Martin was very helpful and took all of my calls concerning my vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly and I didn’t have to talk to a bunch of people for an answer. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous and made you feel at home when you walked through the door. They made the entire process so easy and the customer service was amazing! After a bad experience at another shop, these guys definitely earned my business simply by taking the time to answer all my questions at closing time, never making me feel like they were too busy to help. Thankful for all the staff that helped and the cute little shop dog! Will definitely be back if I have another problem!

A friend of mine visiting from out of town lost his transmission while in Paris. One quick call and a flatbed was there, Im thinking pretty good start. A day later JD called me telling me the trans was indeed bad. I said get it fixed. He told me a price and I agreed. I have had to initiate every contact since. Its been 3 weeks and still no truck with a working transmission. I was told 2 or 3 days...great out of the gate horrible down the stretch ill keep you all posted on any other issues.So over a month later the transmission was done. They said it was a part that they couldnt get. I have called other shops and they are not aware of any shortages of parts. I asked for a reduction in price since it took so unbelievably long and no one ever got back to me. Sorry I would tell anyone to look elsewhere.

This place has excellent service. They will give you options on how far you want to go ranging from minimum up to :right off the factory floor make it like new. When weve had repairs done, theyve provided photos of what needed to be done and why.This isnt the place to go for bare minimum service. They treat you very well and look out for the long-term care to keep your vehicle going as long as possible. Its worth paying for if its in your budget!

They are excellent at their jobs. If your vehicle has a problem, they can find and fix it and in a timely matter. They will advise you about potential problems in the future and give you the opportunity to fix it or later.

Good Service a little too pricey, to many add-ons

I was on a weekend trip and my car broke down. The shop was close to where I was so decided to go in. They quickly started looking into it and told me what the problem was. There were some Ford part issues that they were unaware of so the car did take longer then originally planned. They kept me updated continuously and got my car up and running quickly once the right part was found. I don’t live near this shop so most likely won’t go back, but if I did live near I would definitely use them to n the future

Have you ever had one of those days when your vehicle just stops running and wont start? Well I have. If you are like me and do not know anything about cars, then let me recommend that you go to precision automotive. This place went above and beyond to help me. They sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle (which was in Oklahoma) they diagnosed the problem did a multipoint inspection (with photos) to show me any issues or possibe future issues. They called me and explained what my problem was, in laymans terms and explained how they fixed the problem and that they were able to prevent that from happening again. They also found issues with the front end support and steering components. Things called balljoints, arms, rods. Things i know absolutely nothing about. I do however know that all that stuff are original parts and that the vehicle is 21 years old. Sure the car creaked and squeaked i just figured it was showing its age. Well it was and all that squeaking and creaking was all that stuff about to fall out. I was lucky it didnt happen while I was driving it. Im lucky that it stopped running or I never would have known it was unsafe to drive. Precision automotive has most probably saved me, my family and other drivers on the road from injury or worse. They are all at the top of their field, they care they will contact you and let you know whats going on they will work with your budget and go above and beyond anything you would expect. I have never been treated like a friend by any car fixing shop and I mean never! I actually felt good paying for the service. Because I knew for fact when I drove away, my vehicle was#1 safe for me and my family to be in.# 2 that the parts and quality of work is guaranteed for 3 years or 36,000 miles.#3 that my vehicle will be on the road for many more years.If I had to give one word to say anything about precision automotive it would beTRUST. but thats not enough.RELIABILITY.QUALITYSAFTYThey actually care about the people, not the money ( although they do need it)In conclusion they have gained a customer from the day they picked up my vehicle until I can no longer drive a vehicle.I will tell everyone I know to skip the shade tree mechanics and dealership garages and do the right thing.Just send it to precision automotive.Have it done right.

