I bought vehicles at joe Mahan and went to peppers Ford and they are very nice reasonable prices Rocky and Steve are outstanding in the service department Kenny Mcbride was my salesman he made sure I got a car fax and a manual and filled my gas tank up. I love this place. They care about making you happy and not to much about profits and unreasonable prices. If interested in a good deal and a Ford vehicle choose pepper Ford in Mckenzie looking back at the Ford in Paris I wouldnt go back again. My last vehicle in Paris was an awful experience. I didnt get a car fax or a manual the gas was empty and they handed me 10.00 to put in car i was mislead about the warranty didnt have it but 2 months and one day it wouldnt start and engine light was on I had to get it towed and they actually charged me for the battery and diogonis of the vehicle and charged me to fix it. Charges was added on to vehicle that i didnt ask for. Terrance acted like he didnt care and was very disrespectful and told me next time I want a vehicle go to Nissan or somewhere else. I made a comment concerning my experience and joe Mahan wanted to meet me i went and spoke to Jeff and didnt get any good results out of it. Terrance and Shane was the salesman and after buying 2 vehicles from them they treated me with so much disrespect Shane acted like he didnt know about car fax and never got a manual. Once I did my own research with the help of BBB come to find out it had 3 owners i went to another Ford dealer and i was told the vehicle was not up to Ford standards cause i began to have more problems thumbs-up to peppers Ford in Mckenzie and their outstanding team and finance manager. I will be contacting the owner of Ford and have all my paperwork to as Jeff told me in the meeting we had I really trusted them but I was mislead on the last 2 vehicles after going back looking at the paperwork please dont allow this to happen to you. And I want my reimbursement back and hope the owners will do the right thing and correct the issues regardless. All vehicles should be inspected and up to standards before selling. I was not going to drop this issue or continue to be brushed off until it be corrected now mr Jeff i got my stuff in order and I want what is due to me and will be writing the headquarters. Once again thumbs up to all at peppers Ford in Mckenzie great and outstanding team with people skills love my dodge charger thank you Rocky, Kenny Mcbride Steve and finance manager 5 star rating i give to them on a one time visit. I feel so blessed God was leading me so joe Mahan Ford i want back what I deserve 🙏
They do not honor their own agreements. They allow out of town people to come in and buy a vehicle that already had an accepted offer on it. They don’t respect their local customers, they have no integrity, buy somewhere else.

Was there for a vehicle to e loan to an organization I am part of and they were more than happy to help us out with our Royalty so they could have a beautiful vehicle to ride in during the Fish Fry Parade. I have bought no fewer than 7 vehicles from Peppers over the last ten years. The sales staff have always been helpful and easy to work with. Thats the reason I can give them one star. The mechanics in the service department are good as well. The service managers are rude, and unhelpful at best. Something as simple as an oil change and six month service turned into the lady behind the counter yelling and acting like we were asking too much to just get a list of what they normally did on the six month service. Then a speed sensor went bad, things got much worse. The lifetime warranty was useless. Took about three hours of phone calls to finally get the final price. Less than three months later another one goes bad and it was worse this time. The price was way different and I spent another day on the phone back and forth because they couldnt remember all the lies they told me the first time. I had to get the part number and look it up online myself. I was told they could buy the part as two pieces, but I couldnt. I told him I was looking at the same part as him, part numbers dont lie. All I got in reply was oh. The service managers at the Chevrolet dealer are the reason I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience purchasing a new vehicle from Peppers! The staff was wonderful, especially Bill. We may have been indecisive on a vehicle but Bill walked the stressful path with us and made the experience less stressful. Had a freon leak which my truck warranty would cover if you find the leak and replace the part. However the couldnt do their job and find the leak. Left my truck on lot to work on others that came in later and I had to pick it up 3 times and bring it back. Very unprofessional. My warranty would not cover because the assured me it had a leak but may be under dash and that would be a big job so they didnt do it and I had to pay them $200 and warranty covered nothing cause their incompetence to find my leak!!! Do not go to Peppers for repairs. They also wanted $800 to put a water pump on a trail blazer. Water pump $50 put on ourself for nothing. Easy to change. Rip off. Repairs the did was already $1600.
The service was awful! Larry stated that my daughter would be able to test drive the vehicle she wanted. When we arrived, Larry stated that the car was getting detailed and showed us higher priced cars online. When I asked him to see if the vehicle was available ( the one she wanted to test drive ), he said he would check. We waited for ten minutes and he pulled up with a higher priced vehicle. When my daughter and I went outside, I told him thats not the car she wanted. His whole facial expression changed, he raised his voice at me and walked towards me ( in front of my daughter). I looked at him and asked who are you talking too. He began to yell, THIS IS THE CAR SHE WANTED TO DRIVE, DRIVE THIS! My daughter said Ill drive this ( to avoid conflict). I told her to get in the car, that we were leaving. Larry continued to follow me to my truck and continued to raise his voice. I was so upset and embarrassed for my daughter, who yells at customers? Larry does! He should have told us that the car that she wanted to drive was being detailed over the phone, HE LIED! Maybe he had a bad day! Otherwise the dealership was beautiful and Im sure not all of the salesmen treat customers that way. We were looking for a car for her for Christmas, but I cannot return there.
I love my new truck but im more impressed with the Peppers family and business. Good people that do what they say. I feel like they were very competitive in price, and they delivered to my house! Thanks to Todd, Darren, and Doug and Melissa for the excellent service!

