I took my 91 year old dad here for a consultation for hearing aids. The doctor was wonderful, so patient and explained everything, not to just me, but my dad. By including him, she took away his doubts and he agreed to the hearing aids. I also want to give a big shout out to the front end of the office, they are wonderful, helpful and very friendly. I am so glad I found them.

Audiology and Hear Aid Solutions is the epitome of professionalism. The Audiologist (April) was very professional, and she took the time to explain The results of my hearing test. She was never pushy trying to convince me about getting a hearing aid. April had mentioned this to me on my last visit three years ago.that I may, at some point, require hearing aids. I laughed at her.Lately I am having a difficult time hearing conversation within a noisy or group setting.I have resolved myself that I will the heading aids.

This place was amazing! The staff in front office were so polite and helpful. Very professional and friendly. For filled all my needs. The doctor was also truly a caring person to help my moms needs.She explained everything I needed to know and took the time to answer all my questions. I couldn’t have been any happier. Great office staff. Eileen and Jeannie are super friendly and helpful. They always make sure you’re comfortable and they make scheduling so easy. They have fit my mom in last minute when we needed it and are always very helpful. Audiologist April is very kind and patient with my mom who tends to ask many questions and need simple explanations. Would highly recommend this practice!

I actually find the place quick and easy . The best part is that the location is not far from my work. The staffs are warm, Eileen and Jeanne are so welcoming Jeanne even came to the exam room and said hello.😊 Dr. April E. is nice too. Overall the service is good the office uses new equipments and most of all the office is clean. In addition, there is no hard sales when we talk about my options in getting my hearing devices. Dr. April focus on my needs & my health . She recommended a device that offers good benefits & gave me information on how to get help financially as well. Looking forward to visit this place again😊

I’ve been a patient here for more than 15 years from my first hearing aid. They are competent and professional and have a well equipped, very modern facility which has always been perfectly clean and comfortable. Caring and friendly staff - recommended.

Everything went off well. Attended to details. Staff very responsive. No complaints except hearing aid is far too expensive. Some online dealers have hearing aids at one sixth the price I paid for this one. All be it those instruments may be a bit less sensitive, but they are goo for someone with a mild hearing loss.

Over the years April and the staff at Audiology Solutions have been wonderful in servicing and dealing with my hearing problems. Whenever I call their response has been swift and positive. I have recommended them to a number of people whose situations were handled quickly and produced a very positive outcome. Today was a prime example. My wife and I were away on vacation and a situation developed with my hearing aid. I called in the morning and they were able able to squeeze me in for an appointment in the afternoon. April was then able to solve the problem. I have no hesitancy in recommending Audiology Solutions to help resolve peoples hearing problems.

My husband and I went to have our hearing tested to obtain a baseline of any hearing loss. Since I believed my husband has selective hearing, but his Mom has actual severe hearing loss at age 90. We could not have been more please with the way we were treated. The staff and Dr. Egarian were extremely pleasant, helpful and concerned with our particuliar needs. Althought my hearing is fine, my husbands is slightly diminished. The doctor was honest and told us that my husband is not in need of hearing aids at this time, Possibly in the future, to have them checked again in a year. My girlfriend brought her grandfather for hearing aids. No complaints with the visits, great staff, great doctor. Hearing aids on the other hand are a nogo and being returned. Unrealistic from having to put them in in the morning to having to be charged throughout the day, etc. The man is 90 and he’s way too shaky to be handling something like this. He can’t even tell when theyve fallen out (which was way too often). Was a great idea until the plan was actually in motion.

I arrived on time, called from my car and was invited in. My device was inspected, cleaned, and we had a discussion about my hearing issues. Quick, efficient, and safe. The only thing I missed were the hidden smiles.

I have been a patient of April’s now for about 3 years. I came in as a bit of a reluctant person with some hearing loss who wasn’t convinced I should be wearing hearing aids. I was too young, I was too vain, what would other people think etc etc.Well was I wrong and April helped me to realize it. In fact, I should have gone for help years before. I had been to an audiologist before without the kind of success I had with April. She paid close attention to the hearing devices that would be best for me and made sure they were calculated/ adjusted to best work for my issues. She also, and very importantly, helped me understand that using hearing aids would make a big change in my life and was she right. I could once again have a conversation with my son and understand every word. I could once again be comfortable in a business meeting and not miss out on important discussions. Using hearing aids changed my life for the better and thank you to April for helping me adapt to them and make the transition.

