The place is great. Its clean organized staff was visible all over the store. My only issue is there are no prices on most.of the items and no scanner to look up the prices. Nice place nice location but lets get that fixed please.

What a great experience at this store. The store is well organized, clean and expectional customer service, that you do not see often. We were looking to buy a Pergola Daybed swing and got lucky there was one left. I have to give credit to the three guys who made the process easy, including providing measurements to ensure it fit in our SUV. Ronald the manager, Eddie and Jose what a great team. They answered my questions without a hesitation and were professional, personal, empathic and kind. This is customer service done right and keeps me going back. My advice to Corp, is have this team teach new employees across Big Lots.

I recently made a purchase here. I got a fairly good price and enjoyed a nice discount. Once you finally get to the manager of the furniture section, hes pretty helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff will walk by you fifty eleven times, say absolutely nothing as if you came there to just STAND beside one of their many brown sofas. They dont offer delivery service and the 3rd party set up is a little weird...like maybe someones cousin? Who knows...just come with your own options and all should be swell.

Large selection of mixed items from non perishables goods to kitchen and bath items. Minor electronics and even home furnishings. Its easy to total up a few hundred dollars worth of items in no time.

I recently purchased Sofas from Big Lots and was assisted by Ms. Diggy. Yesterday, I went to arrange the delivery with their delivery service; Big Lots uses an outside delivery company.As I was trying to get the order & delivery details from the Shift manager on duty, Mr. Eddie, in order to arrange / coordinate delivery date and time; Manager Eddie without explanation, just released the items as if I received them and when I tried to understand the legality of such act, he kept of shutting me down and challenging me in a way that I the customer must & just listen and take his commands. Of course, I did not accept his condescending behavior and challenged him backAll I was trying to do is to understand, how legal is his action, releasing the furniture and stating on the store system that I received the items, meanwhile, I did not and that the furniture delivery company that Big Lots uses is deliver the furniture has not picked up the furniture.Again, Eddie, with his abrupted behavior, attempted to shut me down, and began to inform that I should trust them and that they are here and not going any where. I almost cancelled the deal.I hope Eddie does not screw up this sale deal, because releasing the furniture pre-maturely, means that the time for return policy has started before the client has received the items; which is illegal and not ethical practice on the behalf of Eddie.My experience with Eddie, a manager at BIG Lots, is dis-satisfactorily, and BIG Lots as a corporation should look into their staffs illegal practices. For that reason, I gave BIG Lots this rating.

This is tricky, went to union where a female in furniture said a product was available in Paramus. Went to Paramus where they had 3,1 floor model and 2 broken. The guy in Union, I believe his name was Jon went out of his way to take care of us. So I guess the bottom line here is the sales people make the experience, get Jon !!

I really liked this location. It was large and open, and the shelves were well stocked. I chose to go inside to pick up my items, but I noticed that they do have free curbside pickup. Within the store there was plenty of room to social distance and it the traffic was very light. I came upon tgis Big Lots after taking a wrong turn, but Ill definitely go back now that I know what they have.

Wonderful experience. I ordered 2 kids’ bikes for curbside pickup (they’re sold out everywhere else!) and the gentleman who picked up the phone brought out my items in less than 3 minutes. He was so nice and the whole process was just so easy. I had my trunk open, and didn’t have to do a single thing except say thank you! Will be returning soon!!

Big Deals at Big Lots! Clean store, helpful staff. Prices are low. I buy mostly home essentials like cleaning products, baking supplies. But they sell a fine array of Broyhill furniture, some of which is nicely displayed in store. They really stepped up during this health crisis. Once the pandemic has subsided and life goes back to normal I will still be a customer. Big Lots knows how to treat people in good times and difficult times. Thank you Big Lots.

Every time you call, someone answers and puts you on hold. It’s extremely rude. The store was allowing everyone in at one point and it was crowded. No one seems to want to assist hog other than the assistant manager which is why I’m adding an extra star. The assistant manager was very nice. He seemed to be the only one willing to help and answer the phones in this store.

This has got to be the cleanest and most organized Big Lots I have ever been to in my entire life! Super friendly staff and extremely clean!

I went to this big lots because I wanted this folding table with the bar stools and all other big lots didnt have them. When I called and spoke with Stefanie and Ronnie. Both of them took their time to make sure that I got the they had the table. I also bought some other chairs that I wanted which they didnt have in stock but were coming in on the next truck. Stefanie made sure to call me as soon as they came in. The attentiveness and customer service speaks volumes. Will definitely be going back to the store for any furniture needs. The store was super organized compared to other big lots I have been to.

I got an email coupon for $15 off any purchase of $50 or more. My items came out to around$58 before tax and the coupon wouldn’t work. Cashier called the supervisor Stephanie who came over. Said there was a glitch with the coupon. She tried adding an additional $2 purchase for it to work. It then took the discount off. She said if I wanted the discount I had to spend $60 because of the glitch. I told her that was wrong but she insisted there was nothing she could do. I even told her that rather than spend the $2 extra I would leave the items and call her supervisor in the morning and she was fine with that. Didn’t even try calling another store for help. Tomorrow I will be calling her boss & Ill buy my items at The Christmas Tree Shop.

I didnt know about this place until I accidentally stumbled upon it. Found papertowel, toilet paper and even a few foods I needed. The place was neat, clean and the staff was sweet.

We just happened to spot this new Big Lots location driving around yesterday. We cannot believe how large this store is inside! In fact a more accurate name might have been big Big Lots!All of the aisles are set up on the outside walls and the center is dedicated to mostly furniture and other large items. This makes walking through the store very easy. Also the aisles arent congested with piles of merchandise on the floor, making your journey through the store, I would expect even on the busiest days with the most amount of shoppers, a much easier experience than most locations in retail.The store, of course still new, is extremely clean and very well lit.we definitely recommend checking out this location if you ever been in a Big Lot store you will be impressed by this one and if you never been in a Big Lots store you should definitely check out the store for prices that can easily beat some other stores.#Newlocation#Cleanstore#Notcrowded

This location is enormous. Some things are outstanding value, such as lentil chips, beet chips and other substitutes for potato chips.

K-mart never left!, a collection of needful things that most proplr dont really need allot like many of the newer stores, gave it an extra star cause it appealed to a female counterpart who can shop, but not really shop.

I went to get adult diaper for my mom, did not have it, baby food almost no variety, store very orginize, but I have to go to Columbia park in north bergen to get what I needed.

They had it on Sunday until 8pm when I went on a 1 Hour drive and it said it was CLOSED there was 3 other cars saying what I thought it was open. They should change there hours
