I have purchased many new cars over the years and have plenty of experience with dealerships, some good and some horrific, but I have NEVER experienced such an amazing car purchase experience in my life as I just did with Peppers Toyota in Paris, TN!! With Amy on the sales front and Jeff on the finance/closing side how could you go wrong. I purchased a very hard to find vehicle from them all the way from Dallas, Tx, but it felt like they were a mile down the street. This may seem like a small thing to many people, but it is an indicator of hidden problems. Be sure and get everything you need from them BEFORE you give them your money. Once they cash your check, they do not return phone calls and if you do talk to someone, you get empty promises. Seriously how long does it take to cut a key and if the machine is broke, go next door to the Jeep dealer.UPDATE: Its been a month since we purchased the car. Still no second key.

Peppers did work on my brakes and said they couldnt finsh the job because of rusty frame so we drove away with brake peddle almost to the floor. Wouldnt buy a floor mat from them

Had vehicle recall on Toyta Tundra truck for sir bag recall. Repair was made but the dashboard was left with a sticky residue. Called and told to bring truck back for cleaning. It was cleaned but no apology for the mess and the inconvenience it caused my family.

Ryan called on Saturday morning and we were in and out of the dealership in just over an hour with our new vehicle. Jeff handled all our paperwork and was not only professional but so friendly and courteous. Ryan explained all the new features and made us feel so special. We were never rushed or felt high pressured to make a decision. The purchasing of a new vehicle is something I always dread but this dealership was the best experience I have ever encountered.

Horrible customer service! Took my truck in that had a safety recall and the Service manager told me he didn’t care if We were in an accident, that would be Toyota’s issue. Would avoid at all cost!

Wrote a 3 star review earlier & wish to clarify. Peppers staff(Joey, Joe & Jeff) were excellent. Peppers did not have the vehicle we wanted but had one for us the next day. My 3star was directed to Toyota. Two points, who sell an almost $50000 vehicle with no digital speedometer. We took for granted that it had one & were very disappointed that it did not. The Auto stop/start can not be completely disabled. Every time you start the engine you have to manually disable it.Again, very good staff & the price would beat any dealer from Nashville to Memphis.

I was very pleased with the service. An agent met me at the door and drove my vehicle to be serviced. I was given a very comfortable seat in the waiting area. The wait was not long before the agent came back and explained what was needed and what was done, and I was sent on my way. Thats what I call excellent customer service.

Very friendly. Not pushy. Listened to what I wanted and was looking for in a vehicle. Salesman actually informed me of a better deal on a bigger/better vehicle for more bang for the buck. Who isnt looking for that now days? Straight forward on pricing, financing, and ensured I understood the vehicle warranty. Answered any questions I had. Service was horrible!My AIR BAG light came on while I was driving to Paris, TN for Business.The service department did not research the problem, or cared if I had a HEAD ON ACCIDENT without AIR BAGS!I drove 4 hours home to my Huntsville Toyota dealership and they fixed the problem quickly!The service person and mechainc talked to me about the serious problem of driving with no AIR BAGS on!

Jeff was polite, informative & respectful. He did not pressure, but was very helpful. Jeff explained why and how the process was going. He did not just leave me hanging and waiting. After my bad experience with a previous dealership. This was the best ever!

Repair service is a total joke, brought the SUV I bought there in for a possible computer malfunction they never ordered a replacement even though they claimed they did. Left town without getting it, took it to a garage in another state and was shown the problem was clearly not a computer issue. Will never! Patronize them again for their shoddy practices, or refer them to anyone ever a place to avoid
