Another place where your wallet/pocketbook better be ready for the price tags but there are stores for every level of consciousness. So know that you will be circulating some funds if you wish to purchase the items within the brand and location. So go build your wardrobe with some pieces and do it in a measured manner. Love how they accentuate the display items.
I had great service. No wait for a Saturday afternoon. The only thing that bothered me was the security guy outside said they didn’t have the bag I wanted and I went in anyway and they did. That wasn’t cool at all and was upset about it. However the store clerk that assisted me she was very nice and helpful and I’m very happy to get the bag I wanted.

This particular store is extremely understaffed and the staff is rude or seemingly overworked. Trust me, you will wait to be assisted until your patience has run out. They are also very limited on merchandiseSo your best bet would be to call first. If you’re looking for an amazing experience (considering the cost of the merchandise) you should take the drive to Short Hills, where there are two LV stores.
Awful customer service experience, went to pick up an online order. Was told I was going to have to wait a while because the girl at the front door didn’t have an “assistant”. Waited about a half hour (after multiple people were let into the store) to just be given my purchase outside of the store without even getting to look at it. When I got home i realized a strap was missing from my piece, all which could’ve been avoided if i was brought inside the store to examine my piece. For 2800$ spent I expected better customer service. Shout out to the gentleman James from Louis Vuitton customer service because he went above and beyond to resolve the issue that I was having. Will never go to this location again, if you’re local, go to Louis Vuitton at Riverside Square mall in Hackensack for a much better customer service experience.

Me and my friend ordered a bag online and was scheduled to pick it up in store at this location. There was the biggest line to get in, we went up to the lady who was standing outside the door directing the line and told her that we are here to pick up an online order, she directed us to wait on a different line. As we are waiting the people who were waiting on the other line were being helped while we stood outside for 25 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes to pick up an online order, the worker finally decides to help us, she goes to get the bag inside the store and hands it over to us, doesnt bring us in the store, doesnt show us our order.... horrible customer service. What if we wanted to purchase something else? I would expect after spending a good amount of money they would give us a luxury experience and have someone open the bag in front of us to make sure it was the correct item. When we arrive home, I come to find out there are missing items that were supposed to come with the bag. Absolutely horrible experience, I will never buy from this store again! Louis Vuittons in store customer service was absolutely disappointing.
My husband bought me a bag from here as a birthday present and he said that he was treated with the upmost respect. Unfortunately the bag that he picked out for me was in the wrong color so we went back to exchange it and the sales person was very kind and welcoming as well as willing to help us. I love Louis Vuitton and will continue to come here for my future purchases.
The couple of of items im looking to buy were sold out. They recieve shipment every day and it is first come first serve. So you have to be here around noon to see IF they will get it in that specific day.

I literally feel discriminated against. Shopping today I wanted to stop in Louis Vuitton and most likely buy myself a bag. I walk up the security guard goes “you have to stand here and wait until someone leaves the store” ok not a problem 2 people walk out I myself turn around and say “can I go in?” He rudely goes “no you can’t you have to wait for an advisor to come get you.” Ummm what do you mean an advisor?! Why do I have to wait for an advisor to come get me to look at a bag?! I then turned away he said absolutely nothing. Was it what I was wearing?! Did I not look like someone who can afford a Louie?! Like I’m not understanding the store was completely empty after the 2 people walked out.
This was my first time at this location and Katie made it a wow experience. Her customer service was exceptional. She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about every product. I will return to this location just for Katie. It’s never about the money and so much more about the experience.
Because of COVID-19 the experience at this LV location was subpar due to having to wait on a line out front of the store and literally being required to have a chaperone (employee) to browse the store somewhat made me nostalgic of my 4th grade year at school. As a customer, who spent thousands of dollars at this retail location, I expect to be given the freedom to browse where I want when I want. (limited capacity or not)This 5 star rating was ONLY given because of Cameron, the knowledgeable associate who assisted me.

