The service i received was great. I was given best possible price and overnight shipping. I hope when I receive tomorrow it is as good as promised. Update: I did not get the package overnight Saturday nor Sunday nor Monday. When I called the office on Monday I still got no answers nor a tracking number for my gift. They conveniently transferred my call back to the store who also had no answers. Terrible misrepresentation. In the end the crystal was received on Tuesday and really is beautiful.

Extremely DisappointedThis by far the most deceitful business I’ve ever encountered. Completely ruin my day, today. The sales lady completely lied about the time frame it would take to get the product. I explained (stressed) I’m on limited time because of my prior engagement. I was hesitant, especially paying $300 but She ASSURED ME my order would be ready by 5pm. My order was not ready. Instead of apologizing for misleading me she decided to lied about what time we agreed upon. No apology! Never again! I didn’t pay all this money to be lied to!! Poor customer service and overpriced.

Customer service DISASTER!!!!!I walked in on a Saturday to order an item I was told my item would be ready in 3 hours I told them no rush Ill be back in two days to pick it up. I returned in one week to be told that my item was not ready it would take 3 hours to be made when I explained how furious I was they told me if I wanted to wait but they could do it right now it would take 1 hour.I explained how infuriated I was and that it was completely irresponsible of them to not have called me and informed me that my product was not ready that I specifically was going in to their facility just to pick up this item I could have better planned my day to have came in later if my item was not ready. One representative seemed apologetic on the other hand The other woman said well you know its the holiday season.Before I left I explained my frustration and I asked if there was anything they could do that would show there means of how much they really sincerely were apologetic and weve all worked in customer service I thought that they would at least give me a coupon or contact me I told him they have my information to contact me send me an email to show me that they actually were apologetic and they since then have not reached out to me even once so I will not be returning and it is a shame because I have two weddings coming up this year which I thought would have been a great gift to give both of my upcoming friends I will be taking my business elsewhere and Id suggest that if anyone wants to entrust their gifts to get done that they should do so with another company or at least another branch.

Ridiculously over-priced and low quality. They poorly cropped my photo and made it too small for the size “crystal” that I purchased. I expressed my discontent to the employee but there was allegedly nothing they could do about it.Please learn from my mistake and do not come here! You are much better off taking your chances with one of the online services for a fraction of the cost.Please keep in mind I have never left a review for anything ever in my life until this point - just to give you an idea of how bad it is.STAY AWAY

My crystal came out amazing! They have so many beautiful options and Natalye was extremely nice and helpful guiding me through all of them so I didnt feel overwhelmed! I will definitely come back for Christmas :)
