Gabriel was quick to respond to my review and inquiries. Very helpful and professional. The portable massagers are great advancement to my electric ones. I brought the neck/ shoulder massager and is enjoying one while waiting for the service on my car (quite the envy of the other customers…lol).

Unfortunately my worse mall experience I have ever had. Employee HALVIN WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE & SAY THEY OFFER REFUNDS BUT THEY DO NOT ONLY EXCHANGES AN IF U TRY TO RETURN will straight up lie & say he never said that ( for what’s it’s worth there is a small disclaimer that says no refunds but still very scummy that he will blatantly lie in your face & lie when confronted again about it ) they also won’t give you your money back if they give you a faulty device they’ll only offer to exchange it for another product regardless if the blunder was on their behalf & customer service wasn’t up to par to the point where you don’t even want to give them your service they also didn’t give me the product they charged me for on the receipt ( a viper massager ) they charge you for an lavish expensive massager on the receipt but give you a lesser one for actual use? ( a bio grit massager still okay but very far from a viper ) they discount the price of the more expensive massager on paper while still over charging you for something you were never paying for . So they’re still more than doubling their money while pretending to do you a favor & hard balling you on the price. Straight up a scam or very scam like at the very least you’d be surprised what’s legal . The owner gabriel actually seemed very very nice but was complicit with the blunders of his staffers it’s kind of like talking to a brick wall that just smiles at you . He’s just gonna listen & offer you something else over priced you don’t want. He refused to take responsibility for his employees actions so he’s just as bad as halvin in my eyes. Please people anything you’re interested in here buy online & support actual good people. Over priced scammers they sale the same products from Amazon at nearly double the price. Search your self BIO GRIT HANDGUN ON AMAZON IS 130$ they charged me 287$ plus taxes.Buy your stuff online for less than half the price today don’t end up like me save yourself! At the very least if you do decide to shop here & Halvin is the person helping you, if he tells you they offer refunds make sure you get him on tape saying it because when you bring the information to Gabriel, halvin will lie to your face an Gabriel’s & with no evidence Gabriel is going to take his side every single time. Halvin is not relinquishing that commission for any man women or baby regardless of any situation . Good luck to you all & please if you shop here stay away from halvin!

Seriously, Life Changing! I want to give the biggest thank you to Isaac and Melanie! I’m active 24/7 and have had so many restless nights because of it. From working out, to dance, to bartending, I’m constantly on the go and sore. I got the memory from pillow with cooling gel and let me tell you! I never believed a pillow could really make you sleep better but it definitely has. I sleep throughout the night and wake up with less tension in my shoulders

The best investment you can make for yourself if you are an athlete or are highly active. The staff was very informative and attentive. The owner Gabriel and his staff Issac, Melanie and Halvin helped me remove all the aches and pains I get after a heavy leg days by helping me choose the vipergun. All I can say is Thank you!

First of all all the employees were very informative and they were very kind.ı went the store and were shown the aromathetapy heating packs which were perfect for relaxation and hot compress.ı got one for me and one for my parents.ı definetely recommend to everybody👍

Walked in the store one day.. saw the Viper Gun Pro.Decided to take a look. Isaac was kind enough to be patient with me as I compared this to the more expensive and LOUD Theragun. He used it on his shoulder to demonstrate. Still, I had reservations.Then Melanie came over when she overheard me saying I always have a tight lower back after my workouts. She demonstrated that using the ball setting on your lower back, hips, and buttocks, that your lower back pain will lessen and of course hydrating, eating, etc. I was sold.I was even impressed with Halvin and Gabriel as they, too, were helping other customers with questions. Now, it’s been awhile since I’ve been to the mall. But social distancing and rules were applied. Masks were on and sanitizer was plentiful so I was a little more at ease. I’ll be back when I’m ready for the foot massager. Thank you guys!

Complete scam. The products they sell you are over priced. You can find the same product on Amazon for half the price. Don’t believe anything they tell you. Also no refunds if you didn’t know. They don’t tell you that and they have a sign hidden saying no refunds so that people won’t see it. Also they will try to lure you in by having a women rub your shoulders and grab your hands so that you will buy their product. Awful people taking advantage of others just for money.

Well worth it, i use it everyday helps with a gym head like me.

Great spot in the mall, they have almost everything for massage and it’s not even a big location at all. Got myself the little iPod stimulator and the massage gun. Speak with Gabe he’s very patient and very informed about all of the products.

My experience at Mind and Body was fantastic. I worked with Gabriel the owner. Guy is an incredible salesman. His product knowledge is unmatched and he has a genuine care for the customer and their specific needs. I would absolutely recommend paying him a visit. The products are the highest quality and the customer service is equally impressive. I’ll be back around the holidays to buy gifts for the whole family.

He has a well rounded masseuse background, which makes him the perfect expert to recommend adequate products that matches the customer’s needs. His exceptional customer service skills and avid personality makes it a wonderful shopping experience. Most merchants would sell you the product without caring one bit about the customer. However, this merchant will tell you exactly which products you need rather than to persuade you on purchasing unnecessary ones. I love the products I have purchased so far.
