I wanted some vegan ice cream while visiting a friend and this came up as an option. I got the mango and raspberry pomegranate flavours, both of which were super flavourful. The staff member on was very helpful, asked if we had any questions, needed assistance.

Flavorful frozen yogurt. Make your own mix of flavors and add toppings from an extensive selection. They also have smoothies and bubble tea. Tasty stuff. They recently relocated to this new location near the AMC theater that was formerly Tutti Frutti. Its the same store setup as was Tutti Frutti.

Very helpful and polite staff members; excellent customer service. Lots of flavors and toppings including nuts, fruit, etc. They also offer vegan, dairy-free soft-serves with creamy oatmilk. The Chocolate Devotion is especially tasty! This spot is also conveniently located near the AMC Imax, Grand Luxe Cafe and parking lot.

I came to this little frozen yogurt shop yesterday with my sister. We both had a nice time! The staff member (Oz) was wonderful and extremely helpful. He asked if we had any questions, helped when needed and was overall very attentive.My sister told me and I quote, You can just tell that he really loves his job. Thats such a rare thing nowadays.I asked the worker questions about the different smoothies, before deciding on the Kale one. Ive been attemptng to try different things latley. So a smoothie with kale, pineapple, bananas and spinach sounded interesting.It was actually really good (I was pleasantly surprised). I opted for the non-dairy version after hearing that the coconut water used it it would highlight the flavor.Oz was absolutely correct. 👌It did make the smoothie taste really flavorful.My sister tried two different sample flavors of frozen yogurt, before deciding on the peppermint bark one. Its the perfect treat for the holidays coming up!

Formerly Tutti Fruity which had great frozen yogurt - now 16 Handles which has the WORST FROZEN YOGURT that I have ever tasted! Its not creamy and smooth, but course and granular! What were they thinking or are they just stupid?

The fro- yo here is really good actually and I like the staff here too the managers are really nice here too actually.

I love most 16 handles and this place although small was nice, the tables need to ve cleaned off regularly though but the staff was friendly and i got my fav flavor birthday cake so i was happy with that

If you want sub par frozen yogurt and staff that is this obviously condescending to their customers then definitely go here. Self serve yogurt yet you have to ask someone for a sample. Backwards! The franchise should look into this place.

No stars i was there today and it smelled horrible and i ended up throwing out my frozen yogurt due to the smell of urine behind the register horrible!!!!

I had THE BEST FROZEN YOGURT and it was served by From what I believe his name was Justin. He was fast with my order and treated me nice even tho i was had a bad day.

I went in and asked for a Taro Boba Tea and immediately noticed one of the employees not paying attention with their eyes glued to the phone. I called again and the employee told me to wait a second so that they can finish whatever they were doing, only after to head to the back for a good minute before finally coming to the front to help me. I tried asking for a name but they wouldnt say so at that point I left the store. I will not go back here the service is terrible, all I know is that the employee was supposedly a manager which makes it even worse.