When my hearing aid stopped working, I called at 9 and was told to go over to the Paramus store. Once there, I called from the parking lot. Jeanne met me at my car, took my hearing inside. She replaced the receiver and returned 10 minutes later. It was fixed with minimal possible Covid Exposure for either of us. Friendly and easy service!

The people in this office are amazing!! Jeanie and Eileen in the front office are very warm and extremely helpful. My audiologist April is WONDERFUL. After a bad experience elsewhere she fitted me with a pair of hearing aids that are so much better than the ones I had.

Very friendly staff and audiologists. Always try to quickly solve any problems as fast as they can. If my hearing aids have to go in for repair they always have loaners ready. Highly recommend them for any hearing issues one may have. Been going there for almost ten years and they never let me down.

I went to Audiology & Hearing because my family kept complaining that they had to repeat them selfs when speaking to me as I did not hear what they were saying. I went reluctantly as I am vain and did not want to wear hearing aids and look like an old man.I had read about the so called invisible hearing aids that go all the way into your ears and no one can see them. April the Audiologist there tried to talk me out of the invisible hearing aids as she said my hearing loss was more advanced than I thought, she said the on your ear hearing aids would work better. Being vain I said no I want the invisible ones. To make a long story short she was right,I had to keep going back to her to tweak the hearing aids. April was so patient and understanding through out the 5 months I had to keep going back for the adjustments so that my hearing would be as good as I had hoped for. Unfortunately I was not happy with the hearing aids and she convinced me to switch them out for the over the ear model. April was able to convince the maker of the hearing aids to take mine back and swap them for the over the ear hearing aids with no extra cost to me. She was right they work great and you can hardly seem them so my vanity is happy as am I because now I can hear and no one even notices that I am wearing hearing aids.Thank you April and Audiology & Hearing you have made me happy and changed my life (I can hear)

Great office and audiologist. I went to this location to have tubing changed- due to traffic I was late for my appointment. I was graciously greeted when I arrives, taken promptly and had my tubing fixed. Although this office is further from my home, I wouldnt hesitate to go again if I needed to.

Everyone there is so nice everytime I go. Yesterday I stopped in because one of my hearing aids was not working properly. The doctor saw me in 5 minutes, fixed it, & I was gone in another 5 minutes. Highly recommend them!

When I finally decided that I needed hearing aids, this was the place that I went to for assistance. It was the right choice and I have been with them for over 5 years and they always provide outstanding service, In addition, they are the friendliest people and just a pleasure to deal with.

I am in the audio field and I am quite concerned about my hearing loss. They took the time to extensively go over the findings and even went through another test to make sure that the testing was correct. She found anamolies in the two tests. Two years ago, I visited Dr. Pat Biondi because I had noticed some loss of hearing and he conducted a very thorough assessment of my hearing. He was very professional and gave me excellent recommendations for state of the art hearing aids. Today was my annual visit and it was a pleasure because he again tested my hearing and found it had definitely changed and not for the better. But then Dr. Biondi downloaded new software into my hearing aids and serviced the ones I had purchased two years ago. It was like coming alive again and all free of charge. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent evaluation of your hearing and want state of the art digital hearing aids!

Jeanne asked me if I was in a band (haha!), and April complimented me on my lipreading abilities (quite a surprise!). Even though I was just coming in to have earmold impressions made, April listened to my concerns, and experiences (as a hearing aids wearer since 5 years old), and took the utmost care whilst taking them. I’m looking forward to coming back in a couple weeks to get them, and April assured me that she would do all she could, to get them right for me, which I am so grateful for!

I went in for a free hearing test and was seen and tested very quickly and courteously. I have a small amount of hearing loss and aids were not recommended at this time but I plan to return to be retested in a year or so.
