I bought a bottle of Poseidon pills and none of them worked at ALL. When I met Steve at the Paramus store. I told him what happened, he gave me the new Poseidon platinum pills for a discount. Me and my wife were having a date night and decided to do something a little exciting, so we wanted to check out an adult store, we found romantic depot in Paramus New Jersey on 17, it was a little far just about a hours drive but it got really good reviews on google, and I have to say we had a great time, we read about the infamous Steve and how great he is but I have to say that Violet and Ben really tickled our fancy. Funny, friendly and Violet was able to answer all our questions and made us feel very at ease. Totally worth the trip, will cum again! Thax Violet and Ben.

Steve is literally the best. Hes the general manager and he freaking knew his stuff! Hes so funny and down to Earth and helps you find exactly what youre looking for. I walked in kind of awkward but he made it feel so comfortable. Ask for Steve and youll definitely leave happy

This place is amazing! My partner and I were able to find exactly what we wanted. Benny was great help, she helped us pick out a few toys to add to our stash and also gave us a lot of helpful tips on each one. We ended up spending quite a bit of time there just talking with her and Vikky. I would definitely go back here when Im looking to expand my collection again.

We were initially iffy on trying to find a good sex store that did not make us feel weirded out, but this is definitely the go-to place. We went in, and the two workers there immediately made us feel more welcome. The manager there is extremely knowledged and most definitely made us feel more comfortable with the products we were buying. I would most definitely recommend this place to anybody in need of toys or knowledge of certain topics or toys, and I am most definitely coming back here in the future.

Honestly, theyre awesome. Knowledgable, understanding, patient and completely at ease with all my questions and my inability to express myself when it comes to anything intimate - Vicky is THE BESTEST. Theyre all pretty darn great, but Vicky is fantabulous, and shes the reason Id travel 40+ minutes to this RD, even though we actually live 15 minutes apart 😂 do not delay, if you are in need of supplies or new toys, look no further!!

Will never do business here again. The newer guy who apparently just started working the counter again blatantly lied to my face last night when I went in toy shopping for my new girl. They were having a 50% off sale for every item with a white sticker on the price. I bought my girl a Doc Johnson Pocket Rocket and some lubes. We go to pay and the bill comes out to like $35. I say, Oh. Its 50% off though right? And he informs me that its already deducted. Impossible. I tell him Ive been here before very recently and they were much cheaper, and he tells me several reasons, saying that the price really went up a lot, youre just paying for the name, Im getting it what the store pays for it, and several other lies. I go out to the car and scratch off the $59.95 white sticker to reveal the $25.00 yellow sticker price. So not only did this place more than double their price on items just so they could have a 50% off sale, but theyve trained their employees to treat the customers like theyre noobs. Should have bought the toy online for $12. I have no problem with the place trying to make some money, but dont lie to your customers and do shady sales that arent actually sales just to make your customers feel like youre getting a deal. Thats a dirty marketing trick, and thats coming from a guy who works in car sales. Never shopping here again.