Ordered online and it’s Not a good experience picking up. They didn’t let me and my wife in the store saying that their close even though im saying were just picking up an online order (7:42pm but they really close at 8pm ) and soon as lady with white skin walk to the door they just let her in without even saying their close.
I ended up buying online bc this place had no stock. But then 6 months after purchase my Ienna bag started to crack and peel. I’m not exactly delicate with my handbags but it’s all normal usage. I never place my bags on the floor bc gross. Anyway went into this location last year and was treated rudely and told they can’t do anything for me. 1.5 years later and my bag is further cracked and peeling. Just called the LV customer care line and they said they should be able to repair it. We’ll see I guess. Kinda crazy to pay these prices for handbags that start peeling after 6 months.
Cant say enough positive things about this store and the people i had the pleasure to work with. I had a huge problem with a bag i purchased at another store, after calling and complaining to customer service i thought it wouldnt be resolved. But all of a sudden i got a call from a wonderful individual named Cassandra. She and her manager went out of the way to make sure i was completely satisfied and got exactly what i paid for. They didnt flinch to assist me even though they really did not have to. Cassandra stayed in touch with me through the entire process all the way till i picked up my new bag. Mediocre service, walked in and made eye contact with some reps and then waited a few minutes to be acknowledged. When they finally helped, they were very helpful and courteous. -1 star for that and another for the terrible online process. Ordered a product for my wife on Monday to be overnight delivered. It took till Thursday to find out its a system issue. In short, I cancelled and went to the actual store. As much as the products cost and revenue this brand makes, the online process is very poor. Highly considering this to be the go to product for my wifes collection, however will never shop online.

Terrible service. I tried to order a piece from them over the phone because the item wasnt available online or in any store. Its a very limited piece and when its available for purchase you never know unless you go to the actual store and ask if its In stock. I found out the item I have been searching for weeks was finally available and only one was available at this location. After trying numerous times and going through a battle to get in contact with this specific store I finally got in contact with Mike. I gave him all the info to purchase this item with excitement because I was finally able to get it. During the whole process there was an issue with the billing address which was correct. I get told that he will try again and if it doesnt go through he will have to put the item back on the floor. I said ok and we hung up so he can try . Next thing I know I get told that the item was sold, meanwhile Im trying to purchase it. Very unprofessional, I was not asking for the item to be held for long or for days or just to look at it, it was literally just during my checkout process. Thats like being in store and waiting to pay for a shirt and then you reach the register and the person behind you bought the item in your hand. Ive never had this issue before at any LV location, they usually go above and beyond. I will never give this location my business again

Be careful when u do business here. Each salesperson has their own way of handling things. I had a girl who conducted business terribly. And when I wrote to someone online they said to go to the store, which was a dead end because I was there twice for the same issue and got 2 different results. They should reevaluate their salespeople.
Flawless experience dealing with Sibvion. A piece I wanted wasnt in stock in any stores nearby so she special ordered it for me and sent me a text as soon as it arrived a few days later. All the while being one of the most courteous people I had ever dealt with. Definitely recommend.

WHY DOES GOOGLE SAY STORE IS OPEN IN THE GARDEN STATE MALL IN NEW JERSEY, SO WHEN I TAKE THE FORTY FIVE MINUTE RIDE PLUS TOLLS, THE STORE WAS CLOSED. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, and GAS TO GO TO A CLOSED STORE, THAT WAS SAID TO BE OPEN.
I do like the brand and the products, however I think the staff does not handle their customers with utmost important as they should. I was assisted by Chris and wanted to exchange a shoe that was gifted to me . The shoe wasnt available in their store so he checked if it was available in another location, that didnt work either. His solution was go online and see if you can order it there. I m in the store already why go online? Cant you do that? Seriously . After asking he goes sure I can do that. Show wasnt available online either. Now I wanted a refund, they kept arguing about return was expired because the item was purchased on 30th . However they didnt want to accept the fact the item was shipped and shipping date wasnt counted in return period. Now their recommendation was, go to short hills mall because it was ordered there and they might help you, or call the person who sold it to you.Same kind of attitude came from Esther the manager and at the end I took a store credit and walked outI m not only frustrated with the poor customer service, i just dont get how these two think each store is an entity by it self one doesnt want the worry of the other.Very dissatisfied will never visit or shop on Paramus location. I urge you not to waste your time with these people

