Wow! What great people!I was riding through on a long motorcycle tour and was in Paris and picked up a screw in my rear wheel.I stopped in the shop thinking I was going to be stranded waiting to order a tire, but nope, they got me running in no time with a very fair price.Just good honest people there!I really cant as them enough!

Tuesday morning September 28th at 7am I reached Paris Texas for a breakfast run on my KLR650. Just as I got to Paris the master link came out of my chain. My Progressive roadside assistance sent a tow truck to get me to Paris Suzuki/Kawasaki. When we arrived I told the sales person my predicament and he sent his mechanic (I think his name is Don) to roll my bike in and re-install my chain. The mechanic inspected the chain and found both ends were damaged. They asked if they could install a new chain and I told them of course.They were all very friendly and helpful. They treated me right on the new chain and labor.I highly recommend this dealership.

Im new to Texas and I have dealt with this company 3 times but I wont again. They have fixed my problem each time, never in the time they said and NEVER at the price they quoted. I am very disappointed in the service they provided this last time. Bikes are constantly needing repairs, I have made peace with this idea and will be looking for a shop that will be honest and trustworthy as well as timely. I would rather spend money knowing that the people have integrity and quality customer service. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.

I have bought two brand new Suzuki motorcycles from this dealership and before buying each one I spent time looking at bikes and talking too the staff. I was never pressured to buy a particular bike or to even buy a bike from them. After purchasing each bike a staff member explained thoroughly about the bike and answered ever question I had. These guys give excellent service! I will never buy from another dealership.

Been my shop for a year now. They have everything from bike to all accessories. Lubes and tires are always in stock. Great group of guys. All of them drops everything to assist you at the door. Short noticed picked up my ZX14 right on the spot. Prices are great. They show what needs to be fixed and price it out in person no guessing games. All guys had the same price range when I called and in person. These guys are the real deal! They love theyre work and it shows.

I bought a new 2016 Kawasaki Mule Pro diesel from Paris Kawasaki. I have had to return it for service 3 times because the throttle sticks causing uncontrolled acceleration. This is a dangerous problem, and I expected them to take it seriously. Last month, the third time in to service this problem, they kept it 5 weeks to make the repair. NOTHING WAS DONE! The throttle still sticks. This is a sales only dealership - dont expect any type of service other than lip service after the sale.

Bought my Kawasaki Teryx here, great staff, super helpful and the prices were right, they did not try to Nickel and Dime me to death. Prices were much lower than other dealers I visited. Would defiantly buy from here again.