Great service department on the Jeep side. They always seem to try to work me in without an appointment. I work out of state and its tough for me to make an appointment for an oil change. They have work me in several times also for a leaking Tire.

Extremely rude and dishonest! Went to this dealership because they are local . Ended up spending 900.00 on a new ac compressor. Which I paid even though my Silverado was only 2 years old. Also asked them to fix my 120volt outlet. Told them I had already replaced the fuse and I knew it needed the inverter. They called when it was done and said it was tested and working properly $50.00 on top of the $900.00 for only a fuse. So when I read that on the invoice before I even paid for it. I told them it wasnt right and that I had replaced the fuse already. They asked me what the fuse number was and which side of the truck I pulled the fuse from. I of course couldnt remember the number but I did tell them which side it was on. They told me that I had no idea what I was talking about and the fuse was on the other side of the truck. So I paid and walked out confused thinking I must have read the manual wrong. Started the vehicle and plugged in my phone charger and of course it didnt work. So then I walked back in and told them and they said that it was working fine before and I must have broken it With my phone charger. I then asked for a printout of where the fuse was and of course it was right where I told them. They kept saying that it was working fine when they tested it. So I brought it back the next day and they said the inverter was bad. Which I knew. And they could fix it for $480.00. I declined and they kept the money for the fuse even though they didnt replace it. I was upset about it and how they treated me but I didnt want to write a bad review. But then my ac went out again. Took it to another dealership and they said that the evaporator coil was leaking which probably is what caused the compressor to go bad $500.00. so they charged me 900.00 for a.new compressor without ever checking why it went bad. I am an HVAC tech with a motor vehicle certification. Ended up costing me a lot of money in downtime. I would never take my vehicle to their service department unless they get new management and upgrade their quality.

Lady in the service department is rude. As soon as I showed up she began trying to run me out talking bad about my fleet company. She tried several times with several angels to chase me off. My van is brand new and qualifies for free maintenance. If I could have left here and my fleet paid me to take it somewhere else I would.On a personal note I buy cars my wife buys cars and we are shopping for one right now for our 15 year old guess who not getting my business.Follow up they sent the media manager out to talk to me took my side of the story. Seemed to actually care. Went back talked to the lady then came back and tried to flip it back on me so I told him to have a great day started walking out. He kept following me and and making comments on my way back to my car so I told him off. He then suggest that I find myself another Chevy dealer and not to return to this location. I suggest you guys save your self some trouble and do that from the start. He even had the gall to thread my job to tell my employer I was acting unprofessional. All this on my day off with out pay trying to get a free oil change that Im entitled to due to my company bought a whole fleet from his.. ... Situation seems twisted to me.

Had leak in a/c system, filled system up w/$10 worth of freon, $145 labor. Leak was not found so our vehicle insurance wont pay for recharging a/c system. I welded a cadillac alternator bracket 1 of their mechanics broke several yrs. ago & didnt charge anything, I guess its different when shoe is on other foot. What gets me is they know a/c is leaking, most likely evaporator. ...but is a 10 hr job taking dash out & didnt want to mess w/it. So they fill it & tell my wife might last 3 mos might last a yr. When it blows hot bring it back again & well look for leak again. Which will be another $15 freon w/$145 labor! Will go elsewhere from now on!