This afternoon I was going to buy a Louis Vuitton handbag in Westfield mall Louis Vuitton boutique. When I stayed in the store, nobody would like to help me. Nobody asked me if I need any help, even though the store is quite slow. The only conversation between me and the sales is: you can not bring your coffee into our store. Feels like I am not an welcomed customer. Did not buy anything today, the worst shopping experience I have ever had!

The manager of this store is ridiculous! I bought a boot of $ 1360.00. I used it once, my foot was all bruised. I returned to the store, the manager told me that it would not be possible to make the exchange because the product had already been used. I do not think its fair to the consumer to buy an expensive product and not be able to use it. I find myself very disrespectful to the client ... Im amazed to be a celebrity, not caring about people who spend a lot of money. You can be sure youve lost a client.
Horrible customer service. Act like you are a second class citizen when you an issue with one of their products . EVEN if you have been a loyal customer ! The quality of their bags have been diminishing for years. Before you could purchase a bag and it would last. Now its cheap canvas that falls apart with normal use - If you want the actual leather it is 3x-4x more expensive. The customer service is terrible and it took them 6 weeks to repair a handel on the bag that should have been converted bc of a defect - insisting that we spend $240 to fix something that should have been covered for a bag that cost over $2,500 to purchase.

Couple days ago, I went in to ask if there was any sort of service for cleaning a bracelet bought from them. A lady staff told me no, only for repair, which was fine. My misunderstanding. However, I asked if she can recommend me how to properly clean their product. She told me to Google. I was speechless.
Ive been going to this place because the SA Alisa Rivera was very kind and professional. Few months ago, I found out that she does not work here anymore. Since then, I do not have any good experience from this place. All the sales associates are rude. When I walked in, no sales associate welcomed even though they were not with any customers. When I asked them to see a bag that I was going to purchase, they did not even check and said that they do not have it in stock when I know they do. Very poor customer service!
Extremely bad experience when going on my lunch break to buy a pocket organizer. first, nobody greeted me and then i couldnt find anyone to assist me with the purchase. As a luxury brand youd think the company would have a bigger budget to ensure extra coverage at peak times. It seemed as if i was bothering the employees when I came up to them for help. Then after waiting 10 minutes, a woman finally approached me. After she told me the item i wanted was not in store, she didnt even bother telling me that she can order it online. I had to ask her if she could place an online order. Thats when she responded i can place it for you but it would be the same thing if you did it at home. Her attitude was atrocious. I told her, i would like her to place the order... It looks like the store does not make profit when ordering online as she acted like she didnt care. I just ended up leaving the store and not buying anything! Then i go online after work and place the order for the pocket organizer and realized I made a mistake and got the hot stamp in blue instead silver . I call customer service 5 min after the order went through and after being on hold for 15 minutes, the representative ask me for my order number an then hangs up.... I had to call again and wait on hold for another 10 min to them find out the there was nothing they can do to rectify the order. When i get my 400 pocket organizer in the mail, I will go directly to the Paramus store to get a refund and will go to gucci to make the purchase ! horrible experience online and in store. As a first time shopper im highly disappointing and will never shop with the brand ever again. As a full time lawyer, i will definitely tell everyone at the office to never enter one of your stores.

