Z Gallerie has been a go to for me for many years. When I found out there was a location near me in NJ I was ecstatic. I first found Stephanie then, a few years back, and she was awesome! I was putting together an entryway and needed help making the perfect look. I’ve been going back, frequently, just because of her. Keith, the store manager, is top notch. I needed a pair of floor vases that had been discontinued and he helped me track down a set in CA and coordinated their arrival to my doorstep. It’s people like Stephanie and Keith that keep me loyal, keep me coming back; and keep me happy. Awesome at what they do, friendly and courteous, and a killer eye for design as well. Dynamic duo.
The staff was very friendly very nice items and very helpful. Angel was very helpful at the store here in Paramus New Jersey. Keep up the good work. You made my wife happy, that makes me happy.

I have had the pleasure of shopping in the Paramus location several times and have had a phenomenally rewarding experience !!! The store is well stocked and beautifully displays the gorgeous products carried. I worked closely on several occasions with Gabby and she was not only well versed on all items but courteous and has the patience of a saint -I have been redecorating my entire 1st floor and 4 rooms showcase Zgallerie! She always a emailed me, texted and returned phone calls immediately! She is fabulous and an asset to your company!! It was as if I had my own decorator by my side - thank you Gaby and thank you Z”!

The staff there is very alert, attentive and respectful. From the moment we arrived the Cowayne (I believe thats how you spell his name) and asking us if we needed help, being genuinely friendly. He was going to lunch and stopped to help us but before he left he got us someone to cover him and that was great!! Then to make a long story short Christian came through and just got out items, combines colors for us and then just really hooked it up!! We left satisfied and hope things ever well for them. Regarding this other review of 1 star because the store hours were different.......... Really? In either case its worth going here because the staff is on point.
The design staff at this location went the extra mile to expedite a purchase for a client. Greatly appreciate Gabby and Keiths help. Very freindly and professional.
I love coming in town and visiting here! Every sales associate spoke and was super friendly!They also had a lot of great sales this weekend! Will definitely be back as always when I visit, as an interior designer this is always a great go to!!

Sorangel at the Rt 17 Paramus is a great asset for the store. She has a full knowledge of the products I was interested in and was very accommodating and was NOT being a pushy sales person at all. Great experience at the store. I will be back again!!!
Sorangel at the Paramus, NJ was phenomenal helping me with my return/exchange for my Porter panel curtains. I purchased the wrong size and need 2 additional panels. Def coming back!

April 22/2021On my day off I decided to go to the Z-Gallerie store in New Jersey, with the intention to find the right decoration of my living room.I walked through the entire store until Gabby approached me and offered to help me.Gabby was very attentive to each of the details that I told her I wanted to get in my living room, her patience and good taste itHelp me to find and combine all the pieces and now my living room looks spectacular.The variety in the store is really generous.Gabby was very patient and She put a lot of attention to each of my questions and made a couple of good suggestions and I finished to purchase the correct pieces.I love to go to the New Jersey store, because the selection is very good and the attention is personalized and very professional. Stay away, They will lie to sell you something. I was promised my furniture in 9 to 12 weeks. Now they are saying it will take 7 months. Their customer service refuses to refund me or to expedite my delivery, I would NOT have bought it if I knew it would take thst long. They are essentially holding me nd my money hostage and are in violation of their written and verbal contract. It was supposed to be delivered Feb 24th and now it is maybe May, Four times they have promised to have the head of their escalation team return my call and they have not. I will never buy from them again, They have no integrity and you cant trust anything they say. They will eagerly take your money but you may or may not get your furniture. I am going to have to take legal action. It is such a shame that they care so little for their customers.

Such a bad experience and I’m so disappointed with this company. I purchased the Celine Sofas the last week of October 10/24/2020.I picked the color already on display. Wasn’t my first choice but according to the store representative, they were available and ready to be ship and to expect the delivery during the last week of November and I just wanted my couches for the holidays.First week of December Im already concerned ‘cause my couches hasn’t arrive. We already missed thanksgiving. I called costumer service. They said that my order was backed up. To expect delivery by January 2021. Not a courtesy call. No one tried to contact me or to notify me of the delay, so disappointing.First week of January I decided to go to the store. Spoke to the store manager Gaby and she said that by the end of January I should receive my couches. Today is February 9th 2021 I called the store in Paramus, they don’t have a date of the delivery. They gave me another number to contact. Phone not in service. This is frustrating. My spouse and I are so disappointed and sad because it was our first holiday living together as a couple and with our newborn child as a family.

