Do not go to minute clinic here. I came to this CVS to get earwax removed, and came out with blood in my ears and they had to write me a prescription to prevent infection (and they charged me to get those prescriptions). Thankfully, my ear seems fine for now but avoid this place at all cost.

Ever since they changed pharmacists this place has gone down hill. The staff is rude and you will be on line for ever in person or the drive through. When you call you are on hold for more than 30 mins…. No matter what time you call. I’ve been trying to inquire about a prescription since wed that was supposedly ordered. I was told it would come the next day. Haven’t been able to make contact since and it’s two days later. I asked if I can pick it up from a different location… was told to hold and then was hung up on. I’m calling to find out about medicine I need … not a sandwich. This is not okay.

Very inconsistent. Several times they have filled my prescription and when I arrive it’s not ready. The workers there don’t seem to be bothered that you then need to wait another hour for your script. This is a consistent experience. They also do not give consistent pricing. Twice I needed to contact the head pharmacy to re submit my insurance. They also have run out of my medication and never told me it was out of stock; leaving me with no medication for several days. I tried for months with this pharmacy. I finally had to leave.

Typical CVS. Good pharmacy with drive up. Check out at register is dependably slow as are all CVSs.Decent parking but mall traffic can make it difficult to enter and exit.

If I could rate this place no stars I would!! They can’t seem to handle the capacity of people who come in. Every time I come here whether it’s drive through or in person this pharmacy takes 30 mins or better to assist me. They can’t seem to answer the phone either. This pharmacy is TERRIBLE !!!

The place is nice! But the pharmacy is ridiculous. Everytime I walk in I’m waiting 10/15 mins for a line. I can’t call because I’m out on hold for 25 minutes. It’s really the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I feel like they just don’t want to deal with being on the phone so they don’t answer. It’s 7 pm there is 15 people ahead of me on the phone? Somethings not right. Will be switching pharmacy’s sadly. Quite tired of it.

I went in for ear wax removal and signed into the kiosk, I was the only patient on the screen, no wait time. Physician assistant Fran walked out after 30 minutes, she informed me that there were 4 patients ahead of me and that I needed to wait in my car for her phone call. After an hour with no phone call, I came back in and my name was taken off the board completely. Fran told me that I needed to sign back in and that I was to be seen immediately. She took another patient before me as I stood there signing into the kiosk for the second time. I finally get in after 2 hours of waiting, she said you couldve gone to another place, I didnt tell you to wait 2 hours. She asked if I put any drops in my ears. I said no, she said that I could not be treated before I put drops in my ears, four days prior to the cleaning. The website had no mention of this. I said that Ive been waiting and would appreciate something to be done as I was in extreme pain. She refused to clean my ears as she stated there was no wax. I insisted that she check again, as that was impossible. She proceeded to find wax upon her second evaluation. She went on to do the cleaning on only one ear, when I mentioned that both ears are in pain, she refused to do the other ear. Physician assistant Fran should choose another profession, she clearly does not enjoy her job. This was the first and last time Ill ever go here. Take my advice, see a real doctor instead of going here.

My mother and I went in to the ear wax removal. We arrived and signed into the kiosk. After about 10 minutes a pregnant, dark-skinned lady employee walked out. The first thing said was, Did she put any drops in her ears?. I said no, to which she immediately replied that we could not be seen because she had to put drops in her ears for four days BEFORE the cleaning. I received no notice for this. I proceeded to explain that my mother had not been shedding ear wax for YEARS and I really only came in to have her inspected, to check it out. Maybe there was a huge buildup back there or maybe my mother just doesnt produce that much ear wax, I dont know. What I did know is I was will to pay over a hundred to have her look into her ears but the employee didnt seem to want to provide any service at all. I felt like I was a bother. The lady kept saying, if she has no ear wax build up what did she come in for. The entire time, flailing arms around and repeating herself. Honestly, it felt like she was trying to rush us out and had no desire to work there. We ended up leaving. It honestly feels like she had a really bad day or should choose another profession. Regardless, I will not go back to CVS for the service.

This is by FAR the worst pharmacy I have EVER DELT WITH. I am a doctor trying to help a patient on July 4th who is in a lot of pain. I have been on hold with them for 17 minutes and they just don’t care! This is the doctor line, they know it’s a doctor and they still don’t care. I can only imagine how they treat patients. Don’t go here. Run away from this place immediately!

Worst pharmacy ever. The staff can’t get anything together I went to a doctor at 8 o’clock in the morning I did not get my prescriptions until 4:30 in the afternoon and I still didn’t get all of my prescriptions then I had a call to find out if my last prescription was filled at 8 o’clock at night because nobody texted or called me to tell me to go pick it up I had the flu and it’s a big deal I needed my medications if I could give them no stars I would even my doctor doesn’t like to deal with the Paramus CVS so I will be leaving them that’s for sure

The is the worst cvs, or any pharmacy frankly, that I have ever been to. Its within 5 minutes of my house so Ive been trying to give it a chance, but they consistently have horribly long lines and slow service, give out the wrong medications, or simply dont have a medication ready despite my recieving a text that its ready to pick up. Its as if the employees get a bonus for being incompetent. Stay away unless you like frustration and headaches

Shame on you. My friends daughter was accosted by a homeless man IN the store yesterday; he actually followed her outside screaming at her. THE STORE DID NOTHING! They didnt intervene, they didnt even call the police. I will never ever again give them one penny of my business. The manager on duty as well as the cashier who witnesses this AND DID NOTHING should be fired. Infuriating.

Minute Clinic is concerned only with your insurance and receiving your co-pay. They will push OTC products based on CVS policy and not based on the symptoms and historical experience of the actual individual with symptoms. I would not recommend this location Minute Clinic. Go to a real doctor if you are sick.

The CVS used to be a great store. The mall traffic makes it very to get into the parking lot. It smack in the nexus of traffic.The pharmacy gone down hill. The staff doesnt fill prescriptions as requested numbers times. Tried to over charge on my medications. I had to tell the tech how much I pay.I had to change pharmacies. Sad things are going from bad to worse there.

I went to pick up my prescription today and the pharmacist tech was very rude. I asked her a question regarding my prescription and she said, I dont know, but I have a line waiting. As a pharmacist, it is your duty to inform the patient about the drug especially if they have a question about it. Avoid this pharmacy, the staff is negligent and rude.

Was told prescriptions would be ready in 30 min, wound up waiting an hour...they did not seem to care...ridiculous place...will be going to a different cvs in the future...would advise you do the same, unless you want to wait an hour for a prescription!

Over 24 hrs and not filled. They are unapologetic for taking over 24hrs to tell me to come back because my prescription still wasnt filled. They have been increasingly going downhill; wrong medicine, they dont put it through insurance correctly, and not to mention the wait time increases for the prescription or even just to pick up and pay. Their response is were busy or overwhelmed. If thats the case, why doesnt corporate add employees? With the price of medicine Im sure they can afford it. Hope you dont need your prescription right away, you should only fill it if you can wait several days for pick up.

The pharmacy part is the worst service you can ever get slow service and they are lazy to even look for medications or called in prescriptions!