Very bad customer service and the manager is very cold and rude. I bought an item from an louis vuitton store and wanted to exchange it for another item. The customer rep suggested that the item (Sunglass) is not available so i agreed to another model. Upon checking online, i found the model online and told him. In the meanwhile he processed the order and suggested the order cannot be reversed and you are stuck with the item. The manager (Jesse) came and she was even more colder. She suggested that nothing can be done and if you want another model then you have to pay again and we will order in store. I declined to deal with the Paramus mall store and suggested that I will work with NY fifth avenue store which seems to care for the customer. Highly recommend to avoid this store location

I am really disappointed because my mother in law got a Louis Vuitton bag from here. She barely uses bag and don’t have the bag for a year her husband got it for her as a Christmas gift. The problem is the bag got wet and she didn’t put no Chemicals in the bag. This brand is so expensive it’s no suppose to change color just from water. How can you not change a bag for someone who is your Customer and always buying a new bag that comes out. They don’t want to change the bag for her at least or change the leather your suppose to make your customers happy.

To spend $5k in a bag/wallet combo and to be treated with such unprofessionalism; ive only seen it happen here! If you can shop at any other LV, please do so. Im a highly professional individual who does not believe in bashing any corporation by mentioning names, but to the store manager running this, please make sure you are cut to be in management with your less than mediocre people skills!

Came in to purchase a purse, horrible service. Very rude, nobody asked to help. Supposedly a luxury brand but they definitely dont treat you no better. Better service at Gucci and even regular reatil stores like Garage or Macys. Returned my item because it was defective and they refused to acknowledge it. They said “it looks perfectly fine to me” also they said “if you dont take it then someone else will buy it” umm excuse me ? Very snappy, rude and very unnecessary. The stitching was wrong and the leather was bunched. They tried to say “oh it is because how we fold the bag to fit the box” even if it was then get a bigger box. We as customers are spending hundreds and thousands on a supposedly “luxury” brand but Louis Vuitton can not get bigger boxes for the purse ? So they do not have to fold and ruin the items we are interested in purchasing. I got a neverfull, the bag is fairly big. The box they packaged the purse in was about 4-6 inches shorter than the bag, so they folded the sides to make it fit. Caused more creasing then it already had. I returned the item because I was not going to pay over $1400 for a bag like that nor did I appreciate the unnecessary service. The service here just gave me a bad impression on the whole company as a whole. Louis Vuitton gsp is definitely losing customers for their store and company because of their service.

Visited the store today and to be completely honest, it was the worst experience. I walked in and was barely greeted but i made nothing of it. However, as i continued to walk around the store, i felt “watched” for lack of better words. Again, I didn’t really make much of it. HOWEVER, as i made my way back to the front of the store, me and boyfriend were looking at a few of the bags and as we were checking one out, one of the associates standing in the front asked “Do you guys need help?” I said “No we’re just looking for now” and IMMEDIATELY AFTER, another associate or maybe it was security i’m not completely sure walked up behind us and scolded us for being behind the glass fixture and examining one of the bags and again we were questioned with “What do you need help with? And as i repeated the same thing i said not even 30 seconds before, he just stood there staring at us. At that point i realized they wanted us to leave because obviously it’s not ok for people to look before they decide to buy. I get that there are rules and maybe i wasn’t supposed to be behind the glass display but I don’t think i deserved to be treated like a thief and to be embarrassed. All customers should be given the same kind of respect regardless of if you think they “look like” they have the money to shop there. Overall, I would skip this location if you can. The associates are rude and judgemental. Love the brand but I will not give this store my business and if I have to, i’ll just buy online.
May daughter purse was damaged within a month the leather was peeling. They said it was her. It was not. The process of sending it out n gettimg it back was very frustrating. They were very rude when we called to check on it. They did not over night it once it came back.

Very dissatisfied with my visit to this store. I came to this store to purchase a new piece of luggage and I stood by the luggage for approximately 15 minutes while the sales staff gossiped at the entrance to the store and one younger boy stood behind the cash register texting away on his phone. I left visually annoyed and was told to have a nice day, that felt like a sarcastic slap to the face. I will sooner go to the Saks location in New York than give my business to this store or the even worse employees at the 57th street store. Appalling customer service compared to the boutiques on the west coast.
