The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Designer Renee helped us to design the bedroom set; its exactly what we expected. The products are of good quality and arrived as expected.

In 2017 I bought a set of Slim S chairs from Lazzoni and I was thrilled with them. They are the best chair I have ever owned. They are super comfortable and aesthetically; these chairs looks awesome; true to its name; Slim Short. Fast forward 4 years and I have just purchased my dream home. It is time to decorate my house with some more Lazzoni furniture. I ordered 6 additional Slim S chair along with a Fly Table for my dining room. I waited 3 months and finally the chairs arrived from Turkey. On my second purchase I noticed there is no covering underneath the chair and without this covering chair looks naked once you flip them over. I called Lazzoni to inquire it and perhaps even a possibility of adding the cover on it. I talked to Ceylan Zehir and John regarding this specific issue. I was told that this is the new design upgrade for the chair and that there is no way to attach the covering onto the chair. It makes no sense to me that they can’t attached it because that wasn’t a problem on the 1st batch I purchased. Why not the 2nd batch? If Lazzoni design and construct the chair from the ground up I see no reason why this can’t be done. What they meant is that they don’t want to do it because it perhaps requires too much work. Needless to say, I am pretty disappointed. This is NOT an upgrade. It is in fact a DOWNGRADE. To say the least, I won’t be shopping with Lazzoni furniture for the foreseeable future unless they can remedy this issue for me and I would welcome it. I dont suggest anyone paying $3,500 for a table with this kind of quality where the edges peels away like that.

I had been trying for years to re-do my homes dining room, but could never find a dining set that fits the right combination of high-quality material and craftsmanship at a reasonable price. I found Lazzonis online, went over to their store in Paramus and had step-by-step help from Eren, from designing my perfect dining room set to setting up the white-glove delivery in my home by professionals who made sure everything was arranged exactly how I wanted it. Ive had my new dining set for about two months and couldnt be happier. Cant recommend Lazzoni enough!

I had an incredible experience at Lazzoni. They take a very different approach than the in-your-face sales approach at most other furniture stores. At Lazzoni, the showroom staff took all of the time I needed to answer all of my questions, and showed me countless different options to help me find/design the perfect sofa for my new home.

Ceylan was amazing helping me pick through many different styles and putting together a design I absolutely loved. She ensured I got the speediest delivery possible. The delivery team also showed up first thing in the morning and was very quick to get many items assembled and cleaned up. Will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

The showroom is perfectly arranged with many accents and details that compliment the beautiful furniture. The Project Manager/Interior Designer is very professional, courteous and helpful in the selection process.

Went to the Paramus store around the end of Feb and early March, placed the 2 orders in total. I was worried about the my orders will be delayed since the Covid-19, I email to the staff and they responded quick. Amazingly I got both order in June 2nd. I was told the shipment time will be 10-14 weeks which is accurately even with the global pandemic. If you are hurry to get you furniture, you should choose existing inventory, if not, just be patient for the shipment, the waiting time is worth for the good quality product and service you paid for. And the staff are nice to help with all you questions.

In-store experience was great but now were waiting 3 months for furniture and keep getting the run-around. Got a partial delivery last week but no explanation of where the rest of the furniture is and when we may receive it. If youre in no hurry for your furniture give them a look but so far were not thrilled w/the post-purchase customer service.

I got a new condo in jersey city and I heard great things about Lazzoni Paramus so I took a ride one Saturday and fell in love. Fulya was amazing she helped us from begging to end and designed every room in our unit. Now our condo is fully finished and is everything I’ve wanted and more! Thank you so much Fulya! You truly are the best interior designer!

Very good Restaurant

I bought a set of bedroom furniture, it is beautiful but arrived after almost 20 weeks. The manager of the store, Fulya, she appologized with me and promised us a set of pillows. Its over 20 weeks and the pillows never came. In addition, the day of the installation, one piece was missing, and was replaced, so, Fulya, said that a puff will be provide to us as a response of the inconvinience. So, only words...I traveled again 1.5 hrs to pick up the fabrics and until today, nothing came. 2 weeks later, my bed starting to comming apart, it was so hard to meke Fulya to take care of this issue, we traveled again 1.5 hrs tow times, and many phone calls. Finally, she send us someone to inspect and repair the bed. Guys, were from the company, until now, they did a great job and mention that Lazzoni at Paramus, always carries these issues because they used a delivery company that is not from Lazzoni. So, Please be careful, Lazzoni furniture in Paramus has beautiful and very expensive furniture, but the Costumer Service is HORRIBLE! Fulya, just lie to us.

Extremely overpriced. No customer service at all. There were two staff members sitting behind the computers when we were in the store and no other customers. They didnt even bother to welcome or greet us, didnt help at all and simply ignored us.

Bought Bed and dresser and disappointed with overall the experience.The delivery got delayed and had to pay extra for the delivery.The product is good but service is bad I would not recommend to anyone.
