores to shop! Your loss Zara! Terrible customer service!

I actually when to ZARA in Dominican Republic in punta cana mall, their clothing selection almost the same but amazing styles. Happy to see that if one of my loved ones need a winter outfit of a jacket, they can count coming here.
Customer service was great but I saw 4 employees walk right by a man that was in the store with no mask and they said absolutely nothing, even passed by him a couple of times. I left the store after maybe 20-30 mins and still nothing was done. Very disappointed that they cannot enforce the rules they have in place. I did not feel safe at all.
The biggest line ever...as a family we love the brand...but the experience in a store is a nightmare...rather buy online.

I would like to single out a great employee named Dhara. She was amazing and extremely professional. I had ordered a jacket and another customer took it. Dhara made sure another jacket was found and promptly brought it up to me. I love Zara and their merchandise selection at Garden State is always incredible. Thank you Dhara for making my experience positive.

I personally like the clothing Zara offers, but I rather purchase online since my experiences at this specific location does not get better. For some reason the cashiers are all upset and unhappy. Also, I do not know how they based their interviews but some of the managers are the worst people to be in that position lacking customer service.. Some of us customers are not rude or disrespectful, therefore why have such a nasty attitude towards us? That location needs a better team.

Honestly I made it to the store at 6:50pm just to make a return and the manager (I didn’t take her name down but she has red glasses) and she didn’t want to let me in. I told her very clear I just wanted to do a return I did not want to shop and she said no! So if this is the case then you guys should change your store hours till 6:30pm because she said her registers were already closed and mind you is not even 7pm yet. In the city they don’t do this. I hope that this can be fixed because I honestly just wanted to do a return and she was very rude.
May have some nice clothes here however I’m not sure of the quality. My son purchased a few things and I washed them according to the tags instructions-and didn’t put them in a dryer —yet they shrunk!! Not happy considering cost of the shirts here are double of the Forever 21 ones and I never have an issue with them🤷🏻♀️
Anytime we go to the Garden State mall we have to check out this location to see what new and exciting fashions they have available for sale. Not only is at the new items that they have that interests us, but also the clearance items they have sometimes can be absolutely amazing deals! that said, they usually dont last long so I recommend being ready to buy and not just browse.This store has two sections for both men and women and two floors as well.#Fashion #shopping #womensclothing #mensclothing #zara
Went the other evening 7/19, to the Paramus mall and had the most unhelpful floor assistant. Refused to scan and check if an item showed up in store. Funny thing was as I stood there, women came up and she readily scanned for them. My wife then asked her and she refused her as well. Not sure what her problem was. Definitely cant recommend this location.

Lines are too long for only one cashier and when asked about a certain size the floor personnel was not really adequate taking too long.
This store is full of young, useless millennials who have no desire to help their customers or provide any helpful information. They are rude, lazy and condescending. Do not bother spending your money or time at this store. You will not be helped and furthermore be treated as an inconvenience! I will only be ordering online from now on.
Store did not expand return policy for Christmas purchases to cover purchases made in October or early in November. They shipped Black Friday purchases very late yet will only accept returns on those items until 12/31/2018. So much for caring about customers.
This is a must stop. I love Zaras. My new hang out for fashion. Leaves most clothing stores in the dust. Everything I buy there is favorably acknowledge by friemds & people inquiring where did I buy my outfit.
Very bad customer service.. I really don’t know the store policy and i really don’t care because I just wanted to exchange something I didn’t like.. when exchanging the item they told me i cant return the new item i pick . I got some others items and they ask me if I wanted to put it in a shopping bag i had on hand.. i told her no, which then she gave me the smallest bag they had.. upon leaving the store i ask the manager for a new bag, he reply by “ did you requested a bigger bag “ LIKE NO I can’t tell you how to do your job, 😡 so unprofessional.. I will never shop there again.. 👎👎👎👎👎

This has to be my favorite store in the mall. The European influence makes the clothes fit so well and look even better. Some people think prices are high but when looking at what you get for the price it can not be beat! I would choose Zara over H&M or Forever 21 any day!
Great clothes, nice staff. If you want specialized customer service go on weekdays! It’s slower so the sales reps can pay you more attention, going on a Friday or Saturday and expect to be treated like a Queen or to get someone to get you a size is not likely at all... it gets too busy
Niece went to purchase something that still had black Friday sale price the day after black Friday. At the register it scanned as full price though sale price was on it. Cashier said the sale is over and that they havent had to time to take sale prices off. Really? Whos fault is that? Why didnt you do that before you opened? They wouldnt give sale price so she put it back and we will never go there again.

Most unpleasant shopping experience I have ever had. My wife bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. When she got home my daughter tried the shoes on and that’s when we found that the pair had 2 different sizes. We went back to the store to exchange it. We didn’t have the receipt and the manager would not even exchange it even though he knew it was thier fault that the shoes were mismatch. He would not offer any kind of help and told us if you have a problem with the way I run my department you can just go and complain to customer service.At the same exact time, another customer was trying to purchase a shirt that had a red tag for $10. When the cashier scanned it, it came up for $22. He explained to her that he should only pay the $10 since it had a tag with this price. Instead of apologizing about what happened, the cashier accused him that he might have put the red tag on the shirt himself to get it for a cheaper price.Will never go back to this store again.
The sales reps here are INCOMPETENT...literally, incompetent. I called looking for a dress, and a rep named Jesus said that they had the correct size in the stock room and would put it on hold - my husband even asked, can you confirm that you physically have the dress because we are driving all the way from NYC and he said yes, yes, we have one left in the stock room and Ill put it on hold. Long story short, my husband and I drove all the way from NYC to pick it up and he never put it on hold - in fact, they never even had the size. One of the other reps basically ignored us after I asked if she could at least thoroughly check or contact the guy to ask where he put it. One rep did go through the store attempting to look for it but apparently they never even had the size. Thank you sales team at Zara for making shopping here such an unpleasant experience.
