Idk why there’s so many bad reviews I came here today and I wish I got the guy and girl workings names but they were SO helpful. I was in and out. They helped with exactly what I wanted and even suggested what I should do to customize my hat for my boyfriend. The girl had long dark hair she was amazing and so sweet. I went this afternoon around 12 both of them were great and i would DEF recommend coming here to customize a hat

Great hats love local crown but miss the pro era negro league hats

It says they close at 9:30 but I went at 8:18 and the doors were closed and they would t open them so that I could purchase 10 hats smh 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Closed for a break less than an hour from closing time. At the most high-end malls in the NYC area. Sad

The employee had written down the name that had to be embroidered and it was correct but once he finished the hat he had messed up the name. I had to wait three days to get it fixed and when I called about it the manager Jonathan was so rude to me over the phone and said they didn’t even attempted to fix it, why keep it for three days when they could’ve told my boyfriend on the spot, they didn’t even call us saying it couldn’t be fixed. Now I have to buy a new hat which was expensive! WORST lids! HORRIBLE customer service!

They messed up the embroidery I had asked for. I remained calm and collected when making the complaint to a different employee. I had repeated myself three times and even offered the write it. The employee who did the job, Michael, completely flipped out. He was screaming and causing a scene when I didn’t say anything directly to him. Terrible customer service! Seriously check management

Attentive quick and kind

Best place to get an hat customized. They listen and if they mess up ur hat. They can give you a new one and remake it just the way you want. That the only reason I don’t mind giving them a try. Great company policy. Don’t know if it’s a policy but my guy hooks me up. Aka great customer service. Hence why I am writing this.