Ladies and gentlemen please be weary of their delivery service. Its borderline FRAUD. They refused to unpackage a couch we purchased to make it fit into the home. Instead of making it work, they took it back and now attempting to hit me with a 25% restocking fee for an item that was never delivered. We since then purchased an even bigger couch that fit with the help of a professional delivery crew. I dont know if they were having a bad day, but the customer service has been horrendous. Please stay away and take their business elsewhere. We are going through our credit card issuer to get our money back and have filed claims with BBB and consumer affairs. Buyer beware!
We purchased 8 chairs and we were told it would be 12 weeks to until we got them, they continued to push out the delivery date and when I called today I was told I would not receive the chairs until 24 weeks after I ordered. They explained that the 12 weeks was only an estimation (not even close) I was told I could not receive any discount until I received the chairs, which at that point they most likely would give nothing. I was told if I cancel there is a 50% restocking fee. All customer service would do is apologize and blame everyone else.
I had a horrible customer service experience with this company. I wont be purchasing through them again. I waited four months for an order to be delivered, which would have been fine considering the current situation, if there was follow up and support throughout. On multiple occasions I waited on hold for 2+ hours. After finally getting through I wasnt given any information on my order and was always told they would follow up- they never did. I then requested a price adjustment because the item I had purchased was significantly discounted online- and I hadnt even received my order yet. I was refused. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I would be contacted by one. After weeks and continued effort to reach out on my part, I never heard from anyone.

Fun store to browse, that staff is very helpful and not pushy at all. They have these signs that they pop up to offer Flash Sales it peculiar to me as that aspect of it does seem like a bit of a pressure sale. The furniture is fun and it feels like a high end Home Goods. They have an assortment of decor and it is all eye candy.
Worst customer service I ever felt with.I purchased a sectional and a coffee table for thousands of dollars, I was supposed to get it between 4-6 weeks, it’s been now 5 months and still nothing beside endless phone calls.It was finally supposed to be delivered today between 2-4 I was excited and took the day off and what... it’s 5:30 and nobody came or called.The store doesn’t want to help and the shipping company said I am not in the system even though they called to confirm delivery twice yesterday!!!Just awful and helpless stores. Beautiful furniture but doesn’t worth all the frustration.
More than 1 month and they didn’t return my money for the itens that actually never arrived at my home. Some wrong items arrived and some never came. Nobody returned my calls. Some furniture is nice but the stress doesn’t pay that.
Unfortunate this company is a mess. They deliver late, couple items was damaged and they don’t want to accept a return.When I call there, take at minimum 30 minutes and they don’t solve anything.I lost all the credibility of this brand. The team is the worst, terrible attendance. I don’t know if they ate qualified or they hate what they doing.....
Amazing quality I purchased a living room set and it was all ready all I had to do was check out for what I wanted simple and easy.
The absolute worst customer service from Z gallerie!!! Horrible experience with phone representatives over 1-2 hrs on hold every time we call to speak with a rep. Table and buffet came damaged and installers also damaged buffet during install. Extremely difficult to get a date and time for when this will be replaced. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Reported this company to Better Business of Affairs!

1 star would be considered generous considering the HELL this company and Store has put myself and my family through. Buyers and shoppers BEWARE!! The worst experience I have ever had! I purchased over $10,000 worth of furniture in the store forMy home on September 7. My transaction was processed in FULL at the time of purchase with an affirm interest free credit card that zgallerie was offering at the time. It is now over 2 months that has passed and I have no furniture, no answers, and no estimated delivery because I am being told by zgallerie that I have a balance due and my payment for my order was never processed. As per affirm, they have authorized and posted my full payment to zgallerie for my entire order which i have shown documentation to them many times and I was Promised to Receive my order by October 14. I don’t advise ANYONE to do business or purchase anything fromZgallerie in Paramus or zgallerie in general online. They are a bunch of thieves who stole my $10,465 and claim I NEVER made a payment!! Taking this to my attorneys at this point!! Can’t Believe how unprofessional the staff in the store and corporate are, they should be out of business by now!!! DO NOT SHOP here, too many nice stores around to give the business to them!
I am happy with set of item I bought which was on sale and Items I came across were of impressive quality and pricing, but they have to list the pricing or include more staff to assist customers with questions . Its a classic place If we shop in a detailed shopping, if targeting quick shoppers they need to adapt .

Worst customer service ever. Ive been waiting for a mirror for 7 weeks and they still has to information on delivery...Managers are useless. I was told part of my order was in but I was never notified...ask the Manager when was I to received a call letting me know...she stated she had no idea...Ive ordered on line in the past and Ive taken other friends to the store...we will NEVER shop here again.
The Manager Chris was very attentive and patient He made myself and my husband feel very comfortable while helping us make choices on some items needed for our home. We traveled from Westchester New York to NJ and it truly was worth the time! As a business owner customer service is very important to hire employees that reflect what your business represents and Zgallerie made an excellent choice hire someone like him..

Horrendous customer service. Inconsistent answers, no one returns calls or emails when they say they will, and been trying to get a refund processed for nearly 2 months with no luck. Stay away!!

Worst place to shop I ordered two dinning tables first two were broken and the second one arrived two months later, My order was placed in March I’m still waiting for two chairs that came broken they never called to say they arrive so I have gone to the store personally and they never know what’s going on I have called numerous times to the store and they don’t return my calls also I have called customer service which they assured me they were going to take care of it, It is now September and no answer and no resolution to my my missing chairs, I will never shop here again worst customer service I just called them and said they will call me back which they never do .