Fortunately, we encountered Precision Automotive Service during a recent trip through Paris when we had some unexpected car trouble on our way home from Oklahoma. Happened to notice the sign “We fix everything” as we drove by. Shortly thereafter, our vehicle “check engine light” came on and our car began to vibrate. Turned around and met Lat Nichols who quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled a repair even though the shop was very busy. After a relatively short wait and even an offer to drive us to any restaurant for lunch while we waited, our car was fixed and we were on our way. Very professional, crisply operated automotive repair shop. Highly recommend this business for apparently being able to “fix everything!”

Best auto repair place I’ve been to. They did everything they could possibly do to make sure I was back on the road within 5 working hours of me bringing my car in. I can’t thank these guys enough for the sense of urgency and the ability to get everything done. You guys are the best.

This was by far the best experience either my fiancé or I have ever had with a car repair shop! Through shear negligence, I put oil in my coolant fluid tank on our way from Dallas to Broken Bow Oklahoma. Two hours into the trip, the alert on my dashboard was triggered, but we were too far to turn back and not close enough to our destination to push through. We called Precision Automotive and, due to us being stranded, they agreed to stay late and take a look at my car. When we arrived, they explained to us that unfortunately all the technicians had left, but again, after hearing that we had no place to stay the night, the remaining team decided they would be willing to stay later and look at it themselves. They spent nearly 40 minutes working on our car, flushing out the oil and trying to make the car serviceable enough to get us back on the road to our vacation. They then allowed us to test drive the vehicle up and down the block and gave us detailed instructions on how to get the car to Broken Bow and then back to Dallas safely. All of this for only $50! .. and they couldnt have been more friendly and calming throughout the whole process. Finding honorable and trustworthy car repair shops is one of the hardest things you can do, and, with that in mind, I couldnt recommend strongly enough that if you live close to these guys you make them your regular shop. 10/10 - incredible stuff and much appreciated.

Everyone there is helpful with what you needed. They found and repaired a problem which was a loud humming noise from the front passenger side that I had no idea how bad it was. They even replaced my shocks for me (I was going to do later) and gave me a deal on them to let them do it with the other work, while they were under my truck getting my front end repaired and ready for an alignment. They repaired problems I didnt know I had but they didnt do it without consent of course. They took me to the shop and physically shown me what was wrong. I would recommend them to anyone and have already taken my wifes car for ac repairs.

I love these guys, they are very kind when you meet them and down to earth. I took my ford in for an oil change and they throughly checked out my car, charged a fair price and even got financing to help pay it. As long as that crew works there Im not taking my vehicles anywhere else thank you!

They came to me and got my truck started within 15 minutes of my call. I went to their shop and Mr Nichols explained that they would check the battery and also the alternator. He came back and told me the alternator was fine but a new battery was needed. The new battery was installed and I was on my way! Everyone that I spoke with was extremely nice and friendly. I will definitely be back to see them in the future.

Couldnt be happier with the service I received. The owner, Steve, took very good care of me, not doing (expensive) things that werent necessary that I had suggested, but more importantly suggesting and doing things I hadnt thought of that really were necessary. He went so far as to run me home personally after I dropped off my car, but then also brought a loaner car to my home when one of the suppliers of an unusual oil that my car required didnt arrive on time. Outstanding! All told Steve saved me a bunch of money and my car runs great .. never better! Really appreciate the honesty, integrity, and not taking any shortcuts, even though it would have been really easy to do. Thanks Steve!

Got car back after 3 days saying it would be ready that day, then repeated for until 3rd day. Got there because they said it be ready and the car was out side and still not finished. Plus ran gas out. All around horrible they quoted me at a price then when I payed it was over. After me telling them not do anything that proceeds by the given qoute

I’ve taken my truck to half the shops in this town, and they all had trouble diagnosing my constant suspension issues and aligning my front end properly. This was not the case at Precision. My truck was in and out in a day, and it drives straight and without wobble for the first time in a very long time.The staff contacted me every step of the way and let me make the decisions about what services they performed. I was very happy with the speed and quality service I received. 10/10

We have had 2 experiences with Precision, both exceeded our expectations. The first, we had to have a new motor put in one of our trucks. From start to finish it was complete in less than 2 weeks! Grant was very helpful, knowledgeable and always kept us informed. The vehicle has been running great since!The second, we had the pleasure of working with Lat. Super guy with outstanding customer service, even worked closely with our insurance company to make sure we were taken care of weeks after the repairs were complete.

