Love this store! We recently finished remodeling our home and I bought some beautiful furniture from here recommended by Mr Paulsen from the Manhattan store. Excellent customer service but a few delays because of COVID.

I have purchased quite a few items from DWR over the years however there is one purchase that has given me problems and has continued for some time. It has continued for some time for a number of reasons, I dont have the time to chase it down, I could put up with the faulty high stool for a period of time but now the fault has only deteriorated further. I visited the store and they told me I need to deal with customer service. So armed with the email address and phone number I have contacted customer service 3 or 4 times in the past covid year. I will give them some break because its covid however I get the same email that they will get back to me but no one EVER does. The store does not want to deal with the problem because it has no commission for any sales person to handle a faulty stool. Basically I bought 6 Lem Piston Stools. One Piston does not hold the weight of a person ...never did and slowly drops. I figured I could live with it but the speed it drops is only increasing. I first reported this to the store and to their customer service over two years ago and 3 or 4 times this year. As I said I never got a reply other than that they will get back to me and gave me a case number. I still have the emails and the case numbers but very disappointed with this particular item and their customer service in rectifying it. Oh yeah the last time I was at the store they said it was not out of warranty.......so buyers beware even a supposedly high end store will not stand to the quality of their product. If it was something I broke then of course no problem no warranty but this is a stool piston ....you would think they would last for years and years .....the stools are barley used.....My review on top is still valid from over a month prior to your reply below ........responding to your reply below.....did you even read my review ....of course I have tried to contact your customer service .....it has still not responded .....in other words it SUCKS

Glad to see this furniture chain store opened in the Garden State Plaza mall. Very friendly staffs and beautiful show room.

Design within reach is a reallyunique place to get furniture for your house when you dont want something someone else has. And while the furniture is not cheap by any standard I wont hold that against them as you might have more money than me. LolWalking around the gallery I saw many pieces that I would love to have in my house.as recommended by the sales woman I actually tried out some of the chairs and found them to be amazingly comfortable! She even recommended looking at a taller chair as my height would be better suited in a chair that supported my tall stature better.We found out that this place is actually been here for 3 years much to our surprise. Now that Uniqlo is unfortunately gone, it seems to have opened up the view to this store.So if you have a few bucks to spend for a some unique pieces then check this location out.

Expensive, but the best place to experience and purchase mid-century modern furnishings on the east coast (and probably elsewhere). Service is excellent with low pressure sales staff. The chain is actually owned by Herman Miller, so you know you are getting the real thing and that the store has to meet certain standards. I was quite pleased with my visits there and I’m actually glad that I plunked down nearly $5K in a chair. They made me feel like I got my money’s worth despite the cost.

Ill say it again: brilliant concert, tremendous variety, colors and super fun to be in the store.Met with designer Olu Walker to get inspired on two bathrooms project . Olu took time to hear what my wishes were and very tactfully helped with making the project shine . Knowing that Elizabeth nj will have its own Floor and Decor very soon, would have love to see Olu working in Elizabeth. Hopefully management will be willing to take it to consideration.

Their service is horrible and quality assurance is the worst. Bought 6 dining chairs and 4 of them were broke and cracked when delivered. They sent another four chairs and two of them were broke again. I asked them for refund but the way they handle the return process is unprofessional. It was my first purchase at DWR but I would never buy from them again or recommend this store to anyone.

This place never cease to amaze me with their cutting edge trends and modern furniture designs.

I have been using furniture from DWR for over a decade now but I havent met a nicer sales person than Ms. Cara Jacques at the Paramus branch. I recently experienced some problems with the delivery and assembly but Ms. Jacques even drove to my residence to fix the problem. I highly recommend her and will be going back again for my next furniture!
