I bought a sofa set back in December. Due to covid, i didn’t receive it until may 2020. I’ve bought a couple of things from them without a problem until this past purchase. I do not have a resolution for my issue as of now and I’m dissatisfied with how they handled it. My sofa is not made correctly - the base is slanted. They said it’s normal and that’s how they make but won’t show me any proof - pictures of other couches or even the same couch - that do that....Would love to post a pic here how the couch looks. It’s been over a month and they have not done anything to rectify the situation.Edited - increased from one star because even though it took two months, they agreed to give me a new couch. Will update when i receive my new couch.Edited - they gave me my new couch. Still has a slant but it’s better - i don’t slip and slide.

Fantastic experience. They have wonderful items in their showroom and extremely knowledgeable sales staff. Lori Saucier helped me pick out furniture and fabric samples. She understood the difference between the fabrics and explained long term concerns about wear and care issues — she helped steer me away from overpriced item towards stylish practical options and was very helpful.There was never any pressure to buy only honest advice.

Over the years we have purchased many pieces of Stickley furniture, rugs, lamps and other decorative items. We have entire rooms completely furnished in Stickley. Because of the heirloom quality of their furniture (most of it is made in the USA) and their high level of customer service, we wont shop anywhere else. Stickley also provides exceptional professional interior decorating advice, such as we have received for years from Kevin Hayes, a Stickley senior interior decorator located for years at the Manhattan store and now at the Paramus NJ store. If you are looking for quality craftsmanship, you will find it at Stickley.

The interior decorator gave me excellent service and exceptional guidance in selecting fabrics and furniture. She was smart, knowledgeable and had extraordinarily taste.She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases.

My husband and I recently build a lake home and we furnished it with Stickley furniture, rugs and accessories. Christina Crane, from the Stickley store on Route 4 in Paramus, was such a pleasure to work with. Her expertise, her care for us, her sense of humor made our journey so enjoyable. She not only helped us chose furniture and accessories, she assisted us with paint colors and flooring and came to visit our home. We cant thank her enough - our home is just about complete and its beautiful, thanks to Christina and to Stickley! We truly couldnt have done it without you!

I love, love my new dining table. I choose to design the table because although I loved all the round dining tables that were In the show room, I decided to design my own table because I wanted around, 4 leg dining table. The sales associate, Barbara Goodman-Barnett was extremely helpful. When we were not sure of the type of table, she steered us to the self designing option. Choosing the color, leggings style, table diameter, table edging and wood color left me anticipating the delivery. I had to wait a few weeks, however the end result exceeded my every expectation. I love, love, love my new table. The delivery occurred at the bottom of their delivery span. By 9:30an, the two delivery men were putting together my new table. It was wrapped in both a tarp as well as bubble wrap. The two delivery men put the table together in less than 10 minutes. They were well worth the tip I gave them. I love, love, love, the table. The color Brandy Wash is absolutely gorgeous. It matches many of my eclectic furniture pieces. Every time I walk past the table I have to run my hand over it. Although it was a little pricey, I do not regret a single dime. Again, to repeat myself, I love my choice and I am so happy to be part of the design of this table. It has gotten many compliments from my friends and family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Stickley as a choice Furniture.

Beautiful stuff but for high end budget.

Spent alot of time with Kevin Hayes at Stickley of Paramus. We purchased 2 bedroom sets and 3 bar stools. My wife kept changing her mind but Kevin was knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend him to anyone looking for furniture.

Beautiful furniture.

This is our place to go for quality, classic and well built furniture. They have a few brands here, but our favorite is the Stickler prices. The staff here is very knowledgeable about the history and build of the furniture. The show room is huge with many examples to try out. Its more expensive then the big box type furniture stores, but you get what you pay for

I have purchased many furniture pieces over the past two years . Lori is very knowledgeable with a great decorators vision . It was a no pressure experience and she truly cares about what you really need . Will continue to use her guidance while renovating our weekend home . I highly recommend her services.