Absolutely greatest place in Paris for vehicle repairs. Needed a front end alignment, they notified me of needing my tie rods replaced and was able to do it all in one day. I came here last year with a major engine malfunction. They got it replaced/fixed did an great job with my vehicle. This year Im back for a check engine light. Thank goodness it covered under my warranty from the engine. They are supremely focused on customer service. Very very sweet people. Frequently checked on me, explained what was happening on every step both times.

I had multiple mechanics tell me that I was either going to have to replace the entire engine or the transmission before coming here. I brought it in and they checked it out turns out it wasn’t the engine or transmission. I paid way less than what was expected and they figured out the problem in a day, while the mechanics took weeks. I will definitely be going back. Very nice and fast service.

When the check engine light came on while I was passing through Paris, I luckily stumbled across Precision Auto and was helped by Grant. Being from out of town, the last place you want to be is an auto shop; however, Grant was respectful and made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. Highly recommend Precision to any locals or unlucky travelers like myself.

Great place to have your car repaired.I needed my A/C repaired on a German car. They took on the job with no hesitation. When they initially finished the car, I did need to bring it back, due to unforseen reasons. When I did bring it back they worked on it a couple more times. All the while putting me in a rental. I really appreciate their willingness to work on my car, even when it wasnt fixed completely the first time. Most repair shops in this area would have said, sorry we tried. But not precision, they kept working on it, until it was done correctly. Thank you Lat and Grant for all of your help. Top notch customer service!

This place is great. James and his folks are very welcoming and professional. James and Kevin diagnosed my 2005 Tahoe, which had the check engine come on while on the road from Wyoming to east Texas. Within an hour they had me back on the road at a very reasonable price. Katy at the front desk helped my dog and I feel welcomed in the showroom. We were on our way back from Oklahoma to Alabama on Black Friday, when we started having problems with our truck. Couldnt get any fuel or acceleration. Luckily Precision was open on the holiday weekend. They got us in, thoroughly checked everything and got us back on the road! Very knowledgeable and honest folks. Would 100% recommend!

I had known that I had a problem with my truck, but had been ignoring it until finally I couldnt. Everyone at Precision was extremely helpful and honest with me, that was the best experience I have had with a mechanic shop in a very long time and I appreciated that they showed me what was wrong instead of just handing me a piece of paper and saying this is what you owe. They made the experience as painless as they could make it.

A+ Service. My son was in Paris for his Army Reserve training and his truck started having some serious issues. Paris was 3 hours away from his college which he needed to get back to for finals after the training was over. He took his truck to Precision at 9am and within minutes they had the problem diagnoses and by lunch the repairs were made and he was able to get back on the road back to college. The service was outstanding, the pricing was very fair, his military service was appreciated, and the Master Technicians (which are rare to have at an automotive shop) did an excellent job fixing his truck and making it safe for the highway. I highly recommend this place. If we werent 3 hours away, it would be our go-to automotive shop. We were treated fairly and the staff was friendly and very accomodating - especially Lat. 5 stars. I had a very food experience. The mechanic and owner were very honest about a piece that was damaged while fixing my corvette. They did the right thing and told me and then ordered the part they damaged and fixed it at no cost to me. Very honest and trustworthy. I was very happy with them

These guys are great. I felt like they gave me a good explanation of work needed and potential issues with the repairs. I felt that they were very honest. They didnt try to talk me into unnecessary work. When a problem completing the work came up due to the car design, thay gave me options to deal with it (the factory installed tie rods are not adjustable for alignment). Pricing was very reasonable and the mechanics all appear to be first rate gear heads. Highly recommended.
