The staff was very professional, walked me through the eye exam explaining each step and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. They were able to then assist me with choosing the glasses that were right for me and were helpful and very courteous.

The eye exam was very good. But my prescription did not contain the PD and when I called they said they didnt provide it. The optician would need to provide it. Imagine the eye exam and doctor just lost a potential repeat customer. Philip F Gomez

I have never had such a pleasant eye exam experience. The staff was very friendly and thoroughly helpful explaining the proper steps to take when using contacts. They made me feel welcomed and like they genuinely cared.

After reading the reviews about this place, I gave it a try. I’m amazingly surprised with their services. They’re very nice and professional. The only downside is not a good location. if you missed the turn, you have to make a big u turn. Overall, I’m satisfied with their services so far

Everyone was super helpful and kept everything so clean which I appreciated. Appointment reminders and even letting me know my copay ahead of time is super helpful. I had Dr. Smith who was the sweetest, answered my questions and I appreciated the recommendations regarding my glasses. My experience with both the eye exam and getting glasses with LensCrafters being right there all took about an hour and that includes the short wait times in between. I usually hate going to the eye doctor (have had bad experiences in the past with poor attitudes, not clean) but this appointment was so smooth and felt confident that everyone working there knew what they were doing lol which is important 😝.

The only negative is the terrible location and potholes driving in and in the parking lot.The entrance off Rt. 17 is hard to see and once you mss it you have to make a u-turn and drive all the way to Century Rd. and back. Personnel friendly. Confused however after exam by doctor. He gave me info about sight in right eye in 2019 as 20/20. Says today’s vision is 20/80. However, during exam in 2019, doctor said vision was “very poor”. Not understanding such disparity.

This was probably the best eye exam I’ve ever had. It was thorough and Dr. Nicholas took the time to explain everything and answer questions I didn’t even know I had. The whole staff was professional and friendly. I was seen at my appointment time which is almost unheard of at a doctor appointment these days. I was made to wait 40 minutes even when the appointment was a confirmed appointment and that too in this time of COVID. They do not respect your time although want you to reach in time for the appointment.

Customer service over the phone was prompt and professional from booking an appointment to the follow up with the insurance quote. The entire staff was nothing but smiles and conversation the second I walked through the doors. Alan is the nicest guy in the world and he made the check up feel like it took 2 minutes.
