Pretty standard for a small business fabric store, but their selection was quite limited, and the fabric types werent labelled, and due to the busyness, I couldnt ask one of the two working staff members what fabrics were what. I was very happy with the fabric that I ended up purchasing. There was a very long line, but since theyre closing soon, I understand why they only had one cashier on the day I went.

Good selection, a mainstay of the Castro. I will echo some others regarding inconsistent customer service. Some staff are quite friendly and helpful, and go the extra mile. However, a condescending or blasé attitude seems all too common. I have been treated **quite** rudely on several occasions, by at least two staff persons.

The older man in the front of the store with a small beard is really Rude!!! He was not helpful at all and literally screamed at me because I tried opening the front door and it was stuck, so I tried the other one. The lady in the back was more helpful and nicer.

Had just what I needed, a pillow for a chair, at a good price.

The selection of interesting fabric and trim is great. A ton of cool textured upholstery weights! Workers are slightly reluctant to help and pricing not obvious and not super competitive.

I went to Paramus Fabric Center to buy foam and fabric for a small reupholstering job I wanted to do. Larry was very polite, pleasant and helpful., He cut the foam for me and was very obliging when I asked for it to be made slightly smaller to accommodate an unusual furniture frame. I found the fabric I wanted among a large selection of fine quality upholstery fabrics. I could not ask for better service.Arlene M.

I have always appreciated the staff’s deep knowledge, their good prices and selection. I can look around my home and see fabrics I have purchased here. I remember shopping here with my Mom who was an expert seamstress. Paramus Fabrics is my go-to when re-appolstering and for window treatments.

Very nice store with a pretty good selection of zippers, buttons, lace trims and fabrics. The store staff was nice and helpful. I am glad I found this hidden gem!

Extremely poor customer service. The outside appearance is indicative of the inside. The store smells like mildew and the limited fabric selection reflects that.

Awful, and the only reason I gave it a one is because I had to in order to give it a review.The old man was very rude and extremely overpriced. I dont mind spending but the prices were just ridiculous! Especially having to deal with attitude. Never again!
