We ordered tires to be put on our Murano...was told we would have the first spot at 7:30 arrived at 7:30 and was asked if I was staying while they would be put on...I responded with that I did not want to but had no choice due to no one able to pick me up....her response was that it would be a long minute. I was there for 3 hours to put 4 tires on. First thingthey try to sell me an alignment, then then they tell me my filters need to be replaced, then tell me I was ready ..I go pay out and go stand outside to wait for my car for the clerk to come find me and say they were still working on my alignment. I had overheard her tell someone it takes 30 minutes for an alignment. I stood out there another 30 minutes(WHY?) to then have her come tell me again that it would be out shortly. I was like you got to be kidding, what is going on. Se finally told me their machine was broke and they were having to take my tires to another dealership. As she is saying this I see a dealership van drive over to the tire area...I truly think they were bringing my tires back then. I wished they would of been up front to me on this and I would have rescheduled. I was there from 7:30 until 10:20, which is ridiculous for 4 tires. I was NOT happy at all with this service.

They repaired my car and it is perfect now. When I went to pick it up I lost my footing while walking up a little ramp and fell what seemed like 5 minutes back into the parking lot. At 70 years old it was a shock. Everyone was so caring. My husband and brother in law helped me up. The employees took me inside where I could sit where it was cool, got me water, an ice pack, antiseptic for my scrapes and bandages. Thank you very much!! You all were so kind.
