If i could give this place negative 10 stars i would. All Employees were disgustingly rude. Karen treated my cousin and I with such an attitude and was rushing us to leave. Very unwelcoming. Definitely would not recommend this place. Do better.

Mikayla was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful in picking out build a bears and the outfits that I needed. Made everything super easy. Will definitely be back. Thank you Mikayla!!!

Sebastian loved this place! My 5yr old. He picked out 2 build a bears. Spiderman Bear, and Scooby Doo!

The place is great but I wish they wouldnt invest so much time into chit chat. Im a sociable person but when there are long lines and kids running around the staff has to get it moving and not spend so much time chatting it up or pushing more sales on stuff in front of the kids. 2 bears with cloths and voice boxes 130 bucks. The bears are great and all the cloths and such are awesome.

The woman helping us was wonderful! She was very patient and gave great ideas on which stuffed animals to get and outfits. My mom & I bought multiple stuffed animals & the staff was very patient and helpful! They couldn’t have been nicer!! She even pointed out sales in the store which was great! Will definitely go back to this build a bear soon!!

Seems like all the young ones love bears and this is the place to get them. Every type of bear imaginable and choices of clothes to dress them up in. It strikes me that the variations you can create are almost limitless, depending on your imagination. Build a bear parties are popular.Not inexpensive, however.

First time ever bringing my kids also our first time as parents going. The kids loved being able to walk around pick their character, stuff it, dress and pick its accessories. The staff was barely helpful at all and the store was not crowded when we arrived. We will not be visiting this location again maybe not any other location either in the future. We spent way too much money to get treated so rudely and I feel as if our kids missed out on the special experience I have heard so much about😞

Lol I went into this store to look around with my siblings while we waited to see Santa (the place where you take pics with Santa is right outside the build a bear). almost got kicked out for not buying anything lolololol experience probably would have been different if I went in with a parent. left a bad taste in my mouth will go to a different build a bear next time my little bro wants to buy a build a bear. giving 3 stars because staff was friendly when I went in there as a kid with my mom even if I didn’t buy anything

This was probably one of the best experiences I had so far with my daughter. She loves Paw Patrol and we made Skye.... from putting her voice in to stuffing her and giving her a heart to giving her a birthday certificate to dressing her.... she created it ! and she will probably remember the experience for the rest of her life....the girl helping us was great and I got it all on video! Went in the other day looking to create a little something for a coworker who was leaving...could I just say, this was the best service ever. Im in my mid twenties but am in no way against rubbing a little heart over my heart to activate love for a bear and the peeps working at this store were HAPPY to give me the full build a bear experience and more. They were all incredibly helpful and didnt make me feel like a nuisance despite my being there close to closing. The manager in particular was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond when I made a last minute decision to give the furry friend a voice. I love this store! This, people, this...is exceptional customer service. PS. if youre reading this...She loved the sloth. Thank you!!

It was my sons birthday we took him there to get a bear and we refused to do the ritual where you take a heart and you whisper words into it and all that stuff and then you put it in the bear. We refused to do that and thats when customer service changed, they were completely adamant that we should do it. They said theyd never had anybody asking to not do the Ritual before and they acted as if our request was taboo. Their whole demeanor changed and their attitude went from positive to negative within a blink of an eye. After insisting us like 8 times they turned their backs on us and started whispering to eachother while looking at us and making us feel alienated. They made our visit a very uncomfortable and short one. All my son wanted was for them to install his voice in the bear that when you squeeze it the bear says God loves you. I will not be returning any time soon and I have 5 boys so Build a Bear lost a lot of our business.
